This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. During the Seahawks championship, they were offering a small order of fries for $0.12 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. HOWEVER, they stopped this promotion on Friday and said they were losing money. DUH! It wasn't a promotion to make money, it was a promotion to get in new customers and show the "12th Man" support for the Seahawks. Many days their credit card machines do not work and they turn away hundreds of customers. This morning, at 4:30am, the sign at the drive thru said, "Sorry We Are Closed." This is a corporate owned location, attached to a Chevron gas station. I spoke with the manager on duty and she stated that no employees were scheduled and she and a cleaning person were the only people in the store. At least 30 cars turned away in the few minutes I was speaking with the night manager. Obviously, the General Manager needs to find another field of work....like holding a 'STOP" sign at a traffic construction site. She, Linda, has no business working with customers, and she obviously runs off employees before they can even get trained. A store's approach to their business starts at the top! If Linda can't motivate her staff, create a schedule, rely on employees to show up, and keep them employed, she should NOT be working at restaurant, much less a fast food chain. As I mentioned earlier, this is a corporate owned location, which seems to be a big part of the problem. There is no district manager or franchise owner to oust the bad and see what's happening in their store, thus she will continue her job and just providing bad customer service and a revolving door of employees. Driving about 3 miles, it's easy to find a franchised location and receive MUCH better service and food. This location SUX! read more

Just left there today. Messed up my order both times I went there lately. Call them and all they do is offer you free food. So they can mess it up again. And they all want 15$ a hour. Please. You can't even get the orders right. Why do you deserve to get more money? Pissed off beyond words. read more

Counter people were busy talking and they didn't acknowledge me until I had to finally interrupt their personal conversation. The girl said nothing after I politely asked to trade in a sauce I didn't ask for (and they only gave me 1 sauce for 20 nuggets). When she finally decided to help me after they finished talking (10+seconds), she again said nothing after I said thank you. I've done customer service my entire life and know it can be hard, but to lack the most basic skills, "Hi, can I help you?" or "Thank you", there's no excuse. When I got home, I realized they also shorted me a burger so I called and the manager answered. He was very nice and apologetic for the mistake (I didn't say anything about the lack of customer service skills from the 2 counter people). I only wrote this review because it was not a good experience and now I have to go back to get the missing burger! I do not look forward to seeing the 2 counter people again! This location is on my way home conveniently located with the Chevron gas station. When I'm feeling a cheat meal (or day) from my diet, I swing by the drive thru for their chicken nuggets. Cant go wrong with these. There's sometimes a long line for the drive thru but it seems to go by pretty quickly. read more

The food is just like any other McDonald; but, I'll tell you what I like: MOMS, listen up! This place has a KIDS CLUBHOUSE that's clean and safe. My 4 year old and 2 year old loves it and I can bring my laptop with a 2 hour battery to work! FREE internet access. It really doesn't getter than this, in my opinion. Me and my mother went threw the drive thru and ordered a large lotte​ coffee with whole milk for $3.29. we get to the first Windows and the lady there is talking away on her cellular phone and didn't even notice us except give us our change back and shut the window and go right back talking on her cellular phone with not so much as a hello or thank you. We get to the second window and the lady there didn't know what she was doing because she made the latte​ wrong and said here is your latte with skim milk and then just shut the window with not so much as a hello or thank you. The latte didn't whole milk but, had skim milk in it with the coffee tasting very burnt and extremely bitter. The large cup was only about 60% full. I would have gone in but I would have been late getting to work. I will not be going back there anymore. read more

This place is awful i can't believe what happened to my boyfriend. He stopped in here for a snack and to you use the restroom. He went into the bathroom first and a guy claiming to be a manager comes banging on the door demanding he come out or he would call the cops. Just as he was reliving himself. My boyfriend was confused and embarrassed as he was in the middle of using the restroom. the guy continued to bang on the door till my boyfriend was able to come out. He even had the nerve to do a count down saying in 2 mins the cops would be there. The guy stated that he thought my boyfriend was using drugs...OMG what???!!! That made no since he just walked in there. In no way does he appear to be strung out on drugs. If anything he had in his system was some cold medicine. Who does that? What kind of place would do this? He was in there for a few moments. It was embarrassing. After he came out the guy who identified himself as a manager apologized but that is far to late. This was no appropriate. How does someone come out of a stall in what should be a private moment to face a strange man demanding you come out to prove you are not on drugs. Needless to say we will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I will be sending a note to their corporate office. read more

I have mixed feelings about this location. It seems as though the morning shift is very friendly and efficient, but if you come in the afternoon or evening, forget it. My order is almost always wrong or missing something. The afternoon shift and evening shift are very rude. Just a bunch of punk kids working at those times. Come for breakfast but avoid this place after 11am. read more

I ordered two hash browns with my breakfast sandwich before my graveyard shift across the street and when I got to work I had no hash browns that I paid for. I went back there for lunch around 7am and told them about the incident but the manager Nishme told me I would have had to call or bring the receipt and it was my fault for not doing so. Now I understand there is policy here but we're talking about two hash browns. I eat breakfast there everyday. Why would I lie? Not to mention she was rude about it like I was begging her for them. I simply wanted what I paid for! Then when I asked for the managers name she tried to give me hers so that when I called to follow up I would get her instead of a manager or someone besides her. All she had to do was eat probably 20 cents in cost to make a customs happy but instead she chose to be rude. Some manager she is. If i could give a 0 star review i would. This is the WORST McDonalds in kent!! We get oreo mcflurries at a different kent Mcdonalds every time but today this one was the closest one. When we recieved the oreo mcflurries there was less than half a cup full in each one. When we asked them to remake it they just filled a whole cup of vannila ice cream with no oreo sprinkles and handed them to us in the most rudest way. No apology or anything. Are they rationing their oreo mcflurry at this mcdonalds or what? Everytime we come to this one to get oreo Mcflurries (which is about every 3 months) they can't fill up the cup to even the half way mark and we always get HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO HERE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I can not tell you how many times I've called and claimed about the unsweetened iced tea at this McDonalds. They use the same coffee filters for iced tea. it makes the ice tea taste like coffee it's disgusting. I have thrown away so many iced teas and called and complained and nothing is done. Everybody at my office skips this McDonalds we drive all the way to the one on Kent-Kangly. read more
