Has few tables inside but also a large outdoor patio with table under trees for shade. I ordered the brown butter toffee iced latte, less sweet and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They didn't have sausage so got ham instead. The food was brought out quickly. The croissant was crispy and the egg was soft like butter. The coffee was really good but didn't taste a lot of brown butter toffee but that might be because I got it less sweet.

Now so many things have changed in this parking lot . With the surrounding area coming to life and new developments it might do well. Caffeine first right. They are a perfect matcha place too. Who loves a strong cup of coffee . Those hands are up! It's you, and you; and you over yonder. They definitely deliver. The matcha is made with no sweetener. You have your choices of milk too. The oat milk here in an up charge . Now that we made the order it's just the wait . The decor of the store is so cute. And I have this draw to the color red, so it screams come in and have coffee! The best of all things is ready, it's open and delicious. Come in and enjoy local coffee here in the Henderson area.

The coffee shop has a chill vibe with a black and gold theme. It's cozy but still stylish. They were playing some chill music, from Lorde to R&B slow jams. Most of the booths had partitions built in between them so it feels cozy and private. You could definitely get some work done here in peace. The two baristas were incredible. The guy in front of me was asking a million unnecessary questions and the barista was still super patient and friendly. She then took my order and was so nice! They bring your drinks out to you, which is a nice touch. My pumpkin spice latte was perfection. Each sip opens with a bit of pie spice, then deepens into sweet, creamy pumpkin. I have no idea which brand syrup they use, but the actual pumpkin note was spot-on. This latte tasted like an actual slice of pie. My decaf espresso was well-balanced - not watery and not overpowering the pumpkin either. My medium iced PSL with oat milk was $7.70 + tip ($6.75 + $0.95 for oat milk), which feels about average for our area. They use Toast so you can get points with each purchase. The only suggestion I have is that they add price tags and names to the pastries. Some things were obvious, like the croissant drizzled in chocolate, but other's were not, like the pumpkin spice cookie with cream cheese frosting.

Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I did not expect to come in and leave paying over $30 with the tip for coffee and scones. The service was friendly and we did get our drinks quickly. I really liked the scone, it tasted fresh and not too sweet. The place itself is super cute and aesthetic with lots of seating. It is more of a sit down imo and not a quick grab coffee spot.

If you're even considering stopping at this McDonald's, do yourself a favor and rethink your life choices. You'd have a better experience lighting yourself on fire than dealing with the absolute circus of chaos and hostility at this location. The woman at the drive-thru speaker was the most vile, rude, and downright snarky individual I've ever encountered. She treated me like I was inconveniencing her by existing. Her tone was dripping with sarcasm and disdain, making it painfully clear she'd rather be anywhere else than doing her job. As if that wasn't bad enough, the man handing me the food was even worse--dismissive, unprofessional, and acting like he was doing me a favor by shoving a bag of wrong food into my hands. It was as if the entire staff had been plucked from a traveling carnival and thrown into uniforms with zero training or respect for customers. And let's talk about the food: every single item was wrong. Cold, stale, and sloppily thrown together--it was like they actively tried to mess it up. I wouldn't feed this to a stray dog. This location is an embarrassment to the McDonald's name and an insult to paying customers. Save yourself the rage, the disappointment, and the overwhelming desire to regret every choice that led you here. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Its been over a week, so much for fixing the situation by Monday the 3rd, and no call backs. Costumer service indeed. No emails, no phone calls, no texts. I was promised by the district manger I would at the very least be issued an apology for the arrogance of, " Call who ever you want, no will care" statement. But this Mickey Dee's just only cares about the money they can get from hiring rude, liars, with zero costumer service. Alicia is was by far their worst employee until someone else lied over the phone and said they would call me back to fix it. Alicia, at least you lied to my face. I guess McDonald's is really like this, not the typical chain that will serve your order fast and gave you delicious burgers to fill your hungry tummy. Well, even though they are like that, I still came by once in a while and order burger and fries to pair with coke and then sit on one of the vacant tables and eat silently. When it was my turn, I ordered a footlong BLT on herb cheese bread and a footlong meatball and pepperoni on Italian (their monthly special). "We ain't got no meatball" the man behind the counter said in a mumble. He had to repeat it a second time for me to understand him. I then ordered a cold cut combo and requested that both be toasted. The Mumbler put my bread in the toaster and then went on to the next customer. As he was preparing the sandwich of the customer behind me, he reached over the sandwich that his co-worker was preparing for the customer in front of me and literally put his armpit in her sandwich in spite of his co-worker's futile attempt to protect the sandwich. So the customer behind me paid and left and the customer in front of me had left and my bread had now been sitting in the toaster waiting, as was I, for the two people making sandwiches to finish with people BEHIND me. Now it was finally my turn. I had to explain the order again as The Mumbler had moved on to someone else. Did I want my bacon heated? As it looked almost raw, yes I did. Then I had to wait again. Why didn't The Mumbler put it in the toaster while the bread was toasting? Two more customers behind me paid and left the restaurant. The microwave dinged, but by now the woman behind the counter was helping The Mumbler as he seemed to be falling behind. The bacon sat ignored in the microwave for at least two minutes. Finally, we have the bread and the hot bacon. Three times while I was requesting the vegetables/ condiments, the woman behind the counter stopped helping me to help a co-worker, refill the napkin dispenser, and take another customers money (a customer in line behind me). Two more customers behind me paid and left. Then two more workers, one of which appeared to be the manager, came out of a back room and just watched the long line of customers! Neither of them tried to help and then they both disappeared out of sight again into the back of the restaurant. 35 minutes after I walked into the Subway, I walked out with two footlong sandwiches and returned to work. I gave my co-worker her sandwich and went to my desk. That is when I realized that the bread and cheese had gotten mixed up on the orders. Then my co-worker said that she had the wrong sandwich. The woman behind the counter had given me one of the sandwiches that must have belonged to one of the myriad of customers that got waited on before me even though they were behind me in line. The sandwich that my co-worker received was turkey and bacon. My thought from earlier was confirmed as she said that the bacon was, indeed, almost raw. My co-worker returned to the Subway in order to receive the correct sandwich. When she explained what happened, the woman behind the counter explained that the man who had accidentally received her sandwich had returned that one as well. THEN THE WOMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER TRIED TO GIVE THE "USED" SANDWICH TO MY CO-WORKER! It took the manager coming out to convince her to make a new sandwich! DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!
