Here for dinner on Saturday evening. The place is filthy...food all over the floor in cooking area, tables are filthy, no napkins or drink lids at fountain drink counter. Workers in cooking area yelling at each other, using the "F" word in hearing range of customers waiting for orders at front counter. Fries are cold, no ice in ice machine. the one time i went here i waited 30 minutes just to receive the wrong meal, had to give it back, wait a long time more just to get mine. got a simple big mac meal. the big mac was over cooked and built totally wrong! it wasn't even busy in there. staff couldn't read the number on our table or build a simple burger. the bacon meant for my brother's burger was put on mine. i couldn't finish my meal and left unsatisfied. this was only a couple weeks ago. the 5 or so other customers in the dining area were waiting even longer than us and were complaining as well. no, the drive thru wasn't busy either. idk why they were that slow. read more

I dont want to give Hornell McDonald's a 1 star. ALWAYS....Slow service and there is NOT one time that they mess up an order. Trip this am goes as follows: 10 min to speaker drive thru. 2 min wait at speaker. 8 more min to complete pay window transaction and pick up. A mcnugget meal. No fries and my fish sandwich was lukewarm. I gave the worker back the bag and I saw him take the fries out of the next order to put in mine. My grandson was getting antsy and I was getting annoyed. After today, I don't believe I ever even stop there again. there were three people in line to get refunds in front of us because it was taking so long to get their food. My son got out of the car at 10 a. M. Exactly and didn't return with food until 10: 18! That is fast food? Well I stoppend in sunday September 3rd for a simple breakfast order. Large ice tea, 1 breakfast burrito and 1 sausage mcmuffin - all to go. Placed order at 9:56 and wasn't done until 10:10. There were 2 people ahead of me with orders to go, and their wait time was 15 minutes. First woman had to come back in since they forgot her 2 hash browns. Girl ahead of me ordered 2 orange juice and 2 breakfast burritos. Dining room not very busy, huge line in Drive through. I have no idea what was the problem but I wont be back. Pretty new building, but ok food and horrendous service. Oh well. I simply can't recommend. read more

Went in for a late lunch and definitely regret it. Fries were cold, old, and limp. And for a pregnant lady fries are VERY important ;) My buffalo ranch my chicken was very sloppy and most of the lettuce fell out in the wrapper. Also my 2yr old had two chicken nuggets before I realized they were cold! So mad, I hope he doesn't get sick. read more

This McDonald's has really taken a turn for the worst. We usually order then go sit for awhile. Orders can take 10 minutes or more to get. Even had one order totally forgotten. I have no idea what's happened at this McDonald's because it never used to be like this. But don't expect a quick meal here any time soon unless there is a complete overhaul. read more

Food is standard McDonald's fare. They have the kiosk for ordering but none of them could accept credit/debit cards. They were super busy so we had a super long wait but since the time before we had a 45 minute wait we weren't too suprised. This time they did comp us a pie because I think they heard us say we were going to miss our movie and I had seen a worker take food off a tray and give it to someone else. Probably wouldn't recommend this location for people on a short lunch break. read more

This is one of the greatest McDonald's you could eat at. Over 70% of the staff are high on marijuana so they really are generous with the toppings on burgers and whatnot. Most employees are pretty nice from being stoned especially Brandon Jackson and Charles Hann. 5 stars read more

Do NOT go to this fast food restaurant. My boyfriend and I are very forgiving, and have given them six chances to redeem themselves. However every single time we go in there the individuals who are working the counter are very disappointing, rude, and just not nice! We ordered two sweet ice teas one evening and all they did was put water and sugar in a cup, no tea! Yeah, it was as disgusting as it sounds. Then my baby cousin and I went into the store to get cookies, it took twenty minutes to get 3 cookies, which were just sitting in the container on the shelf. Yes, I made a stink about it, no one messes with this girl too often. Not only do I disapprove of their way of killing their chickens, it's very inhumane, but their food kinda sucks.
