They had no air conditioning mind you it's 95+ degrees outside. I feel for the employees that's horrible working conditions. There was about 30 flies. every table dirty homeless people sitting inside. The place smelled like sweat and fries. Also had to wait for my food for 25 minutes for 2 burgers I walked up there and watched my food sit for another 10 before I got sombody s attention and they handed it to me. read more

This review is about McDonald's App. I don't know what programmers did to the App but whatever they did, mine stopped working on Dec. 7, 2025. I showed 3 managers what it was doing and not one could fix it. I finally called the Corporate number to delete my account because the App wouldn't let me log in, just kept giving me "dcs_error_-10021" each time I tried. I'm not complaining about the food, or the price, or people who sell it. I used to buy a "big breakfast" every day but when I have to be logged into the application to get a reward, a free sm coffee @1500 pts, etc., the programmers ended the rewards program for me by this error so that there's now no way to track my precise location for food purchases for points, not to mention a real risk of losing financial data if they're that incompetent. A breach of information could occur if the programming is so bad a person can't even log in to close McDonald's linked bank card services. The AT&T Store said it was McDonald's App that's the problem, not the iphone. But that's little consolation when I can't close my account so hackers won't steal my financial information from the program written by McDonald's programmers, shown to be so incompetent that there's no way for me to even close my account. McDonald's said in the update to their terms,"[t]o close your account, you can visit 'your profile' and select 'delete account.'" Can you really? read more

We had 3 orders and whenever i went to place my order i was yelled at and told "WE CANT DO 3 ORDERS" and so i said okay ill just do mine On the second order and she said "NOPE YOU CANT DO THAT YOU ARE GONNA HAVE TO PULL AROUND" and when we we did she went and hid so where we couldn't see her and then she came out and she was waving her hands and everything. Couldn't get her name but she looked like a manager. There is no reason to talk to your customers like that at all and yell at them. We even told the girl that took the money that the lady who took our order was being really rude and there was no reason at all for her to be rude to us. I've been here multiple times and never had an issue with placing 3 orders before. She might have had a rough day and night but shouldn't be taking it out on other people ESPECIALLY customers. The dining area and the restrooms were still clean inside of this venue. The ladies' room had a changing table in stainless steel. Nevertheless, the plastic trash located outside one of their entrances was over-flowing. Some plastic bags were placed directly on the floor, which may attract pests. read more

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to in a while. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. Great customer service for both the out-of-towners and locals alike--you can tell they care about your experience. Service could have been a little quicker, but other than that an all star McDonald's. read more

I ordered a double quarter meal and when I got the order my burger looked like they use less meat now and raising the prices on their food... my burger looked like a small double cheeseburger... that's that sneaky stuff they are doing now days... the been doing this my bad....The only thing that was good was the tea!!! read more

This is the worst McDonald's EVER!! After going this morning and ordering , my husband came home wit the wrong order. He goes all the way back to town to ask for the right food, and he is ignored by several employees repeatedly. This is the 4th time in a row his order has been wrong. Not counting how many times see they have messed up my son's/daughter's orders. If u want McDonald's and u r in Kenly, go somewhere else! My friend and I attempted to stop in and use the drive thru on New Years Night. We pulled up to the menuboard & someone came over the speaker to ask us what we wanted, and we told them we were still deciding. About a minute later we were ready and said several times we were, but no one responded. We tried pulling through again to trip the speaker and no one came on, and at that point we just left. There were no hours on the door, so I had no clue if they were closed or not. Granted this is McDonalds and not a fucking five star restaurant, but it would have been really nice of them to just tell us they were closed, instead of just sitting around waiting. read more

Drive thru has two lanes. They repeatedly took orders from one Lane only, letting several cars ahead of us. Very frustrating to wait that long for a half decent cheeseburger. Also, they didn't have root beer. I've never been to a McDonald's that didn't have root beer. read more

Absolute trash. I've been here a few times and it was a nice decent place but a couple of months ago I started seeing a change. It just seems dirty not to mention I've seen a cockroach in there by the drinks. The staff is extremely RUDE. I went with my mom once and we ordered some large fries with our meal and when we received them they were in the container for large fries but the portion was small. When my mom asked if she could get more, the lady (not sure if she was the manager) laughed at her and told I'm guessing some of her fiends in the back and started laughing at her. My mom asked so politely and she just laughed in her face. My friend also recently started working there and she has told me so many things about this McDonalds and it just disgusts me. She said that the manager is extremely rude to her. She said that the manager and some of her friends were talking shit about her saying how she didn't want my friend to be there. A manager should be professional, and the manager here is the complete opposite of that. My friend admitted that there were cockroaches and told me how the manager just told her not to say anything about it. It's not clean, it's disgusting, and the manager is extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. That place disgusts me, the people working that are in charge and just how dirty it is. I wouldn't recommend coming here for your food. Worst customer service Ever!!! I visited Mcdonald on 8-5-17 @10:00 the drive thru lady rushed me thru my order, cutting me off as I was ordering asking is that all? Got to the window with my digital coupon and she said she couldn't accept it, so I asked why then she loudly got another employee over there and in her words said, "PLEASE, explain to her she can't use it."
