Great with allergies. I am bummed because the adult sized quesadillas are only available online now and not in person. My kid was hungry for one and I was standing in the Wareham store and mistakenly ordered (never done so online before but he wanted the big one) from Hyannis store. Once I waited and waited and realized my mistake, I spoke with customer service and they refunded my order. That makes me a very loyal customer. Then we ordered 3 kids quesadillas from Wareham. Much improved! I've been here twice since my 1 star review a while ago and I am very happy with the improvements. It's clear the management and staff have stepped up. On both recent visits there were enough staff and all the food options were available. It was relatively clean given the amount of people there, takeout orders coming in and out, etc. I really enjoyed the drink options and the food was very good. I'll continue to return! read more

The food is absolutely delicious, it's filling and it has wonderful taste. The meat is cooked just right with plenty of flavor, same thing with the rice. The service is really good with the people being really nice and helpful by giving me tips on how what I should get next to eat. The ambiance is nice and clean, good for a family dinner or just to eat by yourself. I would definitely recommend eating in this place. read more

Ordered a burrito for pick up in between appointments for work. The burrito that I received looks wrinkled up and is about half the size it should be. It resembles more a wad of balled up paper towel thrown in the trash than an actual burrito. The foil was wrapped around it in the same lazy and careless fashion. There are a few things as simple to make as a burrito. To see such incompetence for wrapping food in a tortilla is very annoying. This chipotle location should not be supported financially by the community, and it's managers should change careers into the junk-out/clean-out business since they are so good at finding employees who like to hand out trash. read more

Previously you had mobile ordering only, and for anyone who didn't order ahead of time tough luck, or go to Five Guys next door. They were out of tortillas, chicken, sour cream, green salsa, white cilantro rice, the fajita veggies, and corn. Also out of ice and multiple sodas. Basically my meal consisted of brown rice lettuce, meat and cheese. We got the only salsa left and all 4 in our group couldn't even taste our meal because our mouths and throats were burning the whole time. We are always impressed with our meals at Chipotle. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and we walk away feeling like our money was well spent. This location is no different. Located right at the mall, there wasn't too much of a rush during lunch time, and plenty of seating. Everyone knows that guac is extra which doesn't bother me much because I find it worth it. The queso is also extra, but good and also worth it in my opinion. Definitely a good option if you want something quick, easy, and delicious. One of my worst Chipotle experiences. I have been eating at chipotle for years and love it, but this experience was not good. This restaurant has order online only and no indoor seating and very limited outdoor seating. I ordered online and picked it up and had to wait over 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. The inside of the restaurant was full of people standing around waiting for their order. There were however employees sitting inside eating lunch themselves. All the orders on the tables to be picked up for in the wrong alphabetical order. Continuasly people came back with wrong orders. Customers came in over and over trying to order inside when you can't. No communication between employees and customers, is this the future of chipotle. read more

We ordered food online, arrived ten minutes after our pickup time, and AFTER WE ARRIVED it STILL took them 20 minutes to complete order. Lots of people were waiting for online orders and the workers were still working like turtles. When people begin complaining, staff rolled their eyes and ignored them. Multiple add-ons we're missing from multiple meals in our order. Beans and rice were unseasoned. Lettuce was not cut at all! Like literally full leaves of lettuce were in our meals. This place is terrible since covid. They are constantly out of half the menu. Online ordering only...even though all of the restaurants on both sides of them are open completely. Consistently have to wait 25-30 minutes past the time that your order is ready. You prepay for chips and a drink and they are out of chips and the fountain drinks are turned off. The 5 man crew that's there moves in slow motion and does not care if your food is correct. You're also really gambling with your GI system here. Today was the dirtiest I had ever seen this location. The trash was overflowing so bad that there were flies around us while we waited. The condiment area was filthy and sticky. No silverware out. This location is just terrible. Worst chipotle ever! Seriously DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I usually only write positive reviews but I'd hate for others to waste their time and money here. This store is not managed well. This summer they were having major supply issues but I figured I'd give it one last chance. I went to order online and everything seemed to be available. I've made that mistake before (ordering online to pick up and discover they don't have half the items in the order) so I decided to go in and order in store. Before I ordered my bowl, I specifically asked if they had fajita veggies. They said yes. They were out of ALL meat except pulled pork. I decided I'd just do veggies so ordered rice and beans and when we get to the veggies, they inform me they are out of salsa Fresca, fajita veggies AND lettuce. I ended up just walking out, as half the ingredients for my bowl weren't available. The container holding the salsa appeared to have ice or mold, I couldn't tell. Everything looked like it had just been sitting for days. Doesn't feel sanitary. Employees in the back cooking looked confused and not moving very quickly. There doesn't seem to be a system in place. How can you be out of over half the ingredients every single time?! I told an employee that they need to indicate online which items aren't available (like all other chipotles' do) so ppl aren't surprised when they place an order online and he just said "I know I know but we can't" (w no explanation). Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Burrito Bistro. I imagine this Chipotle will be out of business within another month or so. read more

I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel this necessary. I want to start out by saying I've never even had Chipotle before, and apparently never will. I've tried to go to this specific location twice. The first time was within the past year, placed an online order. Went to pick up 20 minutes later. Walked in and the food wasn't ready, nobody being told what was going on. Customers just sitting around. Apparently there was no food in the store. Instead of maybe a sign or some sort of communication. People were just standing around confused. I get supply issues, but shut down the ordering if you literally have no food in your store or communicate it better. I tried again this past weekend. I walked, and again no communication. There is a sign saying they are closing at 7 PM. I stand in line with my 5 year old for a few minutes, before I'm told they will not take my order and that they are only doing online orders. Why not put a sign up if you don't want to communicate with customers? It's really sad because I've wanted to try Chipotle and this is the only store I'm ever near. Disappointing. read more

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat. That being said the chipotle in Hyannis needs to get their shit together they constantly run out of rice and when they do have rice it is hard. They never have chips made. They also run out of the most popular protein which is chicken. And I don't know if it's a management problem but they never have change in the restaurant you either have to pay with card or exact change. This is very disappointing somthing needs to be done about this. Not sure how you run a restaurant like this and it's not like you go on there and the staff is friendly they nearly say hello to you everyone that works there acts like they hate their life and would do anything to not be there. read more

The imbecile then rolled the quesadillas up like burritos, not sure what that was even about...that manager needs to go so bad. Zero urgency zero customer service and clearly can't train anyone. Love that no-one ever tips them too. Mainly because they can't even order money correctly and always want exact change if you pay with cash.
