Ordered the adult happy meal no toy! For the amount we paid for that and did not get a toy

We went through and ordered breakfast and the manager joy took our order and got the whole order wrong besides the drinks and the hash browns. We pulled around to let them know, the manager then started yelling and stating she did not make a mistake we then had to pay for a whole extra order on her mistake. Joy could have handled it much better than she did, I hope this review reaches her and she improves her workmanship and attitude. read more

As a former employee and long time enjoyer of burgers, the Hinckley McDonalds is definitely one of the best I've been to. Very good service and for fast food, the quality is usually good. They obviously make mistakes but it's nothing that won't get fixed if you simply just ask. The management and staff are awesome, and the store is almost always very clean. (Save for a very busy day with not a lot of employees working) Great place to go. read more

Literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to, my friend and I ordered nuggets and they gave us both an extra nugget, then we look in the bag for our sauces and keep in mind most McDonald's don't remember the sauces and this McDonald's gives us 4 SAUCES EACH! I was just going through my day as a normal person. Pretty boring day if you want me to be honest... until I walked into the greeted Mc Donald's I've ever been too. First of all I went into the bathroom which was super clean and super nice best bathroom experience ever. Then I order my 20 nuggets which slapped like always but..... So disgusting... one of the workers in the window gave me the wrong order and she had my correct order that she held hostage until I actually gave her the bag that we had gone through with our fingers to see if it actually the correct order because they screw up so many times! She actually wanted the bag of food that we had in our car given to her back thru the window and then she would release my food to me which I had already paid for. Absolute five stars for the employee here who patiently helped the woman in the drive-thru who took 5 1/2 MINUTES to place their order on Oct 2 morning (don't believe me? I have video - I began recording her when she entered lot via the exit lane because I foresaw a circus)!!! Drive thru employee answered numerous questions on prices of items, substitutions, availability of items, etc. while remaining friendly! Give this guy a raise! BigMac is not rocket science to make. I ordered a BM without onions and pickles and I get it without cheese. I take it back and tell them it has no cheese they give me new sandwich and once again it has no cheese. I ask for supervisor, he says sorry about that and gives me a slice of cheese in a box. Well, I started out being a bit annoyed but ended up leaving with a smile! I sat at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes, said hello a few times, and no response. So I pulled up to the first window, and a woman, who I assumed was the manager, asked what she could help me with and I told her I'd been waiting and wasn't sure if there was a mechanical problem or what and she was so nice and apologetic and gave me a 10% discount! I prefer the drive-thru on my way home in the mornings, and I usually wait about three minutes for breakfast for my entire family. It's always hot. I've gone inside to order and it was clean. This is likely among the worst run McDonalds I have gone too. The service was exceedingly slow. So much so that the customer in front of me who had been waiting for over 25 minutes was enraged. The only explanation that we all overheard was "sorry honey, were doing the best we can". There was no acknowledgment when entering and waiting. I questioned how long I would be standing there without even placing an order. I decided to opt for a tea so I could just get a cup and help myself. I looked around and noticed other customers in various stages of annoyance or head shaking humor. It was only after leAving did I check yelp and see that this is the status quo. How to put this as I'm waiting for my food (a coffee and a McMuffin) I had time to contemplate if I should write a review and as I stand here for over fifteen minutes with many people next to me doing the same I wonder if they should start calling McDonalds food made at the convienece of the worker. Worlds worst McDonald's there prices are far from what they say online and it is ridiculous never eating there again

I was kind of excited when this McDonald Restaurant opened a few years ago. But, the service is very very slow. Still, I return because I like the coffee and the breakfast menu. From the day they opened service was slow and not always friendly. Now I generally don't make bad reviews. In fact, this is the first. Now I don't blame the kid. The kid is just reacting to the demands of management . I can't say I really blame the local management team as they are probably getting their strings pulled by an overbearing twatwaffle of a territorial mismanager. Today's experience goes as follows . Wife says we will stop for breakfast, she suggested mcds . Knowing this would be a while, I said you go in and I'll wait in the car with the dogs... ( we have been through this circus before ) she ordered 6 burritos coffee and a soda. 27 minutes later she returned. Now I have been trained that reducing waste, reusing items is a good thing. We are encouraged to use refillable cups, bring our own grocery bags and the like. Apparently the feckless twits that run this store have never heard of this idea.... my loving spouse brings my coffee cup in for refilling, along with a plastic cup she uses for soda. The poor kid fully understood the idea of paying for the coffee/soda and putting said coffee and soda in our own reusable containers. But the kid explains that "we are no longer allowed to put it in your cups" Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill? Yes I am. But it is a cumulative mountain. Just another aggravation from an already poorly run organization. To the upper management.... it's time you go back to your roots and return to being a french fry cook. Management is clearly not in your wheelhouse. And remember service to your customer is key. To the big, big , big management crew... I think it's time to get rid of your current crop. read more

How bad of a McDonald's do you have to be to actually be reviewed on Yelp? As bad as the one at Hinckley, Minnesota. I don't even know where to start. We stopped here today (third time, and LAST time). Hinckley is about halfway between St. Paul and Duluth for us - a natural place to stop for breakfast if we're trying to get to Duluth by mid-morning. It takes FOREVER for them to fill an order. FOREVER. Last time we were here they messed up our coffee (yes, that's all we ordered...coffee). Two cream, two Splenda. Five tries to get it right. 25 minutes wasted. They kept dumping out the last cup and filling up a new one; could have set what happened to the Benny Hill theme. Today our order was very simple, yet they still managed to mess it up in the drive through...AND on top of that overcharged us. Took nearly 35 minutes to get it right once we went inside. Yeah I know, it's just a McDonald's, but every other one near the Twin Cities offers great and FAST service. I'd rather go to the Hardee's next door and take my chances on diarrhea than go to this McDonalds again. read more
