Every week calling their customer support, who gave me a case number. Every week they tell me someone from there will be calling me right back to take care of this issue. Its being escalated to the regional office. I get no call no resolution. This call center is overseas. 2 months later still no refund or compensation for this inconvenience. So I finally figure, I'll call this manager myself to see what's going on. They have no idea. Apparently the overseas customer service for Mcdonalds just follows a call format for customer complaints but obviously never even contacts the actual franchise to get this resolved. When I ordered on 3/7 around 11pm, still an hour until closed, I got my food with multiple ripped up receipts in the bag, when I called to ask why or get an understanding, or maybe cleaner food. The lady said "we're trying to close so I can't help you right now" I'm not sure what customer service they are trained on, but where I work that is not okay. I then asked for the supervisors name and hers to which I got hung up on, I tried calling back but was hung up again immediately once I peeped a word. All until they turned the phone line off so I couldn't call them anymore, which they still had at least half an hour of running time. I'm not sure if this is how McDonalds works but you shouldn't rush and rush things more and more the closer you are to closing, once you are closed, you shut off to the public, that's what the term closed is, "closed to the public" and then you spend your time cleaning up and getting the site ready for whoever opens. I had the worst experience I have ever had at this McDonald's, never going again! A man named Jonathan, says he was the manager but I think he was staff, treated me so poorly, called me names and screamed at me over the phone. I've been bringing my children to this McDonald's solely on the purpose to use the Place Gym. The Santee location doesn't have a gym so we take the time to drive to this one. I like the security of the gym and the fact that it's inside with air conditioning. The staff is super friendly. They keep up on any mess. The fries are always FRESH, and HOT!! Our fry cup is always full. And seem to have it all together. We will be back again, and again, etc ** in a matter 15 mins it went from 5 stars to 3.... I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large fries with no salt and I got cold, dry chicken. Then I see the manager throw old fries back in the fryer and then hands it over to me like I wasn't watching. When I address my issues to her, she calls me a liar. Then the manager and the staff returns to servicing and feeding themselves like it's policy.
