The BOGO Crunch Wrap deal appeared to be a good value, so I ordered it. The "beef" was a very thin paste with little or no tastable beef. 1/26/25 1:30-2:00AM - Do not go here if you value your health, seriously. I had just gotten out of the ER with my pregnant girlfriend on our way home just wanting something to eat. After we received our order I checked to see if they gave me a fork, cause they usually don't when you order a fiesta potato, like make it make sense. Am I supposed to eat it with my hands? I didn't get a fork, I proceeded to see my fiesta potatoes not 1 but 2, I paid for extra potatoes and cheese. 1. Was barely given any extra potatoes, maybe like 5 extra pieces no joke, but I wasn't trippin about that 2. They literally gave me little to no cheese like it looked like they just touch the of my potatoes with the bottom of there scooper or whatever. So I went inside and was waiting to talk to someone, the larger built white woman working drive through walked up to the counter and asked what's wrong. I told her I paid extra cheese for these 2 fiesta potatoes. And no joke she looked at me as if I didn't speak the same fucking language as her and then proceeded to shake her head and say no under her breathe. I said what? She said was that a mobile order orr. As if I wasn't going to get my stuff fixed if it wasn't 2. This is literally less than 60 second of my girlfriend and I pulling through the drive through. She took the fiesta potatoes and gave them to a Spanish lady, who then wants to sit there and complain and talk shit in Spanish as if she has any right. And I know she was cause she was talking to her cook and I heard her mention my mobile order, and the cook wanted to look directly at me. I assume she said something along the lines of, the man with the mobile order really came back. (I'm not fluent). I got my fiesta potatoes back with a very generous amount of cheese and went on about my life. I didn't think I needed to check my burrito and Crunchwrap because it was a slight bit heavier than normal. So when I got home and opened 1 of the fiesta potatoes, which spilled as soon I open the container. I cleaned myself up, ate the potatoes, and immediately had an off settling feeling, I told my pregnant girlfriend (whom which already downed their burrito) I dont feel right and walked to the bathroom, and immediately threw up the entire container of potatoes in a single breathe. Like my body rejected something that was going to put me in the hospital, so I just threw the second one away. I drank some Pepsi a few minutes after my stomach settled to get rid of the vomit taste in my mouth, and immediately threw that up too. So I went to check to see if they even made the rest of my order correct, which I wouldn't have ate even if they did. I got a 5 beefy layer burrito no sour cream add rice add beans grilled. I've worked fast food before I don't know how they're set up, but I do know should absolutely not have lettuce in my burrito, that is cross contamination. I picked up and opened my Crunchwrap supreme no veggies no sour scream add rice add beans add potatoes, just to be completely ashamed, the only thing you probably can't see in the photo is the shell was soggy as shit. I then called the building to ask for their General Manager and the lady on the phone I can't do that, i think she said her general manager wasn't there or something, so I said ok can I get their contact information and the lady said no I can't do that either. If there was a zero, I would give it that. They always get the order wrong and their customer service is so rude. They do not care in the slightest about fur filling the customers needs/wants. The ambience is always an unpleasant one. The manager is also so rude and not accommodating at all. We came here to just get our food and go, they always say they're out of items but the taco bell menu tells a different story. I get if it isn't their fault but then higher ups need to get their accuracy in terms of items on the menu. They tell us that we can order things off the app but if you don't have it at all available, why would I order it in the app? Shouldn't you offer the same things in person/drive-thu? Quite literally the most clueless bunch. They can barley prepare items on the menu as is but if you want to modify anything you are guaranteed to get something worse than what they offer on the menu. I've given multiple chances and something is always missing from the food. If you modify a taco by adding sauce you will get a taco with NO sauce. Lol what? So you take it back and say you want creamy jalapeño sauce & spicy ranch. You get spicy ranch and jalapeños....that was just my recent example. This has happened so many times with anything ordered. Another time they gave us someone else's order in the drive thru. This is why I always check my items now before walking out. I've worked in fast food & restaurants. It's not that hard to follow the screen. But to also verbally break it down for them on what should be on an item and they still can't do that is just sad. I was desperate for a quick lunch for my siblings and decided to go to taco bell. I ordered online the nacho fries deluxe box with a strawberry lemonade and 3 dorito locos tacos and a spicy potato taco. When I got the food, I decided to take a sip of the strawberry lemonade. It was very very watery, no lemon or strawberry flavorings and it wasn't good. The nacho fries were so old and they definitely should've been discarded. I had food nacho fries the last time I went but the ones that I got should not have been sold. Super crusty and dry. Same for the potato taco. The potatoes weren't fluffy like they used to be and were curled up, dried out, stale potatoes. Usually, this location isn't too bad. Tonight, I made an order on the app and they missed one of the items. I didn't notice until we arrived home and attempted to call them. No answer - I tried several times over a few hours. They won't pick up their phone here. I wanted to arrange for a credit or refund on that part of the order not received. Statistically, the pizza is never ready and I end up having to wait in the parking lot until the 7 minutes elapses. On my last visit, yet again the pizza was not ready so I waited the 7 minutes. Then one of the workers had to come outside in the ran to tell me that someone forgot my order and hence a pizza was never even put on to cook. Although the worker was very polite and apologetic about the error and offered free items, my hunger was not satisfied as I didn't have my order. I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago completely starving. I really don't know the Kent area well, so I stopped at the first sign of fast food. I ordered a couple of tacos and some fiesta potatoes. When they handed me my order, they said I needed to pull around front to wait for the fiesta potatoes because they weren't ready yet. So I pulled to the front and waited. I peeked in the bag and saw a nearly full bag of potatoes in there already. So, car windows open, purse on the passenger seat, I quickly walked inside just to say thanks, but the potatoes are here. They told me they hadn't completely filled the bag with potatoes and that they would give me an additional entire bag. I declined, because really...the bag was basically full already. They insisted I wait and that it would just be a minute. I stood there waiting and waiting, nervously watching my car with the windows open and purse ready for the taking. I think I stood there at least 5 minutes before they gave me the new bag of potatoes, which I never even wanted in the first place. I don't know why I didn't just leave, but....I didn't. They were really polite about it, so I felt bad about just ditching out. New bag finally in hand, I got into my car, annoyed. I drove to my boyfriend's house and finally started chowing down. The new bag of potatoes that I had been waiting for all that time? Ridiculously overcooked - after all that waiting, they went straight into the trash. URGH! When I used to live in the South End, I would frequent this Taco Bell / Pizza Hut pretty often. It's well located, provides decent food (for Taco Bell) and has a very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the Safeway moved out next door, and some Dollar Store moved in. Ever since then the place seems like it's going downhill. As far as Taco Bell goes, this is one of the best quality I've had. Normally, I wouldn't be moved to review, but the service of the staff here was exceptional on my stop in. Particularly with an elderly woman who was having difficulty knowing what to order while being berated by her adult granddaughter, it was hard to watch this poor woman be treated so badly. But all the staff were very patient, warm, and kind with her, and went out of their way to make her feel welcome despite her granddaughter being a massive b.
