The chicken did not look like Original Recipe, nor did it look like Extra Crispy. It looked like it was something that had been deep fried a second time to heat it up. Thinking I was being picky, I pulled some meat/skin off a thigh piece to taste it. It just tasted like old grease and not a single one of the "11 herbs and spices" it is known for. DoorDash couldn't help me, so I drove the chicken back to the restaurant to see if they could help me out. If they had just said something like "our policy blah blah" I could have dealt with that. Maybe ordered more chicken. But, no, they insisted that this dark brown stuff WAS Original Recipe. I told them to just throw it out for me because it was 100% inedible. They looked surprised by that. I went home and ate two of the biscuits and one bowl of the coleslaw. The next day, I decided to eat the two bowls of macaroni and cheese for my lunch. The pictures below show what that looked like. Normally I would be okay with fixing it on my own but my boyfriend ordered the boss and chipotle and vinegar on it made it a huge soggy veggie mess. So we went back. Addy was working and did not say sorry furthermore she offered to switch the veggies which wouldn't work as the sandwiches were ruined. She acted annoyed to fix our sandwiches and tried to make smart comments while fixing them. We were not in a hurry, usually never ask things to be fixed and normally don't complain, but this time I have to say something. All I wanted was the sandwiches fixed. But the newer one where Izzys used to be I will never go to again. Horrible service and after quite a wait with no service I left. It seemed most people in there were fed up with the service as well. They could've used two more people in there easily but one was kind of hiding around the bread area one woman looks flabbergasted and kept looking at the orders and then there was a young man that seemed to be the only one that knew what he was doing.
