When the driver handed me the bag, I couldn't believe how heavy it was. Holy French fries, Batman! The entire bag was practically filled with fries. They were delicious, too--crispy and coated in Cajun seasoning. Next time, we're definitely sharing a small! The cheeseburgers were juicy, flavorful, and wonderfully messy--just like a good fast-food burger should be. I'd love to try one of their shakes next time. Maybe we'll actually go eat in!

The food was somewhat tasty. It's like no matter where you go Carl's Jr. food or McDonald's, food or any of the other fast food restaurants always have the same taste.. The cashier that took my order and brought the food out to me. She was nice, friendly and talkative. The bag already had napkins in it so there's no need for me to grab a napkin. She grabbed a straw for my shake and hand it to me and said have a nice day. The ambience inside the store seemed like any Carl's Jr.. I've been into it had just that nothing that made it. Stand out any differently than any other restaurant.. Since I live in the area when I'm in the mood for the food again, I will be back.

I wondered if now that they've been open awhile they are now serving smaller tenders? The chicken - I have dined here 7-8 times since it opened. With the exception of my most recent visit for dinner on 7/10/26, the tenders were big, well-seasoned, juicy and crispy. I was disappointed on the last visit. The tenders were much smaller, were overcooked, and dry. I hope this was a one-off, because I would hate to see the food quality go downhill. The fries - the hand-cut, perfectly cooked and seasoned fries are amazing. The servings are huge, and the fries are hot & crispy. They serve the best fries I've tasted. The condiments - I love the condiment bar! They offer a wide variety of sweet, savory, spicy dipping sauces which you pump into serving cups and come back for more! The fountain beverages are also self-serve with free refills. The custard - I've only ordered the custard once. We took it home and it was very good. You won't be disappointed. However, right across the parking lot is Humble Cow ice cream and, given the choice, I definitely prefer Humble Cow. Service - the service is always efficient and friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table as soon as it's ready, so it's always fresh & hot. Atmosphere - the restaurant and tables have been clean on every visit. They have some TVs for watching games. The high ceilings make it overly loud and the air conditioner makes it so cold you'll want to have a sweater handy. The photo of tenders was from an earlier visit. They were much smaller on the latest visit.

Have they opened the dining room since the last time I went there next year? I don't know because I've never gone back. Wendys burgers have never been the reason why I go to Wendys. I used to go back in the day when they had the $1 menu. A chocolate frosty, a loaded baked potato, and a chili with all the toppings for $3? They don't cost that much anymore, but still that menue endeared Wendy's to my heart, so I have to go to Wendys somewhere and around here, Lacey is where it's at. When I last visited, the cashier was in such good spirits. I asked about buying the baby frosty tag for 2024 and we totally bonded over that, her telling me that she bought a bunch of them for her family. What a great idea! The staff was working super slow and she apologized for that, so she brought out my peppermint frosty to enjoy while I waited. I love her conscientiousness and desire to give good service even if her coworkers weren't feeling it. Because of her, I didn't mind waiting. I wish I remembered her name because she was so cool and she took a two star fast food restaurant and made it into a four star experince.

I…read morewas just at the Regal movie theater a mile away watching Toy Story 5 and I didn't get any concessions there because I figured well I can spend $15-$20 on a drink and some candy or fries there ...or I can go to Wendy's after the movie and get the whole minions meal and a little burger for just under $15 so that's what I decided on. I ordered on the app and picked the closest location. I ordered a little cheeseburger which was a free offer on the app and the minions meal they have right now with the chicken sandwich, a baked potato, the zero sugar minion pineapple soda instead of the frosty this time because I'm planning on having a shake with my mom later tonight and I was also supposed to get a minion collectible figurine included. The food was horrible today! The burger was COLD..definitely didn't taste fresh and even with it being free thanks to an offer on my app I can't help but feel they overcharged me for it, the chicken sandwich was hot but had a weird taste to it ...it was different than other times I've at it at other Wendy's locations.. it had a lot of breading and had a little bit of a fish sandwich taste- that might sound great to some people but I don't like fish! Even the baked potato which i normally enjoy tasted funky. Not even the sour cream could save it. Also, they didn't give me my damn minion collectible !! Not to sound ridiculous because I am an adult but I'm also very much a big kid at heart and I got this meal because I LOVE the minions and that was advertised as being part of this meal so I should have gotten it. The only thing I actually enjoyed throughly was the damn pineapple soda.. the only thing that would be difficult to screw up on. Now I wish I either gave the extra money to Regal or went to a different Wendy's location closer to home. I'll never come back to this Wendy's after this experience and reading others experiences with this location. It seems like disappointing customers is their norm.

He told the employees that the food was made of insects and would cause our bodies to mutate if we ate it. He directly insulted two of the teenage workers by telling them they weren't actually "muscular" or "beautiful" and that they were living in an AI fantasy world. What I appreciated so much was that no one got upset or treated the man poorly. One of the older women preparing food at the back simply told the others (discreetly) she was going to call the police. She stepped into the back while the other employees listened to the rant and served him food while he insulted them and the food they were serving. After he left (which was hilarious: he was, apparently, going to eat the food that he stated was made of "insects"-- and worse things!), they carried on with professionalism. I just appreciated how well they all handled the situation. And, yeah. It's Chipotle: the food was good!

The Tottori 17-Year Aged Whiskey is nearing its completion, but it served again as the accompaniment for tonight's dinner -- it's taco time at Taco Time. We ordered a feast fit for a kingdom... a kid's soft burrito meal for the princess, a tostada salad for the queen, and a variety for the king. This was the first bean burrito approved by the princess since leaving the Southwest and the queen's meal was delightful as well. On to my main course... it did come with some assembly required yet no instructions. Luckily, creativity was abound as the ingredients laid out before me. A glass of Japanese whiskey, neat along with a side of Spicy Tater Fries, a Classic Beef Crispy Taco, and a Soft Burrito with Pinto Beans. Carefully, I lifted the crunchy taco into the soft burrito -- then delicately lined up a 3x2 layer of Spicy Tater Fries next to it. Once that was accomplished, I slashed open the Hot Sauce like Lucina as I dumped two barrels of it atop my BurriToTaco. Gazing upon it with thirsty, craving eyes, I wrapped it up before immediately lifting it to my mouth. A flavor explosion enough to make Guy Fierri blush was thrust upon my taste buds as I chewed. The paprika in the Spicy Tater Fries was accentuated by the hot sauce -- and then the spice of the rum further developed by all. The delightful dining experience was plenty as I ended with an empty wrapper, a full belly, and a realization that this may henceforth be the honorary fast food taco & fancy liquor pairing to remember a kind, creative, delightful soul. 5/5, almost as good as Del Taco (it's better).

I stopped by a little after 1pm. I went inside, and used the bathroom first. You need a code to get in, which the cashier readily provided. The bathroom was clean. Service was very friendly and I did not feel rushed even during a busy time. I went with a crisp pinto bean burrito with a side of tater tots. The burrito was just as I remember! Crunchy and rich; so hot you have to wait to keep from burning your tongue. The tater tots were regular tater tots, without the distinct seasonings I remember. But they were still very tasty and hit the spot. I didn't get any sauce, and I later regretted this. I would recommend getting a sauce, I believe they are complementary. The dining room was also very clean, they were cleaning the tables as I was eating. A nice, simple reminder of my childhood. This is a great location with clean, fast and very friendly service.
