The best fast food places are always ones that are in areas that have a lot of travelers passing by. By best I mean they are fast. And by fast, it means the food isnt sitting around under heat lamps all day. Its because they are soooo busy! I've been to this restaurant several times, not a single good experience. I understand that they are busy during rush, but I intentionally go there at lunch and dinner times, hoping to get freshly made food. While the burgers and chicken nuggets seem recently made, they are always just barely lukewarm. Plus, you never get a receipt; I have to wonder, if this is to prevent customers to document their poor experience with this restaurant. While some might say that the area's workers aren't very good, In'n'out, Carl's jr, Taco Bell and Del Taco somehow to manage to provide well made, HOT food. Interestingly, the Burger King in this town also always has mediocre, lukewarm burgers, too. So it has to be something to do with the local McDonald's management, as when I travel, it seems every other McDonald's along the interstates always serves good, hot food. Nasty. Just everything about this location was gross. The woman's bathroom stunk like backed up sewage. There was feces and blood all over toilets and walls. I realize this is a McDonald's but when you're charging 18.99 for 3 egg Mc Muffins (just the sandwiches) you should at least keep your facility clean. Perfect place for a bathroom break on a long road trip. Spacious and feels newly built so the decor is updated and clean. I like the new direction McDonalds is taking, I think it started with Jack-In-The-Box's facelift, then McDonald's had to respond. The new menu items are trying to promote the healthy side of fast-food, with the salads and McWraps to the apple slices in the Happy Meal. Speaking of Happy Meal, I'm glad that you can still order this as an adult. Reasonably priced and you get a little bit of everything for a filling "snack". What really stuck with me is the cashier asking if the meal was for a boy or girl, so they can chuck in the "gender appropriate" toy. What if you were a girl that just happened to like robots, so if you wanted the robot toy you had to say you're a boy?! Instead of asking if the meal was for a girl or boy, it would take just as many words to ask what type of toy would be preferred? They are already on display so it's not like you're spoiling anything. Yeah you can say most girls would probably pick the pink animal toy and the boys would pick the battle robots, but you don't have to give into the gender stereotyping. Just some random musings here, not on a gender stereotype awareness crusade. But yeah Hmmm. For McDs in generally, I like that free WIFI is provided, combined with Starbucks America pretty much has free internet everywhere, thanks corporate powers! Also McDs has the tastiest fries IMO out of all the other chains. As I was wrapping up my meal I notice staff was blowing up and placing colorful balloons all over the place like they were getting ready for a party. I've lived here for 2 years now and with the amount of times I've stopped at this McDonald's I don't think they've ever gotten a single order of mine correct. Well, except for the other day when I asked for a single burger, but yet the burger was drenched in grease. Would not stop pouring off of my burger it was disgusting. We almost always stop here on the way to Vegas. More of a potty stop to a place to eat. We do eat here at times but often there is a bus and the place is packed. The bathrooms as for the most part are clean but with the high traffic at times they need attention. So if you are in there area and need a potty stop this place does fine and pick up a drink and burger. read more

Price-jacking here, don't know if it was because the bus came in or just certain times, My meal price which if normally a little over $4 was at $7 plus. Horrible Attitudes! I was at McDonald's getting a quick lunch with a friend and we got 3 hot n spicys. I always ask for honey mustard and ranch with my hot n spicy at the other location and they give me about 2 sauces for every burger. When I pulled up to the second window, I asked for honey mustard and ranch and she cane back within of each. I politely asked if I could have one more of each and she said it would be extra. I gave her a blank stare because sauces are extra even when I come to this location. I think she was just lazy and didn't want to waLk back and get two more sauces. I replied with okaY and drove off. I went to this location and ordered 2 quarter pounders and a small fries and was charged $19.50 . The burgers were over cooked and tasteless and the fries were lukewarm. For that same money I could have gone to in & out twice and ordered a #1 animal style with animal fries and a drink and I would have received a hot burger perfectly cooked with hot fries and been very satisfied. I was on my way home and decided to stop for a break and a snack. We ordered our food and was given a number to post at our table. A young man named Rudy delivered our food. Rudy later came back to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. His over the top attention and friendly service was wonderful. He really made our visit exceptional. I kept looking to see if there was table cloths on the table because our table service was so good, . . . AT MCDONALD'S!!!!! This young man is going places. Lol we read the reviews before we went here and should have listened. We just ordered 2 coffees and 2 apple pies. At the beginning the girl that took our order was making us laugh and then the girl that took our payment was very friendly but when we got to the window for our food the girl was so rude and attitude. The bathrooms are disgusting, the water was not the color of water and smelt off. Yes prompt service but it is not something I would exchange for food poisoning. I have read other reviews on there about people getting food poisoning as well and it is 100% true. Get a pictures with the sign but skip the food. There are other places to eat. read more

This Has to be the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. You do have to order at an electric kiosk which is different, not used to that yet. We did come at 10:20 in the morning and they're very busy. The people here are very friendly and will let you order at the registers if you can't figure out the kiosk which is nice. The workers here are the nicest workers. I expected to walk in and order at the counter did not expect any other services. Their crew was extremely friendly. They opened doors for everyone, greeted them in the bathrooms, brought things to our table that we expected to go get ourselves. My toddler started crying and the manager came over with free Hapoy Meal toys for both kids. Definitely way above and beyond your typical McDonalds experience. read more

I can't say enough how awesome this McDonald's has been. Our tour bus to the Grand Canyon had a/c issues and this is where we stopped. We were stranded here for about 2 hours and they were such gracious hosts. They allowed us to hang out in their restaurant the entire time with no pressure to buy anything. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!!! I will start out with my husband watched an employee not wash his hands after using the bathroom. Very unclean restaurant as well. Then when ordering they took so long to even take my order. They kept walking past me as if I wasn't even there. Then after waiting so long to even get my food, when they did call my number they were missing food. I went back up and told them and they looked at me and said ok and never got me my missing food until I went back up again and told them. She still didn't know what I was missing even though I told her. So many people had this problem that one guy was eating so long he wanted his money back. Absolute worst McDonalds I have been to. I was driving through on a road trip and got hungry so decided to grab something quick. This is was NOT quick at all and they were rude. It took so long to take my order, go through the line, and actually get my order, that I parked my car and turned it off every time I stopped. And then my order, a 20 piece chicken nugget, wasn't even ready when I finally did get to the window and I had to wait even longer. When I got to the window, I sat in front of it with my window down and their window open for about 2-3 minutes before the girl even said anything to me. Then my order wasn't ready and I was told "pull up and wait by the trash can." Long wait and a severe lack of customer service. read more

This is a great McDonald's. Great food and incredible customer service. The employees were professional and courteous.

Convenient but not worth it. There was one very nice staff person, but overall this looks like a badly managed place. We gave our order for two dipped cones and one Sundae, and then waited while two customers who ordered the same thing after us were served. The person who had taken our order had apparently disappeared to attend to the drive up window. Finally we inquired and a nice young woman apologized and began to fill our order, but was asked to step aside so another server could get a cone for the drive up window. It was a hot day, but still I did not expect my ice cream to immediately melt. Even though encased in chocolate, the ice cream turned to liquid even while still indoors, and began to seep underneath the chocolate down the sides of the cone. I had to try to gulp it down as fast as I could. It was not enjoyable. Good grief. Someone here needs to get a clue. read more

Every time we go through the drive through, we have to check the bag because they frequently get the order wrong. Take your time and check everything! For whatever reason you still can't eat inside at McDonalds. They are really milking the covid 19 situation to only use the drive thru. This used to be a good place to go inside and have a frappe. Now they act like the world is coming to an end even though most people will have a 99.7% survival rate of this "disease" that you don't even know you have. Staff here was nice, manager was super rude though, he was pretty aggressive with calling out the orders, even heard the people waiting next to me complaining about how rude he was and we could all hear him being super mean to the staff in the back, and overall his tone was super hostile with customers, especially when they didn't immediately come up to claim their order, feel really bad for those poor workers in the back, I understand everyone has bad days but it didn't seem like this was just a one time thing read more
