The fries were marketed as garlic parm, but they were definitely Cajun and equally tasty, not disappointed, but not sure why the $2 up charge. We got the Joey and the Philly. The Philly has a different texture meat on it than just beef, like brisket or something similar. Flavors all paired really well. Highly recommend. Came to 815GG on a Saturday evening for dinner with my wife. When we entered, there was nobody around except for one person who seated us and explained that we could order through him off the menu or scan a QR at our table and order electronically. We ordered a burger called "Usual Suspect", a "Gourmet Chicken Philly Roll" and since they are known for Mac n' Cheese, the host recommended the "Whiskey River Barbecue Mac". Food only took about 15-20 minutes as expected. My wife's burger, though not cooked to order, was exceptional flavorful and juicy.
