I was amazed at the fact that I was the only person there made my order at the drive thru they asked me to pull around which has never ever happened before then I sat for 45 minutes then I thought they forgot me so I went inside another 10 or 15 minutes sitting inside then the cook says I'm just now putting it down what??!! Why ??!!! The man at the drive thru window was super sweet kept apologizing finally after most of my evening was gone I got my food it was rushed but at least I got it read more

Craving the deliciousness of KFC's Original Recipe chicken, I placed an order on DoorDash a few days ago. The food came in good time, but that was it. The chicken did not look like Original Recipe, nor did it look like Extra Crispy. It looked like it was something that had been deep fried a second time to heat it up. Thinking I was being picky, I pulled some meat/skin off a thigh piece to taste it. It just tasted like old grease and not a single one of the "11 herbs and spices" it is known for. DoorDash couldn't help me, so I drove the chicken back to the restaurant to see if they could help me out. If they had just said something like "our policy blah blah" I could have dealt with that. Maybe ordered more chicken. But, no, they insisted that this dark brown stuff WAS Original Recipe. I told them to just throw it out for me because it was 100% inedible. They looked surprised by that. I went home and ate two of the biscuits and one bowl of the coleslaw. The next day, I decided to eat the two bowls of macaroni and cheese for my lunch. The pictures below show what that looked like. My husband said it looked like worms. It didn't look like that to me, but it didn't look like anything I'd actually want to eat. Other than the higher prices at this location, I've never had any problem. But, this time was so bad that I'm not letting it go. That was MY money that was spent on food that I could not eat. read more

It took way too long for 6 chicken strips. Then the chicken strips were dry and sad. The chicken was actual dog water. And the mozzarella was cooked out of the cheese curds read more

Hard as a rock biscuit and stone cold fries. The kid told me it was going to take 17 minutes to replace the biscuit. I asked for manager, he went right to the oven pulled out a fresh biscuit and replaced my cold fries. Quality control needs improvement among the front staff. read more

Great food service was great thank you will definitely be coming back appreciate your patience

It took 40 minutes to get one item at the drive thru. When I got to the window my food wasn't even ready.

ordered 2 dinners with 3 chicken strips a piece. Received two dinners with 3 strips total and no drink. They get the order wrong all the time. Not worth ordering from doordash as you don't get fully refunded. read more

We live near by KFC and my son loves KFC, so I went there 2-3 times weekly. Today is 3/18/23, Saturday. I forgot KFC closed earlier than DQ. Unintentionally, I drove to KFC right before its close time. There was only one car in front of me. Somehow, the driver took long minutes to order her food. I waited patiently.... Then it's my turn, and no car behind me. "Sorry, we are closed", then the lights turned off right in front of me after the female staff told me that. Really!!?? Did you see I was in line before 9:30pm? Did you not to realize you took long time to place the previous order? I'm wondering if the KFC owner or a manager there, would they turn away their customer like what this girl just did - solely careless and rudeness. What a poor customer services!! I am not against KFC but what I experienced is just so COLD and UNPLEASANT! read more

Some staff are nice but a fair amount are less so. I've been told by some employees that we are allowed to walk through the drive thru when the lobby is closed, however some people get mad and yell at you for doing so. Not only that but they constantly get orders wrong. It doesn't matter if you order online or in store they always managers miss something read more

KFC - Ordered Mac n Cheese with my 3 pc. Drum & Thigh Combo. I got cold mashed potatoes - Chicken Wings Near Me - Monmouth, Oregon

I would advise anyone thinking of going to this KFC to consider another place to go for fast food. This is perhaps the worst KFC in the entire area. Customer service is the poorest I have ever experienced. I swore two years age that I would never go to this KFC again when they wouldn't honor national or local coupons for reduced prices on meals. I even called the corporate offices to complain and they said that it was an individual franchise and they could make their own policies if they choose. The owner could care less about dealing with the public. Most recently, I finally caved when my wife wanted the KFC mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner. I ordered an 8 piece meal bucket, with two sides and 4 rolls. I ordered 4 legs, 2 thighs, and 2 breasts and paid extra for the breasts. I had to wait until the rolls were done, an extra 15 minutes, but when they were done, an employee brought my meal, in a large bag, to my car. When I got home, I discovered that they didn't include my 4 legs in the bucket. I called immediately, but no one answered the phone, and a short time later they were closed. I called the next day, and was told by the manager on duty, "I'm sorry, but you have to call on the same day". When I told him I tried to call but no one answered, he said, sorry about that, but they can't just take my word for it, (even with a receipt). I could call in a complaint, fill out a form, and then they would decide whether or not they would reimburse me for the chicken legs. As I said, the worst KFC with the worst customer service on the area. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Family of 4 ordered via app. Family combo decently priced at $30. Came with 8 piece, 8 chicken strips, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy 4 biscuits and French fries. The mash potatoes, gravy and biscuits were good but everything else was garbage. I already deleted the app and will never order from this location again. read more

KFC is the biggest ripoff in fast food. If they think they can charge $30 for 8 pieces of chicken or whatever ridiculous price they charge they are delusional. I'll take Safeway fried chicken for a fraction of the price. I hope the entire chain goes bankrupt so that other fast food companies realize that asking such insane prices for chicken won't fly. read more

This place is outrageous. The owner charges more than corporate prices, does not honor well defined posted prices online that he is aware of that's misleading people to order chicken with a $15 surprise when you go to pay. We are a small town with few options so this guy thinks we will all pay. I'm now boycotting this joke of a franchise that never gets your order right has mushy corn and the biscuits made me feel like I was going to break a tooth...all this for the low low price of $45. Save yourself the heartache and go to Grain Station or Momiji Sushi just blocks away. The ROTHs down the street has chicken precooked for way cheaper. read more

After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-through, we got our food. I should've checked the order before I left, but I didn't. I got corndogs instead of chicken nuggets. I was so frustrated and upset. They said four people called out today. They need to figure out their problems. read more

The order wasn't ready at the time it said it would be for pick up. They forgot the gravy for 2 orders or mashed potatoes for our family meal deal which we found out when we got home. The kids were so disappointed. Overly greasy chicken, dripping in grease. Nasty! The corn was cold and tasteless. Mashed potatoes were cold too. Not going back here. Though, after calling the grub hub customer service line ( the phone # listed says it's out of service) Their effort to make it right $10 off the purchase of your next meal. NO THANK YOU! Ordered the Fill Up Box that's advertised on here as well as tv for $20 and they charged us $26. Said corporate approved the higher amount. Also the high chairs and window seals are filthy I wouldn't put a dog in those high chairs. Also had one cashier to handle drive thru and front counter plus all the drinks. Love there chicken! I really like there old Fashion theme! It's a grate place to go for lunch or dinner!

Check your bag missing food everything I order here, food is pretty rough even compared to other kfcs.

Check your bag before leaving the drive thru. I have never gotten a 100% correct order from them. Last time everything was wrong, pickles on my husband's burgers, no coleslaw in my meal, I asked at the window for butter & honey for the biscuit, I was told it was in the bag and it wasn't, neither was a spork not that it mattered cause I didn't have the coleslaw to use the spork in. Ugh! On a positive side, the food is always hot and very yummy. read more

This is a KFC and A&W combined location: french fries instead of potato wedges. They are not too speedy with the orders, and I have learned to check my bag when going through the drive through because they have forgotten an item or two in the past. Still they were generous with comping a drink when they asked me to pull around and wait for my drive thru order that was taking a while. I appreciated that. read more

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 1 K17 and an 8 piece meal. They gave me corn instead of my K17 meal that I paid for. I advise not going there, they are too incompetent to get anything right. They should be drug tested. read more

I ordered an 8 piece dinner with the an extra coleslaw and mac-n-cheese. I paid extra for breast only in the original. I am not sure what I got but it looked more like game hens cut from head to rear. It had a neck, wing, back and a very small breast. If I had wanted a half chicken I would have gone to the store and bought one. Very disappointed. read more

Mashed potatoes! How can one go wrong with those . Iv never met a potato I didn't like . Well .. I don't know the regulations on things but .. The potatoes sit in a styrofoam container .. Good but expensive! I hardly go there anymore because I don't want to drop 30-50 on a fast food chicken dinner!

In the rare mood for a hot dog I stopped by. Ordered 2 reg dogs and some fries. Asked nicely for ketchup and mustard. Paid with exact chg as I keep lots of coins in my car. The cute but challenged gal came back and said I owed more and together we counted the chg I gave her until she figured it out. Then I got my order and drove to a local park. Surprise no condiments. This has happened before. I read many complain about incomplete orders and just wish they could be more careful. By the way hot dog was awful. Old and dry. read more

Food was okay, service sucked. Asked for 2 piece dark with 2 drumlegs, received thigh and leg. Also ordered chicken little meal, fries were cold, old and gross. Didn't get condiments for meal to go, no spork, nor napkins. Called to complain, manager took my name and promised to replace food the next day since we live in Dallas, apologized and said she'd speak to staff. Went in today to pick up the food promised and the person in charge refused starting that they do not have a list and can't honor that promise made by someone else and said to call the owner and provided the number to call. The owner, while somewhat sympathetic, basically said if I send him a receipt and my address, he'd refund for any food ordered but not received only. He then said "no offense but I always check my bag before I leave McDonald's because they have staff like mine and forget things". Sounds like a nice way to shift the responsibility to the customer to make sure his employees do their job. I should not be so trusting that the staff at his restaurant can do their jobs and that, as the owner, he would train his staff on store policies, "my policy". Don't expect to have mistakes corrected and take what you get seems to be the mantra. read more
