No line Fast and good customer service. The food was as good as expected from a McDonald's.

I waited almost 20 minutes for my dine-in order. It finally shows up, and it's wrong. And not a little bit wrong, because I would have just eaten it, after waiting so long. Nope, it was very wrong. Another 10 minutes. The (shift?) manager delivered it to my table, seemingly put out that I was being troublesome. I'm not the one at fault here. Extraordinarily slow service, and then they give me the wrong order. I didn't mess up here, they did. Twice. They're cross with the customer because of the problems they caused for themselves. They apparently do not train the employees very well, as the orders are never correct. This happens all too often and their corporate offices make sure you can not contact them, becouse as long as they are making lots of money, they dont want to hear it. read more

You would think all McDonalds restaurants would be about the same. This place proves there are a few crappy ones. This place was a bit run down and the manager looked like she couldn't care less about customers. Around 2:00 pm on a Tuesday I swing through n for lunch. That new bacon BBQ quarter pounder is calling my name. Aaand the door handle is nearly falling off the front door so that presents well. Zero employees in the lobby or at the counter. Things looked kind of busy in back but no cars in drive thru. Door dash orders maybe? Lobby is just me, and two guys already ordering at one of the kiosks. I try and make my order at the other kiosk and it keeps crashing when I try to pay. As I'm on my third attempt I see the other two people go to the counter to pay as it sounds like. they are having the same issue. I go stand behind them in line. As SOON as the manager closed the cash drawer on their transaction, she whipped around and walked off. Just totally ignored me standing in line. Not a "just on second" or "I'll be right back" just done. I tried the wave her down but she was pretty focused on her headset. I waited for a couple of minutes and tried the kiosk again and it finally went through. The bathroom was pretty thrashed too. I notice she had another employee bring out the food, she could tell I was going make a comment probably. On the upside, the food was perfect! I get it, things get busy. I worked fast food, I get it. I did call them & spoke with a manager, who informed me they were busy & mistakes happen. A mistake would have been if they forgot to put something on the sandwich. A 1/2 slice of cheese that wasn't on the sandwich at all but rather glued to the side of the box is not a mistake; that is a clear indication a worker doesn't care. The manager did say if I came back now they'd make a new one. In the past they would make another one if I came in, in the next few days. I was already on my way somewhere & it was too late to turn around & was told that's the only way I'd get another one. Terrible customer service. I just ordered this about 30 minutes ago this evening. Thank you, McDonald's for the great serving of tartar sauce, but mostly for the 1/2 slice of cheese you stuck on the side of the box. Pros: Restaurant was clean, service was good, food tasted as expected. Cons: Order was wrong and they don't have self service soda machine. I've never been to a McDonald's that doesn't have a self service soda machine for refills. It's a horrible way to pinch pennies and lower customer satisfaction. read more

I have never had a good experience at this McDonald's but whatever it's McDonald's what do you expect. But today was absolutely ridiculous. Whoever was working the right hand drive through lane at 10am 4/13/2024 needs to get it together. It does not take 20 minutes to take the order of THREE cars while the other lane had non stop service. Saying "I'll be right with you" then having to wait 10 minutes until you are finally ready to take our order, while cars are honking behind us, is unacceptable. If you can't handled having both lanes open then close one. We got in line at 10:05 and finally made it through by 10:30 while cars in the other lane didn't even spend 5 minutes from arrival to receiving food. I feel bad for the people behind us who were honking that missed the breakfast they were trying to get because it took so long it get through the line it was after 10:30 for them by the time you "would be right with them" read more

Its a decent mcdonalds. Staff can be kind of awkward sometimes and there isn't much else to expect food and restaurant wise.

I asked for a cheese burger happy meal, plain. When I got home the cheese burger had mustard and ketchup on it and the tag I got with it said extra onion and extra pickles. Looks like 3 orders were messed up since my order, the tag on the burger, and the burger itself were not matching even though I had my order read back to me multiple times and it was correct. I just bought signature crafted burger from this establishment. I have to say after one bite the texture seemed off to me. I looked at the burger and was shocked to see that one of the patties is raw. Maybe a visit from chef Gordon Ramsay would help the staff. Rude Manager 6/23/21 approx. 4 pm. I ordered the new Spicy Chick Sand which advertised (& printed on my order board) Free Med. Fries with Spicy Chick Sand.....The fries were missing. The sandwich was soooo gross. Way too greasy, looked & tasted like cheap fish. I also added cheese (extra $.65) which melted into the grease. It took nine calls to get through to their number (503) 838-3337 doesn't work!! When i told Mgr. I wanted a refund, & that they forgot my fries she protested saying I was only trying to get the free fries. I explained I didn't get the fries. Anyway she did not listen. It's fast food, my expectations weren't high but when I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a French fry for my son. The guy working the window wouldn't let me add one from there, he wanted me to drive all the way around to the order menu again, with my first order getting cold on my seat. There wasn't anyone behind me, which means the only purpose for me going around again was for better dive thru times. From a business perspective I understand the need to monitor drive thru times, but not at the sacrifice of customer service. It would've taken 30 seconds at most since I had exact change in hand and the fries were already cooked. read more

The manager is rude because she was embarrassing my brother and because she thought we got water cups and we filled with Sprite but we paid for the drinks I paid 2 dollars for those but that's not the problem the problem is that she was telling everyone at the area that we got water cups and filled them up with soda and it was embarrassing McDonalds should do a better job with their service. For a McDonald's the service was much better than at most. This was after a football game and is the only place in town that is still open. None the less, they were able to get the food out in a timely manner and it was done correctly. However, my sandwich was cold. How do I know, the cheese would not melt. Kind of a dead give away. My boyfriend and I like to stop here for food every once in a while, and having worked fast food for two years we understand a little bit about how hard it really is. Im always impressed with their service even if they miss something or give us the wrong food the crew is super nice and accommodating. Out of all the McDonald's we've been to the burgers here are 100% the best! From a non-Karen perspective I'd say they're running a pretty efficient restaurant with some great service. read more

My husband is the new meat manager for independence waremart. Some Times we need a fast lunch. And lunch has always hotvand good. Today we decided to go have breakfast before he had to go to work. That was a mistake. Manager screwed up order husband got sausage egg mcmuffin meal with large caramel frappe. They got drink wrong and made us pay 2 more dollars when they were making are meal. I got a sausage mcmuffin without egg. We got it to go . Got to waremart parking lot and found my husband had a Canadian bacon sandwiche. And I had Canadian bacon sandwich no egg . Was very dry . It was OK. They messed up our order (forgot to ring up one of our drinks), and when I asked where it was the blonde girl at the window copped a McAttitude. When we said whatever and started to drive away I think she realized how rude she was being and her voice got all high and sympathetic, said "are you suuuuuureeee?" Their fries are awful. They are soggy and not salted. It's not a one time thing either. My family likes McDonalds so we go at least once a week. The burgers and nuggets are fine but the fries are always terrible. All other McDonalds I go to have (for the most part) crispy and salted fries. The high school kids make this place unappealing to go to. They loiter and spit all over the place (inside and outside). When I alerted management they seemed like they didn't care. I'm not really that impressed with their food and service over other Mcdonalds in the area. Food was cold and fries were old. Their wait times were longer than average, and it wasn't packed either. It could also be cleaner in the bathrooms. I think I'll pay extra and go to Burgerville instead. read more

Horrible, every time I have been there has been something terribly wrong with my food, way way too much sauce on the filet of fish, it was dripping out of the soggy bun. Next time, same thing with the Big Mac, ridiculous amounts of sauce and it was cold. It's McDonalds, I should give them a lower star because they simply can't make my hamburgers right. I don't like ketchup unless it's fancy such as balsamic vinegar or something of that sort. So I use to order plain $0.89 hamburger everything on it NO ketchup, well I've gotten my burgers multiple time with nothing but ketchup on it even though the slip says NO ketchup.
