They grill the meat and make the sandwiches right in front of you so they are hot and fresh. My wife's cheesesteak was ok. Seemed kind of dry and didn't have any peppers and not too many onions. The service is always friendly and the store well stocked. My last trip was for New York strip steaks. I also love their house blended rubs! There's almost nothing you can't find here. They have everything from duck to Turducken. Did I mention the rotisserie chicken or divine homemade pies? Peach & Apple all delicious. I had a few basic questions about their products and pricing, and it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking. There was little effort to explain options or provide recommendations. The store itself also seemed disorganized and not as clean as I would expect from a meat market. The display cases didn't look well-maintained, and some products appeared poorly labeled, making it hard to tell what I was purchasing. On top of that, the pricing didn't reflect the level of quality or service provided. I expected better overall professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return or recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service and store upkeep.
