Customers were waiting near the counter, and several people were asking employees about missing items. When I finally spoke with a staff member, they seemed unable to locate my order at first. After checking several receipts and asking another employee for help, they found it and apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't much better. The fries were barely warm, the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while, and part of the order was missing. I returned to the counter again to have the missing item replaced. The employee was polite and corrected the issue, but by that point the rest of the meal was already cold.
