The restaurant isn't that big its holds I believe 70 ppl. So not a large establishment. I started my breakfast with a chai latte and then I ordered the French toast. I believe it was a combo. Which it came with three slices of French toast two eggs and I did the two bacon and one sausage. Overall, the breakfast was really good. I feel my breakfast was pretty simple so it's really not much I can go off the sausage. It's really good. But my chai latte was amazing. I ordered that with extra caramel and it was a solid five out of five it was made to perfection. Now the ambience of the inside was nice and clean and photo ready. Our waitress was pretty nice. Parking isn't a problem and there's It's usually nice and quiet, which makes it a really ideal place to hit the ground running with some laptop action. The fairly fast WiFi is an added plus. Another thumbs up is their affordable prices which are around $5 or less. In the inflated world of coffee and foodflation, this is always a thumbs up. Ironically I end up ordering their most expensive drinks, which are mainly their house favorites ($5.50). The secret squirrel, mochanut, sweet toff,and white mocha, which are all a solid option. Their matcha latte ($5) and lemonade ($3) are refreshing and easy to order on any of our warmest days. Service has also been among their strong suits. They've been efficient with orders, good to point people out to where bathrooms, WiFi passwords, and focusing on their mission of ending human trafficking. What we received was room temp at best, milk foam was very loose with nothing but huge bubbles (not silky at all) and no latte art that is the norm. It tasted "okay" but highly diluted with little coffee flavor. We will be back but hope the trainees (I'm hoping that is what happened today) aren't let lose on the customers until they can meet your standards going forward.

I had visited this place when it first opened and I could tell that they were on their learning curve, so I decided to hold off revisiting. Today I learned that there is a new ownership, going on 3 months. And the new manager owner brings with him four years experience, managing coffee shops in Fredericksburg plus other coffee related projects. They are now using the most excellent. District Coffee, have lots of specialty drinks that I'm dying to try. And the smoked salmon crêpe gets a big thumbs up from all of us here today. Excellent ambiance. Inside and outside.
