Placed a mobile order nothing was ready when we got here. Nothing cooked, coffee not ready. Need better training for individuals.

Three times I've ordered a Hot chia tea and everytime its luke warm at best. If I wanted a cold tea I would have asked for an Iced one!! I realize sometimes they maybe busy but thats not a very good excuse for giving a cold drink when you ask for a hot one!! read more

Service was amazing staff member Jayden Martin had very good communication skills and helped us order 10/10 place will visit again only if Jayden is working everyone else trash bad coffees Jayden is very consistent and always gets our order right. JAYDEN MARTIN NEEDS A RAISE!!! read more

Who ever is making the coffee at times it's really watered down. Just a little friendly advice please make sure that it is made properly every time when you pay 355.00 for a coffee you would except it to be made the same every time. I understand you have younger students that work there so if someone could make sure things are consistent it would be great. Just a little friendly advice I just got coffee from there and had to dump it was so watered down. read more

Wow, so many one and two star reviews for this Dunkin'. I would concur a bit. Try not going on the weekend between 9 and 11, or you will be waiting a while. They do get slammed. However, I feel they have improved a bit over the years. I used to avoid this location entirely because coffee drinks tasted too bitter to me. Not anymore. On the other hand, I usually only order iced coffee with hazelnut and cream, and I think I used to have more of an issue with their iced espresso drinks. But hey, I love my drink, and it's made consistently every time. All of my food orders have been good also. I find that the drive-through is better in terms of getting things in a timely manner. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would one lady is rude to customers and co workers waited 30 mins for our food then they forgot half the order

Burnt our everything, but still managed to not cook the bacon all the way. The workers were nice, called us "honey" at the window. They were trying their best but they were still slow. The car behind us was beeping and screaming, Hornell people are weird. croissants were flaking, not sure how they are supposed to be but they got us looking like a 5 year old eating french fries in their car seat. read more

Service getting worse and now if you want a drink with no ice they charge you a dollar I'm done with them

I keep trying this place once a month and am always disappointed. Chronically understaffed. Waited 20 minutes for coffee and avocado toast ... had to ask staff where food was and person at counter took order wrong and forgot about it. They completely messed up coffee- large instead of medium, wrong number of creams and sugar. read more

Worst Dunkin ever. Terrible service. Takes forever. Food is gross and cold. And staff is rude.

I have been to Dunkin's all around the US and I've been visiting from out of town for a week, getting the same coffee everyday, and I have to say this is the most consistent Dunkin I've ever been to! I have not been disappointed one time and everyone is super friendly! Thank you!! read more

We put in a mobile order and waited an hour for it. A young man walked in and said they never gave him all his items in the drive through. They ended up giving him the rest of the strawberries dragon fruit refresher. Then they decided to make our order and said they were out after we were waiting an hour! Definitely not happy they should close down the drive through if it gets super busy. read more

Everytime time I stop at this Dunkin for a coffee, it takes FOREVER to get your drink, half the time they don't have what I want, and the other half of the time they give me the wrong order. You would think I would learn and stop going to this one, but I see the sign and think I need coffee...and then regret that decision every single time! read more

I was getting an order for a friend. I was kinda clueless. Christina was so helpful! Very friendly, and extremely patient with me. She also asked if I needed a drink carrier and made things do much easier for me! Highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts, and they should give Christina a raise! read more

I arrived at the store at 8:00 pm. They had about 10 donuts to choose from. I wanted the 4 jelly donuts as they were marked but was told they weren't jelly but crème . Shop has a closing time posted of 10:00 pm. I am not happy! We're these clerks in that much of a hurry to get home? This is unacceptable! I will not return!,, read more

Three times I have ordered from the app and either they were out of the food or gave me something completely wrong. If they were out I was still charged. When ordering in the drive thru they don't listen and have to repeat everything multiple times. Poor management and workers because of it. read more

I have had several bad experiences here but this morning was by far the worst. Out of the 6 things I ordered 3 were wrong and 3 were missing! I would give 0 stars if I could. I also waited almost 45 minutes to get the food in the first place. I ordered an avo toast with bacon and you can see the generous portion they gave me lol. I don't see myself ever going back unless the my get more organized bc it was an absolute Mess. No read more

Very nice staff. They clearly care about making sure customers get good service even during long wait times

If you want slow service along with coffee grounds in your ice latte choose this Dunkin'. Over priced. Messes orders up constantly.

This place gets so busy and the waiting times are ridiculous. You would think that with all the business they receive they would make some improvements. I understand the current state of the world but a business like this should pivot with the demand. Hornell makes tons of money. Use the money to expand and make a bigger location u can afford it and work on the service. I'm constantly getting either cold food or the wrong order when I go to this place. read more

Every time I go to this Dunkin, I have to wait so long for my order to be taken and for it to be given to me. I have to repeat myself multiple times and still get the order wrong, they need new headsets. What happened to fast and friendly service? Disappointed with this dunkin, waited 45 minutes for my order, a couple of coffees, 4 donuts, and a bagel. Staff seemed to be in dumpster fire mode. Only got my order after complaining. Some staff also did not wear masks properly. Will not return to this location. read more

Absolutely atrocious service! The drive-through took 20+ minutes to get for coffee beverages. There was a delay from the time listed on the cup of coffee being made until delivery of 20 minutes plus. Then when we get to the window they had no clue what we were ordered! read more

Don't bother coming here unless you want to wait 45+ minutes for anything at all, regardless of if you're the only one in line or if you placed the order ahead of time in the app. Doesn't seem to be managed well, everyone runs around like they don't know what they're doing and there is very poor communication. read more

I enjoy grinding my own beans. However, at least 4 out of 5 times I request the whole bean, regular roast bag of beans, they don't have any in stock at the Hornell, NY store. Sometimes they apologize, sometimes the employees don't seem to care, and sometimes they are surly. I may just switch brands. Another western NY company has excellent coffee. They are a bit pricey, and shipping is required; but if Dunkin employees have such little loyal company loyalty, where is my incentive to stay? read more

Service is terrible! I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before leaving. There was no one in the drive through and many people capable of helping, it was ridiculous. read more

Occasionally I will go to this store and purchase drinks and sometimes food. The last few experiences I was appalled with the way some of the employees were communicating with each other behind the counter with customers present. Cursing and complaining on how busy they have been all morning was the issue for the obscene language and disrespect. I was also enraged knowing that employees would speak so poorly of some customers that were waiting in the drive thru. Both times I went to DD they were rather busy. The first time was around 10:30am and the drive thru was backed up with approximately over a dozen vehicles waiting to be served. I remember specifically of one lady, she wore glasses, had dark hair, and maybe in her late 20s - early 30s (I believe she was also the manager during that shift because of the way she conducted herself behind the counter). Constantly she would speak very poorly of the customers in the drive thru and was extremely rude, in my opinion, when she would begin to take orders from each customer. I believe a lot of hot food was being served that day because her initial interaction with every drive thru customer was, "are you getting Hot Food?!" Might I add, while I am waiting at the pick up window inside for my drinks and food, I am hearing in disgust every word being spoken. What made this visually unpleasant was that while she was complaining, picking, and poking she would just stand there and talk when she could of helped out the poor guy that was busting his hump to get all this food out in a timely manner. My second poor experience, which is the reason I am writing today, happened today December 14, 2018 at around 8:30am. Again, another extremely busy morning. Over a dozen vehicles waiting in the drive thru as well as a half dozen customers waiting inside to place an order. I could not believe the language of this one employee. Let's just say his favorite word would probably have to be "Shit"! I was second in line and the DD delivery truck pulled up. A little commotion came about behind the counter about the truck being there. I finally step up to place my order and the gentleman (if I can call him one) greeted me and as I was about to place my order he yelled out AND I QUOTE, " Who is going to be taking my place here up in the front so I can do the truck? I've been here since 5:00 this morning and really need a cigarette SHIT... You bet your ASS I am going to do the truck so I can have a cigarette. What can I get you sir?" Then I proceeded to place my order. I am from Hornell myself. In all honesty, I am appalled by some of the employees that are hired at that store. That place is poorly supervised from my understanding. Food and drinks are great but employee conduct is outrageous and something needs to be done with it ASAP. read more

Terrible service. Employees cursing and carrying on complaining conversations with a room full of customers. One employee getting doughnuts with her bare fingers instead of using the tissue paper. They made me the wrong drink twice and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for a bagel and a muffin. Meanwhile the people at the drive thru are handing all their food back because it's wrong. The man who ordered after me finally asked for his money back for the one drink he had ordered. No apologies or initiative from the employees. I won't be coming back. read more

Seriously this place has went down the drain so much from last summer, I would always come here before going to work and my drinks and food where amazing.. a couple days ago I ran inside because I was running a bit late and I was the only one standing inside at the front where we order 15 minutes went by and people would just look at me and not say a word about 5 minutes after I just walked out very annoyed, I went threw the drive threw this morning and it took about 30 minutes, got up to the drive threw ordered our drinks just a med. regular coffee with extra cream and sugar and a med Carmel craze latte the lady told us back our order and everything was correct went up to the window and just gave us one large coffee with regular cram and sugar and said that was the only thing we ordered. This place needs new management and employees who really want a job and who will enjoy it not a bunch of lousy people who don't care ... it's ridiculous really read more

Worst experience ever in a Dunkin Donut. I was inside the store for over 20 minutes getting a iced coffee and ham and cheese croissant. There were four people ahead of me in line and everyone had to repeat their order multiple times. I believe a new girl was working, she was clearly overwhelmed. When she asked for help a young man just started pushing buttons on the register but did not explain anything to her. How is she suppose to learn? Three times the person making my coffee hollered questions to me from behind the counter. I will admit the iced coffee was good, much better than my croissant. It looked like someone has smashed it down. What I find really sad is the fact that local people are resigned to receiving poor service. The lady behind me in line said it was always like that but what could she do...they are the only coffee/donut shop in town. I know the next time I am passing through Hornell I will get my coffee at McDonald's. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't. I have seen stampedes more organized than this place so much so that we actually stopped going, but occasionally find ourselves needing to stop to get gift cards, etc. The surface of the moon has less craters than the drive thru. My order had never EVER once been correct, no one is knowledgeable about the register, today there was a new girl and she needed help and the manager could have helped but was too busy taking smoke breaks. At 12:30 on a Saturday they are out of munchkins! I could go on and on but anyone who had been here knows. Not that the Dunkin Donuts chain will go down from losing a customer, but in this instance it is 100% the customer service and not the products that are responsible. read more

While I was sitting at this DD today trying to enjoy my coffee, I had the displeasure of hearing the employees talk about proper toilet wiping methods, yeast infections, naked games they have played, where exactly they live, and other unpleasant topics. One of the employee's friend came in and she gave her a free iced coffee and donut. The place was very dirty but no one took the time from their conversations to sweep and the bathroom was out of order! read more
