They had no soap in the bathroom and the urenals were unsanitary. Along with the toilet paper dispenser being broken

So I was just at McDonald Main Street Springfield, Massachusetts , North End , had the worst experience, went thru the drive thru , ordered a Double Big Mac no lettuce extra cheese meal, and a a 2 cheeseburger meal and 4 pies. , and an extra Big Mac with some friends only to get half our order , fries were still cold like they were never fried , so after being ask to park and wait , mind you it's a "drive thru" , to only be met with cold food and half the order after over paying for half the items , went in and all the staff were on there cell phones and the manager was doing her nails . sold us a double Big Mac and gave us a single Big Mac instead , fries were cold , one cheeseburger out the combo meal, 2 cold pies out of tge 4 ordered , I'll never In my life stop or go to any McDonalds long as live for ruining my experience every time I gave them a chance. read more

This place is horrible. They got people panhandling outside asking for money and then they get mad talk down to you if you don't give them enough. I can't even wait at the fence for my food without being harassed. They need to clean up Holyoke because this really is wild. read more

The service was horribly slow, employees were horribly rude, the store was incredibly filthy food everywhere on the floor in the machines were filthy. After waiting too long, easy to long, the food was at least OK. read more

After spending some time shopping in the Holyoke area we were starving and about to take a road trip, so we decide to pick up some burgers at this McDonald's. This 24 hour location McDonald's was a great place to stop because they had quick service, we were able to stop, and get in and out of their drive thru ASAP. It was also nice that the burgers we got weren't sloppy and we're actually made fairly well. The staff here was extremely polite and we enjoyed speaking with them when we placed our order as well as when we picked up our food. Even though all McDonald's are typically the same, this has to be one of the best we have been to in quite a while. read more

If you are looking for speed, convenience, safety or anything along the lines of what you would want to get fast food from, this isn't the place for you. Don't bother thinking you can conveniently use their magical order ahead app and have you food paid for and brought out to you... I never used it before and I had a car load of kids and pj pants on so I said hey, let's give this a shot... nope. Pull in and the app states there's problems at this location, go inside.. great, but whatever I get it stuff happens. So as I'm wrangling my crew to get out, I'm greeted with what I could only describe as a living zombie with his hand outstretched standing directly in front of my door begging for change... he wasn't taking no for an answer and at this point I was about to just kick it in reverse and go home and make the kids some sandwiches.. but I got a whiner who already had her heart set on a happy meal so I give the zombie a minute to shuffle on and we run in. As I proceed to stand at the counter patiently.. I begin to get a bit irritated as the minutes tick away and there's 8 ppl just circled behind the counter laughing and carrying on a convo completely disregarding the now line building up. So I see a manager approach the group and I'm thinking here we go, crack that whip, get them to work.. nope he joins right in. So I'm boiling at this point, so I proceed to rudely interrupt and ask him if my order has gone through, do I need to pay again.. what's the deal. He replies with "ya that don't work here" and was about to walk away when I say, uh still need this, wanna put this in".. as I look over and notice self service kiosks are also shut off... Now after the guy proceeds to put in my order, rather rudely as if I'm ruining his day.. I get bombarded once again by another beggar with a pile of coupons asking me to tag along into my order to get her free sandwich. Now I'm all for helping ppl, I was fine with it.. but I'm not fine with the fact that this manager allows ppl to camp out all day with their entire wardrobe laid out all over the tables.. harassing everyone placing an order. It's uncomfortable and it made my kids uncomfortable. Food of course was prepared and sat there drying out in the warming rack waiting to be put in the bag and everyone was too focused on their convos to care... I wound up rudely pointing it out and got sighs and eye rolls bc I was becoming a bit cranky with this entire episode of trying to get a damn happy meal and a cpl burgers. This is just one story out of many of this particular McDonald's... every time I visit this one, it's a shit show. I'm an extremely patient and tolerant understanding person 99% of the time, but this place takes the cake. I'm amazed at the choices that are made for shift managers.. they have not one ounce of customer service nor professionalism. McDonald's of Maple St..I'm officially over it, I'll drive the extra 5 mins to another location. read more

Went there late at night, nice man at the window. However they completely jacked my order. I ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, a medium high c, and a medium fry. My order came with a chicken sandwich with no pickles, a small fry, and the man forgot my high c and i had to ask him for it at the window. I was already home when i opened the bag. Stay away from this place not really sure how you can mess up a order three times in one transaction

This place literally always gets my order wrong but I tolerated it the 3-4 times a year I go because it's just a couple blocks from my hours. Tonight, when I returned to get the food I ordered, they weren't the least bit apologetic. They acted like I made the mistake. When clearly the food in the bag did not match the food on my receipt. When I took a bite of the sandwich, the edges were hard. I started thinking they probably gave me rotten food so I threw it away. read more

You try to go to your local McDonald's to get your order that is owed to you after they screwed it up twice, and the employees are goofing off, the manager has no control over the employees or the store's lack of cleanliness as well as they can't even fill your order due to lack of product. Makes me want to go to Burger King or any other place but this one. read more

One of the busier locations in the area but the usually get the cars through pretty quickly. Food is well... McDonald's food. If you need a review of that than perhaps you haven't gotten outside much since the 1950's and I don't know why you would be on yelp right now. read more

Is there a 0 out of 5? This is my first review I've ever left anywhere but I feel compelled to do so. I go to this location often because it's unfortunately near my home and it's always had its issues but I went tonight and I gave the guy a $100 bill because that was all I had and he literally said, "hey are you having a good night tonight?" And tried to make real sweet small talk and then short-changed me $40.00. I called him out on it and he gave me the correct change. I told the person at the next window to no avail. I called the location shortly thereafter to report this and was placed on hold for At least 15 minutes. I kept calling back after that and the phone was off the hook. In short, I don't have time to deal with getting robbed by these crooks. I'll be reporting this to the Holyoke Police Department. read more

I visited this McDonald's one day while I was waiting for a bus. I approached the counter and waited... waited... waited a solid 5 minutes while the cashier snacked on Chicken McNuggets, chatted with her coworkers, and gave free cheeseburgers to their friends in the dining room. The 4 times I've been at this McDonalds, I've been asked to park my car on the side to wait for my food; even if it's one item. It's kinda a big deal when it's in the worst part of town. I get it, they don't control that. But having to wait every single time is kind of ridiculous. On another note, the gentlemen that works mornings that hands the food out to the cars is great. I love McDonald's at times. Sometimes it would taste so good, and sometimes it would taste so disgusting. It's so expensive and I hate the fact that it's expensive!
