With two cars in front of me on a Sunday night I've been waiting longer than a half an hour at the drive-thru

This was a pretty standard McDonald's. We tried to go to the nearby Wendy's on our way to the Cape, but the drive-thru line was insane and the building itself was already closed. There weren't nearly as many people at McDonald's, but the service was still a bit slow. The ordered process on the kiosks was seamless, but I must say I thought the chicken nuggets looked a bit smaller than usual! read more

Worst location and food experience ever. They were fully staffed yet the inside was filthy with no clean tables. We had to order the kiosk because no one available to take order. We opted for dine in but we had to go to the counter to get our orders. While waiting we asked if they could clean our table. I was handed a wet sanitizing rag to clean it myself!! The beverage area was so filthy no didn't even want to get a soda. I had to return my meal of deluxe spicy chicken because it was not made correctly. It was all cold And hard to the touch. I opted to get my whole meal refunded as it was disgusting and cold including the fries. My friends ate their cold Big Macs and fries. At least their food wasn't hard. Service was horrible and board of health should be called on the conditions. read more

OMG! Terrible terrible terrible service. The Sunday GM is a terrible attitude punk with the manners of a cactus. Employees are lost, don't know how to use the equipment and lost. Not knowing I understand Portuguese and speak Spanish fluently, their comments were rude and obnoxious. Ice machine has been broken for weeks. It is amazing that in an area where tourists abound, the owner has so little pride in his business. All I wanted was a coffee! Don't bring a hungry child here. They will have a cow! read more

I leave a lot of reviews and I RARELY give anywhere two stars, so that should speak volumes about the experience we had here. I'm fully convinced that the people that left anything higher than a three star review were forced to do so against their will. We were about to leave Cape Cod, so we just wanted something quick and easy from a drive-thru before we hit the road. We pulled up to one of the two speakers here, and a barely audible voice said "one moment please" (or at least we THINK that's what was said) so we sat and waited for about five minutes. While we waited, about three different cars placed their orders at the other speaker. After we finally placed our order, we tentatively pulled up to the payment window because the voice was so inaudible we weren't sure if we were told to pull up. The woman at the window stated our order to confirm, except she stated someone else's order altogether. I told her what we actually ordered, and she kept getting it wrong several more times after that. I had to re-explain myself about three different times. Then, when we pulled up to the next window to pick up the food, the woman at that window handed us two drinks that we didn't order. At that, I re-explained our order for the fourth time and we finally got our food. The woman at this window was trying to make sure we got everything we asked for, so I appreciated that, but the whole experience was way more of a headache than it had to be. To top it all off, there was no sauce on the chicken sandwich we had ordered. I would say that the way this McDonald's operates has to change or else chaos will continue to ensue in there and people will keep leaving negative reviews. If we come back to Hyannis, I can't say we'd stop here again. read more

I would honestly rate my service a 0 if I could. The young lady there with the nose piercing and brown hair who is currently taking drive through orders, is TERRIBLE at listening to orders with caution. I asked her to be attentive and aware with this order for my 7 year old daughter who has a anaphylaxis allergic reaction to eggs and dairy. You can guess where this is going..yep this young lady still gave me cheese on my daughters hamburger. Moral of the story..AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!! BAD SERVICE AHEAD. read more

This location is a poorly run dump. The food is consistently cold, greasey and soggy right out of the bag from the drive thru. And they haven't fixed the front light up golden arches sign which is smashed almost beyond recognition and looks totally ramshackle. Hope they get a clue and fix the food issues and spend some money to renovate. read more

My family was looking for a quick breakfast. Between the service and the food, they walked away saying "we will never eat there again." Even my KIDS said the food was gross. My husband was extremely irritated by the poor customer service. The employee took the order wrong, didn't seem to care at all, and then charged more money when they corrected it. I am shocked that this place is still in business, On Sunday 5/30 I drove up through the drive trough. I waited 10 mins to get to the faceless order speaker when a woman's voice came on and said "I'll be with you in a moment", 3 minutes later with mo further response from the speaker I said "hello" I got the same response as before, Now there are at least 10 cars behind me. After another 3 minutes I said "Hello" again This time a different voice came on and said "We told you we would be with you in a few minutes" So I made a mistake and decided to protest to this faceless speaker and I said " but you told me that 5 minutes ago" to which the speaker said "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE" WHAT??? I was hot! I started to protested again and was told " I am training someone and you can just wait " I am still hot. Then the spear went quiet and horns started honking I was furious, embarrassed that I was protesting to a speaker, angry and starving and I drove away. Amazing. It was a delicacy eating here . The food was simply exquisite. The French fries were superb and the drinks were completely thirst quenching. I wish there was a 6 star option. The customer service sucked requested to add a something when at window and was told I couldn't I'd have to drive around.

They got the drive thru order wrong and left items off. When I went in to ask for the items they forgot the Supervisor was really rude giving me dirty looks and all. I wasn't rude to her and so I am not sure why she was so hostile. Not going back. read more

Stopped by the drive up on my motorcycle and was told they don't service motorcyclist at the window even though I had stopped there earlier on my motorcycle and was served. No sign that says no service to motorcyclist. Line was long so had to wait in line to find out I couldn't have service, so I missed my lunch. Needless to say I won't be back. If you are a biker I would suggest you look elsewhere. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE DURING THE PANDEMIC!!! Or ever... Your choice. I came here to get a quarter pounder w extra cheese n a large fry for my mother. I ordered myself cookes seafood. Stopped at McDonald's otw. 1st waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich and a fry. Then when the girl came out. She said Qp no cheese. I said no was xtra cheese. She took her hand that had a glove that she had on for god knows how long that I watched her at least push the door open with. And shoved it into the bag to see if the sandwich had cheese. During this pandemic. Shoved her entire arm into the bag. I said what are you doing??? She didnt say anything just took off back inside. I waited there for a few minutes thinking did that just happen??? Then went inside. The manager was ignoring me. I got frustrated and spoke up I said she stuck her entire forearm in the bag of food with her dirty gloves on. His response.. "No she didnt" Shocked. We're you outside? He continued to ignore me. After about 4m of this I felt myself getting furious. I said I want my money back. He made me wait another 18 minutes before he gave me my money back. Needless to say the seafood I ordered was freezing cold by the time I got there to get it. When I got there the manager said we were going to call you. I told them why I was late. They told me thats why they themselves never go the 134 McDonald's. Always a mess. Just an all around nightmare experience. Horrible horrible customer service. Plus called the number for McD complaints. Been 10 days not 1 call back. Called them back today. The woman said all I can do is pass the info along. Do yourselves a favor and do not eat at Mcdonalds. Worse than your typical McDonalds. Staff was rude, and took a while to take our order. They were standing in a small group behind the register talking in another language while a few customers stood at the register waiting to place an order. They got our order wrong anyway. read more

Wicked boujee! Lots of technology and there are even couches! Family activity center and all. Screens move a little too fast for my friend... they give her a head ache. Also they could have mixed my flurry a little more, but's it was still 7/10! Best fast food restaurant if you ask me! read more

I normally don't leave reviews but this is the second time I've left that 'restaurant' pissed off. I went through the drive through last night to get food for myself, a friend and her kids. I ordered, paid and got to the window to get my food where she just handed me a kids meal, and 2 drinks and says "all set!". I was missing 2 other meals. I should have stayed in the drive thru arguing with her since she was so snotty but no, I went in. I'll add here that as someone with a disability who just got off a 9 hour work shift I was NOT happy I had to get out of my car. I have arthritis in my back and my hips dislocate so it hurts to walk/stand. I go in and tell them calmly what happened. All they said was "oh". No apology, nothing which is when I started to get angry. I work in customer service. If you mess up, the first thing you do is apologize and ask how it can be fixed. The manager walked by without sying anything. Forgetting to give someone 2 meals is a pretty big fuck up. They took their time getting it ready and then debated together about how many fries I was owed. I had to leave before I lost it, they are the worst at this location. I unfortunately realized after i got home that i still didnt get all of my food, thankfully the kids food was all there so they got to eat but I did not. They are all rude, no customer service skills AT ALL! My family stopped at this same location a couple months ago and there was a huge puddle in front of the drink station which I brought to their attention. They just stared at me of course and continued with their conversation. The girl came out (once they were done talking) and wiped down every single table and chair and the bathrooms before getting to the spill which people were walking through with flip flips on. That's an incredibly big liability, someone could have gotten really hurt. The girls behind the counter are always too busy talking to each other and on their phones to wait on customers right away. My biggest pet peeve is bad customer service. If you can't smile and help people you should not be in customer service. If I was the manger or owner of this McDonald's I would be embarrassed. Employees are primarily hispanic. They need to learn to assimilate into this country's food culture. (1) Food should be HOT HOT HOT to the touch at all times. (2) Speedy. The problem you run into is that they are slow as hell and with rare exceptions, the food sucks. This place has gone downhill over the 15 years I've lived in the People's Republic of Massachusetts.
