While I've never been a fan of Carl's Jr. commercials I am so impressed with the food here. The employees are friendly & in my opinion they have the best tasting fast food in the area. My wife just got home from here. Our chicken nugget kids meal literally has no chicken nuggets. How do you forget the chicken nuggets in a kids meal?! On top of that she had to wait a long time and they forgot the sides of ranch. This is not our first time here. Service is slow and items get forgotten. I don't see us going here anymore. read more

First time visiting this store. Our plan was to order Chicken tenders, and they were out. Not sure how you can be out of a primary menu item, but we went next door to Burgerville which can always be relied upon for excellent service and products. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible-when they first opened, they were great! After several months, they slid downhill in both Quality and especially customer service. They are Habitually understaffed. And their managers lack training and support from the Corporate Offices in Eugen, Oregon. On several occasions they were out of Onions rings, and twice they got the order wrong. Now you read the other reviews: Missing items, Cold or not what I ordered. They are like the game of Craps in Las Vegas, sometimes you win, but most of the time you LOSE! We have always really liked the Monmouth Carl Jr but today at about 3:00 p.m. we got milkshakes Star Burger chicken fries and onion rings. The fries were completely coated with salt and not fit. I'm slightly disappointed with Carl's Jr. tonight. I went and got dinner for my sister and I and tried to substitute cross cut fries for the normal fries in their $5 3 piece chicken. I was told they couldn't do that which wasn't a big deal so I ordered a 5piece combo and made the substitution. When I got to the window and paid i was told to pull forward and to the left. I knew something was being made but I wasn't sure what. I waited about 10 minutes in the reserved drive thru spot and I was brought my food. When the worker handed me my bag she made a point to say the the chicken tenders were fresh. When I got home and opened my food, it wasn't a long drive, it did not look like the chicken tenders were fresh and I also was missing two tenders. Especially since I paid for the 5 piece I was surprised to see I only got a 3 piece. This is the first time I was missing something in my order so I was slight disappointed. read more

This location is an all around disappointment. All the employees are just a little rude, the food is never quite right, and mistakes have been common. The management must be terrible. Don't get me wrong, I love Carl's Jr. as a company. Since I live a block away I was excited when they built this location, but it's so bad I still drive to DQ or McDonald's. read more
