I generally don't give 1 star reviews - but if anyone deserves one, it's this McDonald's. They are easily the worst location I've ever visited - slow, disorganized, and simply rude. Despite not being busy at all, we had to wait for a small order of two vanilla cones. While the food itself was fine (standard McDonald's quality, iykyk), the customer experience left a lot to be desired and the team members we encountered were rude for no apparent reason. If you use the kiosk to order, they have no problem delivering to that table with the little sign you move around that's numbered. However, if you mobile order while sitting at the table and use the fixed number plate on the table for the order they don't deliver it and call a number that you never received. The Dr. Pepper is out and there is no sign but when you say hey there is all carbon and no syrup, they claim to know and no one marks it. The sweet tea is also out. I watched another customer receiver their sandwich not customized the way they ordered.Another customer was shorted two dollar in change. The play place is closed. read more

The most disgusting McD's I have ever been in. Not one table was clean @ 830pm 18 Feb 2018. Verified this by searching the entire store before cleaning our own. Restrooms just as disgusting. The bins were flowing over with garbage, no exaggeration, half the main dining area floor was sticky with soda. If it wasn't for the fact the family was hungry and didn't want to pile back in the car to search for something else we most certainly would have. After we received the food, we should have. Fries old and unsalted, 1/4lb burger old enough the bun was crunchy. Ask for fresh food you say, given the behavior and attitude of the crew on duty I wouldn't trust them not to janky our food. I tried to catch them pilling together in the drive thru area behind the counter for their selfies. Apparently that's all they had time for. $15/hr. pffft take a hike! read more

Had our food passed around other cars because they couldn't figure out who's order was who's. Then proceeded to try and give us the passed around bag that's had all these other peoples hands dig through our food and fries. And then acted shocked when we asked for fresh food. I get that this is fast food and that yes you may be busy. We were staying at the Great Wolfe Lodge and so we ended up here twice in a few days for quick breakfast and lunch. Only went through the drive through but everyone was pleasant and personable. Terrible management Update April 15th 3:45 pm: It's in the midst of the carona virus pandemic; Governor Kelly JUST extended the stay at home order. I stopped in and only ordered a single large vanilla latte. I watched the shift manager walk out to deliver two separate cars their orders while NOT wearing gloves or a mask!! When walking back in he wiped his nose and touched the door handle, then he started making my coffee... and there's NO WAY he has time to wash his hands properly and almost complete my coffee in the 30 seconds it took me to pull up to the window. I left, I wasn't having him hand me anything!!! I called to complain and he became combatant and argumentative. Even started mocking me in the phone call. I was able to record the entire event on my dashcam, and offered to share it with Mcdonalds corporation and the store manager. NOONE this immature and unprofessional should be leading a restaurant let alone during a pandemic. This is not the first time I had issues with this store about hygiene safety issues, if this store is a franchise, they should have their franchise revoked!!! read more

So I know it's rude to go to a restaurant right before they close. Nonetheless, I showed up at 1:54, and not only did they deny me service, they wouldn't answer at the drive thru. Knowing they were ignoring me I pulled up to the window to ask why they weren't answering and they just pretended they couldn't see me. So I honked to get their attention (knowing they were ignoring me on purpose) and a lady came to the window and didn't open but gave a signal that they were no longer taking orders. I then asked her to open the window, which she did, and explained that had closed. I asked why? And she just responded because we are closed. No offense but 6 minutes before closed doesn't mean you stop answering the window. If you'd like to close at 1, close at 1. I just went ahead and went over to jack in the box who gave me very polite and prompt service, and I decided to order my whole house food and spend 3 times the amount of money because of the polite service. If your looking for real food, and real people who actually want your money jack in the box across the street is the place to go! Sorry McDonald's! Place is never open as hours state. I've Been here multiple times between 5:00 and 5:45 and they wouldn't be opened up yet. Hours on the door state 5am everyday except Sunday which is 6am though like I stated above, never open. Lazy pricks!! read more

The play area is brilliant! Very spacious. Clean. Nice climbing contraption and an area to just sit and watch without having to take space at a table. The dining area is also set up so one has a full view of the play area. One can eat in relative silence or go back out to order something else and still be able to keep an eye on the kiddos. Bathrooms were clean and service was friendly and accurate. Another plus! A drink was spilled in the dining room while waiting for our food. An employee quickly put up a sign so no one would slip on it, grabbed a mop and promptly cleaned it up. Compared to ask other McDonald's I've been to this one rates as the best, in my opinion. read more

If I could it 0 stars I would. I waited for my order for more than 20 minutes and when I finally decided to go ask for it, it was wrongly made. I paid an extra 25 cents for extra cheese on my cheese burger and there was no extra cheese, I also asked for it to be well done, and it was not well done. I didn't end up eating it. All the little cooks in the back need to be fired, because obviously they aren't doing their job right. read more

I come here every Tuesday and Thursday evening on my way to KCKCC for classes. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh. The drive through is pretty fast...even during busy times. 9 times out of ten I order the Southwest grilled chicken salad. Love it! I also bring my little one to play at their play place. It is clean and he has a good time. I also like that there is a police officer on duty at all times. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! read more
