One of the worse fast food/ dining experiences I ever had. I got out of work and my family was already there. It was late and the dining room was about to close (drive through still open) the lady was so incredibly rude and their order was missing items ( happened to multiple other people while we were there) when I got there my husband went in to order for me and again the lady at the counter was so rude and told him that they were closed period. Not the drive through is still open just we are closed. Not a big deal, i went through the drive through. I asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and they were smothered in gravy and I had no silverware to eat ( we sat outside) my husband went to the door to get a fork and new mashed potatoes and finally got a manager who was still rude. Do not recommend and probably won't go back for a while. I would like to note me and my husband work in a restaurant and are extremely nice and respectful while eating out wether it is fast food or fine dining not that it should matter. I understand everyone has a bad night in terms of the missing items and mistakes but the rudest is totally unacceptable read more

I don't have any complaints about the food but their drive up signs need to be updated as the totals I am given don't ever matchup with what is currently on the board. If you order KFC they are pretty quick. If you order Taco Bell it takes twice as long. Going to a fast food establishment you expect fast food type workers, low personality rates, an overall sense of they're just doing a job. This KFC/Taco Bell has the worst people on front cashier 90% of the time. There is an older white lady who is just plain miserable and is rude to the younger customers, a young Spanish (?) girl who is nice enough in the fact that she isn't miserable and will actually greet you before she takes your order and she does her job well. There is a younger kid maybe Spanish (?), dark hair & eyes, really nice skin and smile, he's very pleasant and does his job usually with a smile. There are a couple more people I've seen shuffle in and out of the cashier position who are decent enough in the fact they aren't rude like the older white lady, but tonight I had the worst experience I've ever had with a cashier and all because he just didn't want to do his job. He's a younger kid, I believe his name was Cole. Walked up to the counter, he didn't greet us so I said hello and he just asked "for here or to go", we said for here he put it as to go, my friend ordered a frito burrito and 2 spicy potato soft tacos, while he was ordering the tacos Cole cut him off and asked if the burrito was a meal or just the burrito, he said just the burrito off the cravings menu. He then stood there in silence for a moment, we waited to see if he was ready for us to continue, he rolled his eyes and gave attitude as he asked anything else, I asked if they still had the Mac n cheese bowls he didn't respond but he typed something in the computer then asked if I just wanted the bowl or the meal, I said the meal and asked for a side of cole slaw he rolled his eyes again for whatever reason and said anything else, my friend asked for a drink and he gave my friend a dirty look and then told us the total. We paid and waited for our food. A few moments later we realized he didn't put in the two tacos for my friend so we went up and reordered and waited almost 10 minutes for 2 tacos. Got back to the table and realized he gave me a famous bowl with mashed potatoes instead of a Mac n cheese bowl, and he was even giving his manager attitude about having to sweep & clean up the dining area. I'm not usually a "I need to speak to the manager" or "he needs to be punished" type of person because I work in guest services myself and I've worked fast food in the past, I know how the jobs go usually but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. He needs to be retrained and micro managed for a bit. He gave attitude to the guy before and the guys after us too. This place combines a KFC with an A&W restaurant. They give you food in containers with nothing else, so if you want to eat there you have to ask for a plate and utensils. When it's crowded, you can't get to the counter to ask. The food is OK but of course the chicken is very greasy. There are lots of choices, including the hyper-caloric "double down". in the last few years, since the newest general manager began, the Hyannis KFC/Taco Bell has deteriorated to the point where both food quality and service accuracy has gone downhill. They appear to be stretching out oil use beyond acceptable times, you can see it by how dark and/or dry the food is. They seem to be unable to track how fast chicken is running low and its either wait or go without. As for the staff, they have fallen into that hole of hiring "bodies" instead of decent workers. In fact Ive seen them lose more good workers than bad over time. Orders are frequently incomplete, with the general manager so busy trying to do everything that even he causes many mistakes. The apologies lack sincerity, especially when it involves bribing disgruntled customers with extra food (which I find insulting). Orders often taken incorrectly on Drive Thru, and theres only two cashiers that seem to be able to not only take orders correctly for eating Inside but also capable of getting the customer the best deal. All too often we are charged more for a meal when there is a cheaper option, or we are forced to take a drink or a biscuit we dont want becuse they cant be bothered to find the combination we asked for that we know is available. We've tried the Wareham location several times but that place is even worse, the service slow and the place dirty. We believe KFC has passed its prime and perhaps its time we find a new favorite. read more

So it's a fast food place so don't expect much. I've eaten here for years honestly it's just your basic place. Normally ran by teenagers that don't care much and are just working so they get experience. My friends uncle worked here for a bit and he said everything about it was poorly ran and no one cares, which shouldn't really surprise most. His uncle also talked about how people would mess with orders with people they didn't like or were rude. I've stopped in after going to the movies late night and watched some young man pee all over the kids chairs near the bathrooms. ( don't recommend using them) i repeat: it's a fast food place, however you get what you get. I ordered chicken before and it's come out great! 5|5 but I've also gotten soggy and undercooked grey colored chicken -100|5. I have had the food (and service) from this particular place and I must agree with the other reviews. Not too good, but to keep it in perspective, it is a KFC. Nevertheless my employees like KFC so I told them I would get them some for winning a sales contest. I have tried numerous times to get through to put in an order. Impossible! I think my only chance of talking to someone on the phone is with divine intervention.
