I normally don't go out of my way to review a fast food location but I wanted to call out what great service they have at this particular location. The cashier was incredibly friendly, tables were being wiped down after every use, and someone was walking around handing out hand wipes and mints. Outrageously slow drive thru that traps you in so that you can't get out if after 20 minutes the line of 6 cars has only moved 2 spots. Drive-thru is always insane during peak hours, but walking inside is always quick and easy. When we came around noon on a Monday, the drive-thru line wrapped around and was backed up into the road. We parked, walked inside, and were immediately first in line. The woman working the register was very pleasant. Service was quick, food was hot, the whole interior of the restaurant was clean. The only complaint was that they are strictly limiting the sauces and dressings due to a shortage. This was okay for us personally, but with their sauces being a huge selling point of coming in the first place, definitely not something that seems to be acceptable. Especially since it is ongoing according to other reviews. Definitely something that management needs to work out. If you aren't wanting a basic chicken sandwich, get the cobb salad. Just visited..order 8 pieces nuggets..they have shrunk to the size of your thumbnail..this is a disgrace for 11 dollars..the fries were ok not many..order a spicy sandwich..the size of the chicken has shrunk as well on the roll..sorry but for 18 dollars for both this is so overpriced meal.. Using the app here for pick up is very easy. The order is always accurate and fresh.. my only complaint is that I will say that I'm already at the restaurant three or four minutes before I get there and when I come in my order isn't on the counter as it should already be. "we only do white meat.. that's impossible" (along those lines) Managers didn't seem to believe me.. having a new one delivered would have been nice.. but they said come in and get it... I like chick-fil-a my go to order is the chicken sandwich with Polynesian and chick-fil-a sauce. The service is pretty good and the place is clean. The drive through tends to be super long and the parking lot is small I like to order for take out but it is a great quick fast food spot. read more

I ordered a Sandwich, a salad, and a drink once after a long day of work. When I got home, the sandwich had no bun, there was no salad dressing, and no straw for the drink. I called the location and the manager on duty was sorely unhelpful. I requested a refund for the sandwich at the very least, and she said that wouldn't be possible. She blamed me for the sandwich not having a bun because when I put in the mobile order, I clicked "unbuttered bun". It would be one thing if this was an isolated event, but I always have issues with my order at this particular location. Well, I usually only leave reviews if I'm overly pleased with the service somewhere, but here I am making an exception. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but I expect the bare minimum from even a fast food chain. By the bare minimum I mean employees who work, and get orders correct. The kitchen seems to do a fine job, but every time I go to chick fil A, I seem to wait in line for 15 minutes at the drive through, just to be handed my food by one of the 8 people standing at the front of the restaurant joking around. Without fail, every single time, they either forget a drink, or like tonight, all of the sauces I ordered, and by the time I get home I'm left with plain nuggets and plain fries. If the food weren't so good, and my family didn't request it so often, I wouldn't come here, too bad I have to eat my sides completey plain, since the front of house/drive through employees can't be bothered to read a screen between yelling loudly about parties and flirting with each other. read more

Today I had the eggwhite breakfast sandwich meal. Service was pleasant and efficient. The egg white in sandwich was thick and tasty. Surprisingly a piece of grilled chicken is in sandwich and it was a tasty add on. The hash browns were very good. They were crispy and tasty. The coffee served with meal was bold and fresh. We had a disappointing Chick-fil-A visit at this location and I think corporate would be embarrassed at the cleanliness. We love Chick-fil-A and come knowing they have a high standard for food, service and cleanliness. This particular location was so dirty! The bathroom didn't have toilet paper in the stalls. And there were shreds of toilet paper all over the floor. No paper towels. My husband used the bathroom and said his was dirty too and with no soap! How are the employees washing their hands with no soap? We will stick to Chick-fil-A closest to us and pass on this location next time we're in Hyannis. read more

The line was long, but I made the mistake of assuming it would be speedy based on my experiences at other locations throughout the US. My bad. After a 30 minute wait at the drive-thru, which was completely devoid of staff taking orders on iPads, a surly teenager silently handed me my meal at the window. The absence of "my pleasure" should have been my wake-up call... FOOD: I was willing to put the long wait & rude service aside & dig into my order... which was completely incorrect. At least my food would be good, right? Sadly, it was not. The one thing they got right was the frozen lemonade - excellent as always & the reason for the two stars. Just had lunch here today. We always love to go to Chick Fil A since we don't have one in our town. But what a disappointment today. Service was great getting in and out. Beautiful building and extremely well laid out for seating. Great looking tables and comfortable chairs too. I have to say that I greatly enjoyed their waffle fries, they were extremely fresh and very tasty. They also had a special tea that was completely outstanding. But the sandwich, oh boy just completely disastrous. The recipe was done as they do it, but it was really just not a good sandwich. I also really had a problem with their pricing, the difference in price on the teas (special vs normal) was ten to fifteen cents different. I get that, it actually even makes sense. However, why in the world would they have a charge of .75 cents to have the ice tea on the meal? I mean it's not only pricey, it's really obscene to charge four or five times the standard price difference for a meal change of the teas. Not only were their prices just way too high, they had just strange rules for changing them. $20 for a simple fast food lunch is just a ridiculous price to begin with, never mind changing the prices on an item you want people to buy to an absurd difference. We had a terrible experience at the drive thru today. We placed our order with what sounded like a new employee with a language barrier issue , we were then charged and given a sandwich we did not order , and never given our drinks ,the young woman at the window was the absolute opposite of what we thought Chick fil A was all about. Unfriendly , apparently incompetent and rude . We went back in to give them back the sandwich WE NEVER ordered yet were charged for and at that time also mentioned we did not get our drinks , 2 fruit punch drinks. To which the RUDE young woman at the window yelled I gave them their drinks!! No she had absolutely not, she basically threw the two bags at us when I asked for ketchup and salt she handed me two packs of salt , when I asked for Ketchup she rolled her eyes and could not have been ruder!! My suggestion is get actual people who are trained to wait on a face paced drive thru, put the miserable combative unfriendly young woman in another position of service because she is NOT making this franchise look professional by being rude to customers . This establishment is full of brainless, dimwitted children. The workers were all slow and dumb, but the cashier was kind of hot not going to lie. Other than that service was less than adequate, all 3 of my group did not receive our drink upon receiving our meals, there was garbage littering the tables and floors, The hand sensor garbage was broken and emitted a gnawing squeak for absolutely no reason during our entire stay. To sum it up. I now have a strong dislike for chick fil a, I am very let down, and do not order from here, unless you go through the drive through. Fast food can be a gamble, especially on the road. Chick Fil-A is a reliable option. The service is impeccable, the restaurant is clean, and they have a great variety on their menu. Even at the height of summer, the parking lot is manageable (despite being beside the Cape Cod Mall) The tables are made from re-purposed&salvaged wood (hipster appeal right there, now they need chalkboard menus&Mason jars for tips); unused condiments don't go wasted. The spicy chicken sandwich has plenty of kick, so there's no need for hot sauce. Didn't have to add hot sauce. Imagine that. The waffle fries came out piping hot. With a small drink, it made a perfect lunch for on the road. It gets crowded in the summer, but the service is fast. There are clean bathrooms, a playground for the kids, a display about their history. Delightful. read more

This is a new Chick-Fil-A and it is actually very nice inside. The seating area is large, bright, and very open. The tables and chairs are nice, not plastic booths like many older locations. There is even outside seating with patio tables that have umbrellas. This is where we ate. I was really surprised by how nice it was inside/out and that is the only reason I wanted to share a review. Another interesting thing I noticed was that you can return any unused packets of sauce to marked bin. These will then be sanitized and put back out for use. By choice we don't review too many fast food restaurants, but we enjoyed our visits here recently. We regularly ate at Chick-fil-A in Atlanta where the chain began, but there aren't any close to us in CT. So we made the most of a recent trip to the Cape to enjoy breakfast and lunch here. The building itself appears new and was clean. The staff proved helpful and friendly, and we're familiar with their popular chicken sandwich, which is at the least consistent with what we remember from Atlanta. (We prefer the sandwiches with lots of extra pickles; you might consider giving that a try.) The food is good -- for fast food -- and all in all we came away happy. So yummy! I was here for vacation and I have to say the place was like new. The layout is very easy to move around. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I was surprised that it only had two pickles on it and nothing else! Little to my knowledge, this is exactly how it's supposed to be. We eat ChickFilA whenever possible. This one is only 1.5 years old and decorated in a delightful and homey farmhouse style. A few tables for large parties. Able to find a high-top next to an outlet for my laptop (wi-fi is excellent). Plenty of parking - the largest CFA we've ever been to. We went for breakfast around 9 am on a Wednesday morning. Not crowded at all. A bit of a wait with just one person at counter but we needed that time to make our selections. Normally I go for super healthy options but I was craving a chicken biscuit and the hash browns. Coffee (free refills) was the absolute best I've ever had at a Chick-Fil-A. Did a decaf refill. Biscuit was hot, fresh, delicious. Hash browns were also hot and cooked perfectly. My daughter's iced coffee was too sweet for her taste so they made her another one, free of charge. The manager kept coming by to ask if we needed refills and we watched as he jumped on register when needed, cleaned tables, performed interviews and checked on customers. Clearly he takes pride in his store. We also watched an employee chat with customers as he cleaned the dining room. Another stellar CFA. We will be going back often during our week's stay. I use the app and mobile ordering and will be racking up the rewards, I hope! read more
