I ordered online a Jr Jumbo Jack and Free Curly Fries for this Labor Day Weekend. I also asked to buy a Jibbi (mini Jack character) but they were all gone and they won't be restocking. The Mgr gave me a free Bobble head instead that comes with the Munchie Meal in place of the Advertised Jibbi. You have to get the App to get the Free curly fries. Most people just go thru the Drive thru. They are not busy in the Dining rm at 8:50 pm. The dining room is open Late til Midnight. The mgr gave me two free Ranch sauce too. I just happened to notice this deal. But I don't come here often. I usually like other Fast Food joints. Last time I went to a Jack n Box was in Dtown Kent by AMC before my movie lastvyr when they had two for one Jumbo Jack. It's just a walk up window and outdoor seating there . Many homeless cater to there. One Homeless guy ordered inside today. He had a dog. But he was articulate and well mannered. There is a lot of traffic driving by but not much customers like to stop here compared to McD's. read more

I haven't been here in about a month, but for a while I was stopping by around noon to pick up breakfast and often interacted with the same young man at the counter. Even though he once got my order wrong, he immediately fixed it with a sincere apology -- no fuss, just great customer service. What really stands out is his energy and attitude. I've never seen someone in food service with so much pep in his step every single time. He's consistently courteous, eager to please, and genuinely thankful. That kind of positivity is rare and makes a big difference in the customer experience. I truly hope he goes far in whatever he does. read more

been going here since I was a literal baby, I've never been disappointed. Greatest fast food ever.

I used to come here because they had the best jr bacon cheeseburgers, so I thought why not come in recently. I got jr bacon cheeseburgers an all the burgers were super salty, had to throw all the food away. Waste of money and they charge up the butt for their sandwiches so why not make them good? read more

Would give a 0 star but that's impossible. Got food & the whole bag has hair in it! All over the food and everything! There was more than what's in the photo! read more

Although sometimes this place may be slow, they are doing a great job in my opinion making the food and being respectful

The food was tasty. The service was great. The ambiance is a fast food restaurant. This location has plenty of free parking. read more

Contrary to other reviews of this establishment, I not only get great service every time I come to this location, my food is always hot and they never get my order wrong. I have even gotten extra food from them as a kindness. They are hands down the best location I have been to. The workers are so kind, patient, but also get their jobs done quick and effectively. Shout out to the team who keeps this location going! read more

This Jack in The Box is the closest to our house, but we've never been disappointed. We often go through the drive thru where it is efficient and still friendly. We always order their tacos and they always come out crunchy and with decent amount of filling in there. We also get a burger and that's usually prepared neatly with all ingredients. Customer service is great! They always greet you and even under pressure they are fast and friendly! read more

Went through the drive thru last night (Saturday morning) at 12:30am for some late night food and the drive thru worker told me they were closed. But the hours posted online shows Friday and Saturday has 24 hour drive thru. What's up with that? read more

This place is simply horrible. I did not learn my lesson on my prior visit which took 3 return trips to get it correct, yes, 3 return trips. This time I ordered a plain cheeseburger and the cheap 99cent taco . When I got home the burger was not plain and the taco is a greasy mess, see pictures. I know it doesn't matter to your staff but you have lost my business. read more

Gave me food poisoning last night. I'll never be back Positive it was from them to I hadn't eaten in 12 hours I got food here at 345am and at 730 am I woke up with food poisoning. Thanks for ruining my weekend plans. read more

How many employees are on staff at any given time? Among those employees how many touch food? So from the time my order is taken, to the time I get it at the window? ZERO people check to make sure it's the right shit?! I know it's only fast food. But it's still an annoyance that they want 15+ dollars an hour to flip burgers and they cant even do that right. Definitely not going back. read more

Slow, unprofessional, shorted my change and then asked me to buy something else because he didn't have a key to the register. I had to tell him I'd wait in the parking lot so he could wait on the next customer, and then bring my food and change. Whoever manages this store needs to be more hands on and better support the staff there. Terrible service. I won't be going back. read more

Please check your food before leaving the window no matter how long it takes, guaranteed you will not have all the good you paid for. Please don't bother calling because they will never ever answer, this place sucks. read more

this store is a problem! cold food and incomplete orders and incompetence. especially for the mone. I could have gone to Red Robin for the same money. I'm never ever going back to this store or any Jack in the Box. read more

My husband and I just sat down in our booth with our food. A very aggressive panhandler came up to the opening our booth actually blocking our way out of it. He then proceeded to order us to go Buy him a Hamburger AND Fries. My husband told him that he didn't have any cash and he looked like he was ready to grab our food and run. None of the staff seemed to notice. We are the type of people that would buy a person in need something to eat. But this person was just plain scary and acted like he wanted to start something. The new sweet potato fries were over cooked and dry and bleh.... As for the rest of my food, it wasn't good. Part of it was from our experience. And the the bathrooms are nasty. read more

This jack n the box is close to where I live but it's the nastiest one I ever been to I don't think they mop or sweep even wipe the tables down....Not to mention the don't really pay attention to orders I'm here right now and they just messed up on my order I don't know how clearer I've could've spoken..... read more

I'm not the type of person to write negative reviews, but wow. This is absurd! Went in at 11PM on 12/03/2020 and ordered 2 large shakes. The person on the intercom said "pull up to the next window". The line was long as you can possibly imagine and waited for almost 40 minutes. Yes, I waited that long because I was craving a milkshake and I don't know anywhere else that serves shakes that late. Anyways, as I pull up to the window, the employee tells me that their machine was down and won't be serving shakes. So my question is, why did you tell me to pull up to the window and wait in line for 40 mins just to tell me that shakes aren't available? It would've been okay if you told me on the intercom that shakes aren't available but having me wait 40 minutes was then telling me later is unacceptable. Y'all are a joke. Also, isn't this establishment 24/7? Why are you close at 2am? I have to drive down to the other Kent location and I complained to them and they told me that this location can get lazy and close down whenever they feel like it. I prefer the other Kent location. This is just pure laziness. read more

Stopped here for lunch on my way home. Within 20 minutes of eating I knew something was wrong. I pretty much lived in the bathroom for the rest of the day...I won't go into details. Thanks Jack in the Box for giving me food poisoning! read more

Interior is absolutely filthy. Three employees noticed us at the counter. But no acknowledgement and took a full five minutes to come to the front. We were the only customers inside. Food was ready fairly quickly. But my burger and were lukewarm. Cheese on burger was still cold from the cooler. Went to sit down and there's a junkie sleeping in the booth. Every single table was dirty even though no one was there eating and it was 2pm on a Friday. Another junkie came in and literally rubbed his filthy hands open palmed over every table he passed. Now I've been sick all afternoon. Avoid at all costs read more

Great service and food was good for jack in the box. Pretty busy at 2am I'm not sure when they close. But friendly workers!

They really don't care about the customer. I went to order a second meal and they were rude and looked at me like I was stupid and they kept forgetting my order because I didn't want meat on my sandwich but they didn't listen and acted like they don't know read more

Waited 30 minutes in drive through spent 40$ and left with $25 worth of food. Called and Rachel gave mad attitude fuck the bitch didn't wanna give refund when she seen me 8 minutes prior. This place is horrible, the personal have a bad actitud. The restrooms are dirty and the tables, they needs a hard training.

Worst place! Waited in the drive-thru for 30 MINUTES just to get two small burgers and some fries for the kids. To top it off, they "gave" our order away to the previous people and the food we were told was being remade wasn't even hot. read more

We were ordering at the drive thru, we had to go over our order a couple times because the employee was not really paying attention to us. We could also hear a lot of laughter and conversation in the background. At the window, one of our orders was incorrect. Rather than argue with people who don't care, we just took it and left. A reciept was not given to us. read more

This place is shit got me waitin 20 minutes and shit for my order they prioritized drive thru over customers inside. They might as well just close off the inside and make it drive thru only. Their own fucking employee got their fucking food before i did and she was leaving the fucking jack in the box while smiling at us. Like who da fuck she think she is im hungry too. If there was a negative star rating i would do so but i cant, fuck this place i never recommend coming here for anyone. :) read more

This Jack In The Box is always closed in most mornings. I usually get here between 4:45-5:30am and they're most likely closed. But the people that worked 11-22 of Feb 2019 were always open! No idea what happened. read more

Stop this morning on my way to work at 4:45 AM. Going thru the drive in it took 15 min to pickup my order. Lady at the window smile but look very tired. I notice that she was helping the other woman in kitchen with my order. I notice she wasn't wearing food handing gloves because she just handed my change back with no glove on. I got no receipt. When I got to work I notice my All Meat Breakfast Burrito was very greasy looking. Stupid me I ate it and then 45 min later I had to run to the restroom. I never had that problem before and I will not come back. Check out review from 7/27/2016. The same thing happen to them. read more

Great place. The orders are always accurate, the employees are always happy, and the food is always good. A very good selection of food and drinks ranging from fantastic food at pretty high prices, to great food at low prices. Including a good and varied value menu. The only problem with this location is the microphone in the drive-thru isn't very good and sometimes the order taker has a hard time understanding the customers. read more

this is the worst jack in the box in washington. the messed up my orfer after a 10 minute eait for thrn to update their system. wtf

Crappy customer service - tried to email corporate about complaint and got NOTHING back. What the hell!

I love jack in the box, I work next to a jack in the box, I have been to Jack in the Boxes from southern CA to WA. This is probably the worst Jack in the Box I have been to. I ate here 3 times on separate days and the fries were inedible. Also this jack in the box will card you for using a debit/credit card, so don't ever plan on buying food for the whole house and using a buddies credit card, because he has no cash, if he's not there to use his ID, you will not get your food. read more
