That said, the staff has always been super friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. They have a sun-dried tomato bagel which is my all time favorite flavor. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!! The St Paul Bagelry is the only place in the cities I've found that makes sun-dried tomato bagels. I would be devastated if they discontinued making them. They are very generous with their cream cheese when you order a bagel with cream cheese, I usually end up scraping some off of mine or asking for less cream cheese. In my experience, the bagel sandwiches can be kind of dry. It seems like the egg is the main culprit because it's thoroughly fried and salted. I would recommend getting cream cheese on the sandwich to mitigate the dryness. Pretty standard bagel shop vibes-- you order at a counter, all of the bagels are behind the counter, and then you find a place to sit and they call out your order when it's ready. There is not a parking lot and I've only been when Nicollet is under construction (which seems to be all the time) so I usually park in the neighborhood nearby.
