I wish that I could have said that we have eaten here, however, we came here for a root beer floats, because it is an A&W Kentucky fried chicken combo restaurant. They had no soda at all to make root beer floats, or any other soda because they were out of CO2. The doors going in we're filthy dirty and my husband asked to use the restroom and he said it was disgusting. Upon him returning to the dining room. We agreed that we would leave without ordering because of the condition of the restaurant. We feel that cleanliness should be the top priority for customers. I've been here a bunch of times lately. I love A&W anyway, but now they have large rootbeer floats for only $2.00. That is so awesome and sooooooooo good. Their rootbeer is probably my favorite. If you have a chance to stop by, you should. It's really good! read more

Do not order anything from them . I went to their restaurant and ordered two A&W burgers,thinking they would be freshly made they weren't. As I sat in the lobby not once did they put my order on the flat top. Instead they took two burgers that they said were cooked 10 minutes ago and throw them in the microwave to melt the cheese. I said I didn't want them because they're not fresh. And the(i guess) manager argued with me about it.i told her to refund the money because I would not take the order, and she proceeded to tell me not to come back. Being a 12 yr. Veteran.i feel i should be treated with a little more respect. Needless to say I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. My son pulled into drive thru to get a Root Beer float. The person at the counter told him they would get to him when they would get to him. After waiting about 5 minutes he out of frustration he said "come on man". The person working at the counter told him he could leave and they did not have to wait on him adding that they could make him wait 30 minutes if they want to. My son drove off in frustration, avoiding a confrontation it's not in personality. The next day I went in to express my disbelief in the customer service and asked to speak to the manager. The manager immediately became confrontational and questioned my son's honesty. I told him that my son would not lie about such a thing. The manager said he had video on the incident and would show it to me. When I said I wanted to see it, he said it wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. I then requested the name and contact info for the manager which he only gave me a first name of Tom. I was then told that my son and I could never come into the business again. These employees need to be retrained on customer service and I someone blurts out "come on man" and they considered it rude they need to put on their big boy pants and suck it up. He doesn't have worry about me or my family eating at the dive in the future and I will pass my experience onto all my friends and family. read more

Check your bag before leaving the drive thru. I have never gotten a 100% correct order from them. Last time everything was wrong, pickles on my husband's burgers, no coleslaw in my meal, I asked at the window for butter & honey for the biscuit, I was told it was in the bag and it wasn't, neither was a spork not that it mattered cause I didn't have the coleslaw to use the spork in. I ordered through the drive through and my order was wrong so I pull around and take it inside to be corrected. The Eve manager was super rude . Her attitude was uncalled for. I explained the issue and I was charged additionally for the correct order . I was told the register automatically makes my order dark meat when I ordered white . I told her well I didn't order that and that is wrong and that the person that took my order should have fixed it manually. She told me how Much I needed to pay I paid it and looked at the menu that was displayed. Nowhere in there was there a $amount that I just paid . When she came back I asked where it says how much I paid on the menu. I was charged more than anything on there . She said it wasn't on there . She said what I'd ordered was there only it is now More expensive. I said that is wrong if it says the posted amount I should pay that amount. She said sorry but she couldn't change it it is that way in the computer. I said well that is still wrong . She was very rude and said I was being hostile and I needed to leave or she Would call the cops on me . Are you freaking kidding me? I asked her name And she refused to give it to me. I wonder why. . Extremely good-quality,Classic American food! I love the root beer and I have always enjoyed having a cold,frosty mug of A&W Root Beer! I enjoy the jukebox at this location! Although,the service can be grumpy and slow.That's why I'm giving this location four stars instead of five stars. read more
