My husband specifically ordered his stuffed potato with NO sour cream. When it came out wrong, I politely let our server know. She stared at me blankly for what felt like a minute, and when I asked how long it would take to remake it, her response was simply, "I don't know." No apology. No solution. No effort. My husband finally said, "It's fine," and she replied, "I'll just take it off the ticket." I was a server for 5 years. Your entire job is serving people and taking care of customers. Mistakes happen, but not caring is unacceptable. I tip well when people try. Today, I left $0 because the complete lack of concern was impossible to ignore. Nobody expects perfection, but customers do expect you to care.

One of my favorite parts was honestly the homemade chips and the salsa- the salsa has a little kick to it but it's the perfect amount. It's simply a melted jalepeno cheese they get and the bowl cost around $11. I got one of the dinner meals, i'm forgetting the name- it was plenty big- the chicken enchilada was the best part so probably would just get that next time. Excellent customer service- the owner is so sweet! bummed they ran out of their coconut pies or we totally would have tried that!

After waiting nearly twenty minutes, I finally reached the speaker. The employee sounded distracted and asked me to repeat my order multiple times. While mistakes can happen anywhere, the interaction felt rushed and unorganized from the start. When I reached the payment window, I was told to pull forward and wait in a designated parking spot. I figured it would only take a few minutes. Instead, I sat there for what felt like forever watching several cars that arrived after me receive their food and leave. After roughly another fifteen minutes, I went inside to ask about my order. The dining room appeared understaffed and chaotic. Customers were waiting near the counter, and several people were asking employees about missing items. When I finally spoke with a staff member, they seemed unable to locate my order at first. After checking several receipts and asking another employee for help, they found it and apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't much better. The fries were barely warm, the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while, and part of the order was missing. I returned to the counter again to have the missing item replaced. The employee was polite and corrected the issue, but by that point the rest of the meal was already cold. What made the experience most frustrating was not any single mistake, but the combination of long wait times, confusion about the order, and inconsistent food quality. Fast food is supposed to be convenient, and this visit felt anything but convenient. Again, this is only a fictional example, but if an experience like this occurred, it would likely leave a customer disappointed and hesitant to return.
