He has good energy and great service even when they are so busy and have rude customers raising their voices at them. My food is always hot and tastes good. This place has its up and down, but everytime i come it's usually fast, easy, and hot. I'd highly recommend going either inside or drive thru, do not go on curbside pick up because you will wait for a long time for someone to come out. Stopped by the McDonald's in Kirkland and found the space to be fairly large with plenty of seating options and a spacious parking lot, which made it easy to get in and out. There's no playhouse area for kids, which might be a downside for families looking to linger. The tables were noticeably sticky, which took away from the overall cleanliness. Restrooms were accessible without a code, which was convenient, but the drinking fountain was only available for employees, which felt unnecessarily restricted. They never get my order right and I stopped going to this location. Go somewhere else and don't go to this location. They also don't change there gloves. Don't come here if you want quick food. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I've tried curbside and drive through multiple times. Always 15+ minutes to get your food. Dropped by to grab very late dinner. They've got a smaller menu given the current COVID19 situation. The fast food is more than adequate given that it's drive through. The lines were long despite the late hours. We got a couple of chicken biscuits, a couple of filet-o-fishes, a 6-piece McNugget and a McDouble. I cannot tell if this is a recent occurrence or not, but on 3 separate occasions, my order has been messed up with either missing, incorrect, or improperly prepared items. Today, I even ordered a milkshake, and when I got to the window, they told me the machine was broken, and then proceeded to give me what their broken machine had produced, without taking it off the price. It looked nothing like what I ordered, just ice cream and a multitude of syrups in a cup. So far, in every single instance, regardless of the time of day, the same employee was involved, and they don't seem to care that they are messing up peoples' orders. This one is hard to get to when coming from the east on 85th. A right and left isn't always possible with traffic stacked up. The drive thru is too tight and curvy. I and the big SUV behind me both scraped our tires against the curb. The cashier said it was a known problem especially as the other drive thru lane had a broken microphone and can't take orders. I have been to this location all the time. This is my first incident that I feel disappointed about. I ordered the large fries yesterday and I noticed they gave me a small fries when I got home. For a McDonalds there is no complaints here. Recently remodeled to allow for a clean and comfortable look. Self service kiosk ordering available, fries served fresh and friendly staff. There are two drive thru ordering lanes now but no escape route get out of line is the biggest negative- this is not only a convenience issue but more importantly a safety concern that with a complete redesign of the lot should have never been acceptable- if profits come over safety that is a reduction of stars. read more

Management is pretty incompetent. They lack customer service skills along with point-of-sale system knowledge which is pretty much their entire job. I was told once a mobile order has been entered it cannot be altered which I know to be untrue because I have had it done on a number of occasions. Aside from the lack of job knowledge in such a high profile position I was handed my order with pretty much everything missing but a hamburger. When I told them I was missing an additional burger and medium fries I was met with contempt until I showed them my mobile order containing the items I ordered. After a few minutes of debate and the manager trying to explain, condescendingly, to me how online orders worked she handed me my order with no apology or anything. I understand that patrons of the service industry can be unruly and demanding at times because I'm an industry worker. You will get fat if you have a lot of it so no get. The food at McDonalds is very unhealthy and could make you sick if you have a lot of it. The put chemicals in their food which is unhealthy for you so if you want to live longer then don't get McDonalds. This is a review based on multiple carry-out orders from the McDonald's on 124th Ave in Kirkland, Washington. While, as large-scale global food chains go, McDonald's offer a very consistent experience, contrary to public opinion, not all McDonald's are the same. For instance, go to the McDonald's in Escondido, CA and feel the great disappointment as your Filet o' Fish is served on a hard toasted bun, repeatedly. However, this McDonald's in Kirkland has a number of things going for it. My brother (who is always the drive-by guy) has reported they are friendly and polite and that, each time, the food was prepared quickly. He uses the drive-thru. Even after the short trip home, the food is still just as I hope for from McD's. I always have a Quarter Pounder w cheese. (yes, for you Pulp Fiction fans, that is the Royale with cheese). Got a big breakfast only to discover that the oozy so called scrambled eggs Was in the bag rather than the box , we let it go and more to come. There were no cutleries , sauces , Ketchup . How on the earth are we supposed to eat that. We parked the car and went to get the missing stuff . They handed over a bag and said they have kept everything in here. DO NOT EAT HERE - REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE This place has the poorest customer service of any McDonald's ever visited. I complained about shabby treatment and the manager laughed at me - to my face. Here is what happened: On 3/25/2019 at noon, I ordered a sausage biscuit. The order was confirmed. However, when I went to pay, a snide employee leaned out the 1st drive-up service window and said "We don't serve that any more during lunch". Then, because driveway curbs prevent leaving the lane, I had to sit there for almost five minutes waiting for those ahead to get their orders. When I pulled up to the 2nd window, all the employees had their backs to me. I called for a manager. A employee ambled up to the window. Claimed to be a manager. I explained what happened. This manager explained that an UNSUPERVISED trainee took the order. No apology. No offer of free food for making me just sit there and waste 10 minutes of my time because of THEIR MISTAKE.
