Service is terrible as everyone here just ignores you. I did a mobile order on Friday may 31 2024 around 1:06 PM and picked up around 1:16 PM as Daniel and it was on the counter to pickup, I just wanted Mexican salsa and 2 managers just straight ignored me and would walk past me like they couldn't hear. A lovely younger gentleman gave me the sauce and said sorry about that! As if he knew his manager was just ignoring. Nice to see the younger workers are more considerate that management. read more

If you are coming from the freeway you see there sign says open 24 hours, but they are not. They should really remove that sign it's misleading. It's annoying to get off thinking they will be open and there not. read more

I'm so sick of this branch. I am not going there anymore. Everytime they screw up my order I tell myself not to go back there. My order was missing 2 chicken sandwiches and apple slices. As of 3/30/2020....still the worst!!! Errors again. We came back to pick up what they forgot last time. The manager we spoke to wasn't there but had offered up two slushees. However, the manager on duty didn't honor it because they didn't communicate. So come back tomorrow?! Really? To come back twice for their goof ups?!!!!! S U C K S big time. I don't frequent McDonald's too often since I usually bring my own lunch to work and make dinner at home most nights for my family. So most of the time, if I do happen to come here, it is usually to get a yogurt parfait, an ice coffee, a bowl of oatmeal, maybe a salad (road tripping, kind of unavoidable to stop somewhere to eat on a long drive) or one of those fruit and yogurt snack packs. In general, I am actually very pleased that McDonald's offers a lot of really healthy and tasty choices (such as the ones mentioned above). I really like that this particular location looks really nice and modern and reminds me more of a coffee shop or cafe now than before (before McDonald's went under a new renovation with their locations to make it more McCafe like) when it was just a junky and kind of dirty fast food place. Employees here that I have interacted with have been pretty nice, really have no complaints about them. Service is pretty quick (but when I have been here in the past, I usually do not come during busy lunch time or in the mornings for breakfast). Pricing is very affordable and quality of food items that I have ate here are exceptional. Free wifi is pretty fast. This location is pretty convenient, as it is right off the 210 freeway and behind an Arco gas station. This location is also in the same plaza as Farmer Boy's and there is plenty of parking. Restrooms are pretty clean (just wished there were paper towels instead of a blow dryer though). Overall, a pretty nice McDonald's. read more

Fourth time I've been here in a short time period "a few weeks" with my order taken incorrectly, no matter how slow I spoke and no matter how many times I repeated the order, only to find that they still messed up and had to charged me a second time to complete my order. I've heard many others complain about this problem so be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru. Management if you read these reviews I would recommend that you check on your drive thru clerk's and possibly consider retraining them or getting more competent ones. read more

The manager was great, we got the wrong drink but the manager fixed the problem and even added a complementary pie.

They short you on the drive thru orders and don't make it right the manager says we do everything the same all the time yet on a breakfast order there was no eggs no bacon no English muffin but by the time you get home and find out you call the supposed phone number which is a fax machine no more business from me farmer boys is right next door just a warning check your bag for all items before you pull away from the window read more

McDonald's is pretty clean and service is ok, but then again it's fast food. It's very convenient grab as it's close to the freeway and the gas station I usually pump gas at. Came in about 6am and ordered sausage egg McGriddle no cheese. A McGriddle with cheese was given at first but person at the window was quick to change it out. Very convenient and fast place to get breakfast on the go. 3 stars served its purpose. read more

Ok so i see why the low rating. Orders are taken and displayed on the screen. How does it change by the time you pull up to the window . Need to review training process maybe there's an issue there. I thought I would give your restaurant one last chance to get it right, and it seems that I was not disappointed. I went through the drive up window and ordered a Quarter Pounder with chesse and a coke for a total of $6.45, I got change and proceeded out of the drive thru imagine my surprise when I lifted the burger out of it's box and the fat drained from the burger to my leg. I proceeded to speak to the manager, whose comeback was " we fresh cook them". She then asked what I would like, I replied a refund. I was given my money back and the manager muttered I will speak to the crew. Anyway, I go to this McDonald's off the 210 freeway because it's close to my house and exactly what I need after enduring people all day! Obviously I don't go here everyday but when I do, there are no lines, the workers are fast and nice, my order is never wrong, and the food tastes how I expect it to. I usually order some variation such as the photo below because when you're 5ft and 100lbs, McDonald's is the perfect tool to put some junk in your trunk! **** update *** no less than 5 minutes after posting this review, it appears that the same old creepy manager sent me a nasty message on Yelp! I have contacted corporate and screen shot his account along with his picture which I will post. This guy is a creep! Ask for something. They charge you, whose job is it to get the order right? Certainly not mine! I do however have to always check because as usual, the orders are always wrong. Then the manager snaps at me for not paying for what I ordered, as if I personally entered the pictures on the machine and clicked the NO cheese button. I absolutely do not understand why they think they deserve $15 an hour. Been stopping here on our drives to and from Palm Springs. The bathrooms are clean, the staff are super friendly and the food is actually pretty good. We mostly stop here for coffee (hot and iced-depending on the weather). Once in a while we get food here as well and it's always been pretty good. I used to get my coffee here on my early morning drive in, then, in May 2019, they changed the drive thru hours to "open at 430am." They currently advertise as opening at 430am though they never are. It's actually around 5am, sometimes, maybe. There's no consistency or predictability and for those that are jumping off the freeway, it's a big waste of time. It's just coffee though and it can be had anywhere so I recommend a different McDonald's altogether or 7-11. read more

07/14/2017 - Whoever worked between the hours of 0045-0115, this was the worst order I've ever had. Everything is cold as hell, and you made me wait in line. Fries were not fresh, and the nuggets were about an hour old, soggy and no taste. I was hopefully thinking extremely hot fresh food. I also ordered a Large meal, she put it in a Medium cup. I told her, she put my Medium drink in a Large cup and then just filled it with ice and served it to me. I usually never have problems with this McD. the usual one I go to was for some reason closed, so I was distraught. But now I will never go to this McD. It's terrible. read more

It's clean, updated and the automated ordering machines are kind of cool. You can order at the counter as usual or use the automated machines by the door. I would give this McDonald's 0 starts if I could. I've been to this location about 5 times and they've messed up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ordered burgers with no cheese only to find cheese in it after I get home. This happened even when I DOUBLE confirmed with the person at the drive thru window that my order asked for no cheese. One time I was so fed up with their incompetency so I drove back to have them fix my order. Not a single word of apology from them- what despicable customer service. Today I come home with my order and none of the sauces I asked for with my chicken strips is in the bag. This is the last time I will be going to this location. I guess I can only blame myself for thinking that they would be capable of changing and cleaning up their horrendous service.
