Today I went threw this location for my sick kids In the car.... Not only did they not understand me when I placed my order through the drive-through I had to repeat my order several times and I told the lady that I couldn't see my order on the screen ....it only shows one thing at a time. I asked if she got the McDouble three times she said yes... and than I said did u get the kids meal? No she did not. When I pulled up the window to get my food, The lady behind the window asked me for my receipt??!! What did u not get my order? Then she pulled everything off my receipt to gather my food. Missing the McDouble! And 3 single cheese burgers??! Kids crying in car by now.... She asked if I wanted my money back. No I just want a McDouble! The manager was standing right there he just was pretending that he didn't know what was going on. As I pulled away I noticed that I got two extra fries and one drink was missing. No straws .......And the french fries were cold!! Booooo! Will not be going to this location. They could have made it right. Customer service was lacking 100%. My friends and I came here today around 2:30 because it was on the way to where we were going and we're all feeling dehydrated. So we were like let's just grab food from McDonald's and get waters. We ordered 3 large waters and some food. The lady that took our order (I didn't get her name but she had braids) charged us like $5 for waters and I was like wait why are you charging us for waters and she said because they're in a large cup so I was like okay let's do a normal free water cup. BTW isn't McDonald's always promoting $1 any large drink so if she was charging us shouldn't it have been $3. So we get to the window and get our food and she goes we're out of water. WTF how are they out of water. I have personally worked in the food industry for many years and have NEVER had to tell a customer we're out of waters. That is just not okay. This was just an overall terrible experience and we were waiting in the drive through line for a very long time. This location needs to get friendlier and faster working employees. This location is consistent...at ignoring walk-in customers!! You will stand at the register, make eye contact multiple times with every single person managing the back line (including the manager). They will not greet you or acknowledge you. You, the customer are required to wave and call out to them to come to the register. And even then, they hesitate to come to the front to take your order! If you enjoy being treated like poop...this location will deliver on that expectation! They are lucky I occasionally crave their fries. SMH. read more

So, McDonald's has installed an order Kiosk to help customers have a better ordering experience. You should prepare to be frustrated and wait a long time. We placed our order at the Kiosk, selected the option to pay cash and sat down. McDonald's wasn't that busy so after 20 minutes of waiting I walked up to find out what the status of our order was. The clerk asked me if after entering my order at the kiosk, did I get in line at the register? I said "no," I used the kiosk because there were so many people waiting in line. The clerk takes the receipt that I was given by the kiosk and then re-enters the order on her register. She didn't enter a code or scan a barcode, she 100% hand enters the entire order. She then tells me that if you are paying cash that after you enter the order at the kiosk that you must get in line at a real register so the clerk can re-enter everything by hand. I was upset because of the long wait, but I wasn't a jerk (in other words, you won't see a YouTube video of me having a melt down), but I felt like the clerk was trying to push my buttons to attempt to make me mad (just a feeling that I got). As I said above, I didn't want to be the star of someone's video so I took some deep breaths and waited for our order. Amount of time we waited: Initial wait time (entered order at kiosk) - 20 minutes Second wait (time from when the clerk reentered the order until food ready) - 12 minutes Total time we spent waiting 32 minutes This is the last time that I will utilize the kiosk at McDonald's. I like this location. Every time I go through the drive through, they're always kewl. Some may be more invested then others, but nobody was rude. They've never got my order wrong. My food is always hot. Their ice cream machine isn't constantly down like the one in North Park. Their fries are the best in the world. Sorry mom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best time to go is during the day. Waited 13 mins in reserved drive thru parking for two egg and sausage Mc Muffins. The staff was super nice but, I've only been to this location twice and both times I was sent to the reserved parking spot and waited over 10 minutes for my food each time. So one of the most incredible things to me is how utterly bad Mcdonalds is at ... well i could stop right there but ... issuing refunds. No ability to offer a refund through the app as the app indicated they had a beverage they do not actually carry, and honestly not too keen to return to a restaurant that has a penchant for getting my order wrong. If you don't customize, you'll probably have a better time, but good luck with refunds if they mess up. read more

Damn this place is getting a lot of hate. I mostly use the drive-thru, have come in once or twice. Overall, they take the order very quickly and they have yet to mess up my order. The fries are done to varying degrees (sometimes crispy, sometimes kinda droopy) but never bad. So let me start this review off by stating I placed my order thru DoorDash. I don't blame the driver at all because they didn't prepare the food. I decided to try the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich and I'm hoping this is not the "new" chicken sandwich. If it is, it's time to go back to the test kitchen. My sandwich was cold, it had a soggy bun and the chicken patty itself was overcooked. I'm including pics as proof and not just stating my personal opinion. The workers are rude, stupid, and get my order wrong 100% of the time. I always enjoy a half cup of tarter sauce on my fish sandwich (gross). And I love going to secondary for 20 minutes because I asked for a packet of catsup. And we can no longer half cut your iced tea with sweet tea -- the tea being unpleasant at best, otherwise. I'm a guy with very low expectations for fast food but i will comment when it's exceptionally bad not that I expect any response from McDonalds but more of a warning to avoid this location if possible unless you're starving to death. First it's a mobile order. I've never had a longer than 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes I went inside to inquire and they said coming right up without checking. Ten minutes later a "supervisor" says check and see what that guy needs. I pull the mobile order out and then he says we're refilling the shake machine and that's what they're waiting for so clearly the supervisor didn't check. After 20-25 mins in which my order is getting cold they hand my bag to me. No apology. Nothing. Get to the car and my order is wrong. Like it's a mobile order so how can you mess it up since I submitted the order. Let me explain it was wrong not only with what I ordered but there was an additional item in the bag. I was charged for the extra item lol. I have never ordered a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and mustard in my life since I always get my sandwiches plain. So I go and get them to fix it. My double cheeseburger has cold cheese not melted as they rushed to get it back to me. Again no apology for a second screwup on the same order. Wow! I just moved here from Va where McDonald's workers get paid half of what they make in Ca. (No joke) and the service is better, faster and friendlier. I've never written a longer complaint ever lol.
