Updating my review. I ordered via DoorDash. Arrived at 10pm. Didn't take long at all. Very surprised how the food was still warm when arrived. The filet a fish was fresh, and fries were just right with a crunch. So I'm giving more stars this time. Not sure what changed. New management? We'll keep it up. On 2-4-2026, I drove in with an order of a 4 piece McCrispy, a McDouble, and a Small fries (which should have been $1.00) and was charged FULL price for the fries and given a REGULAR cheeseburger. When I asked the guy at the window why my order was wrong, he said he'd get a manager, and NEVER RETURNED!!! Instead, I was rudely handed my food, and the window shut on me. On Monday 4/21/25 I ordered my chicken sweet tea and happy meal. I am 4 months pregnant and I found Bugs (dead ants and another bug) in my sweet tea. I live in Covington and couldnt drive back to the McDonald location. When I was in town on Friday 4/25 is stopped by with my receipt and the tea with the bugs in it. I brought it to their attention they stated they are aware they have a bug problem their eco lab came back for ant infestation and refused to refund me my money for my order. Monday morning around 3am: My husband and I decided we wanted something quick to eat so we stopped by and tried ordering lunch items but the girl told us that they were serving breakfast only (3am is kind of early to be serving just breakfast) so we told her that's fine and that we started telling her what we wanted and no reply... we sat there for awhile waiting. We ended up leaving and found her just standing by the register playing with her fingers... I don't even want to order here anymore. It was also gross to see her messing with her nails. Just awful customer service! We ended up going to McDonald's on Meeker and I absolutely loved my experience there. We don't have the same issues with other locations, just this one on 240th in Kent. The restaurant needs a new manager and/or a new franchise owner.
