On 2-4-2026, I drove in with an order of a 4 piece McCrispy, a McDouble, and a Small fries (which should have been $1.00) and was charged FULL price for the fries and given a REGULAR cheeseburger. The filet a fish was fresh, and fries were just right with a crunch. So I'm giving more stars this time. Not sure what changed. New management? We'll keep it up. On Monday 4/21/25 I ordered my chicken sweet tea and happy meal. I am 4 months pregnant and I found Bugs (dead ants and another bug) in my sweet tea. I live in Covington and couldnt drive back to the McDonald location. When I was in town on Friday 4/25 is stopped by with my receipt and the tea with the bugs in it. I brought it to their attention they stated they are aware they have a bug problem their eco lab came back for ant infestation and refused to refund me my money for my order. I mentioned to them I tried calling on Monday and Tuesday and kept getting busy signals. The manager said their phones haven't worked in a year. read more

2nd time in a couple of months we've eaten at this fast food restaurant and fry container was not full and the food gave us indigestion. The other food item was a cheeseburger with no onions. We don't have the same issues with other locations, just this one on 240th in Kent. The restaurant needs a new manager and/or a new franchise owner. This is the reason it's been two months since the last time we ate there and nothing has changed. We will no longer eat at this location again. It's been plenty of times where either they don't take card or that they would not answer and I would see the employees in there... Monday morning around 3am: My husband and I decided we wanted something quick to eat so we stopped by and tried ordering lunch items but the girl told us that they were serving breakfast only (3am is kind of early to be serving just breakfast) so we told her that's fine and that we started telling her what we wanted and no reply... we sat there for awhile waiting. Then they said their computers are resetting and they lost the order. But that the order would be done by 3 because of their reset.
