Cant understand you have to repeat yourself 10 times in the drive through just to get the wrong order and then not refund the right amount.

This location fails to meet the cleanliness standards one expects of this chain. I visited during a quiet time--only one small family seated inside and nothing going on in the drive thru--so you'd think it would be the perfect time for employees to make a sweep of the area to pick up trash, wipe down tables, clean up the drink fountain, check the bathrooms. The lack of attention left me with the impression that cleanliness isn't high enough on management's list of priorities. read more

No one came out to take our order for over five minutes. The butter they gave us was all opened. The coffee I ordered with cream and sugar was cream only. Fountain drinks very watery. Straight out train wreak. My daughter went to ask for more butter and received attitude from a manager. Shut the front door. Its Sunday and learn some manners. read more

Four stars just for being open 24 hours, which enabled us to make a pit stop after 11pm on our way back from Maine. They have a drive through if you don't need to or want to physically pop in for some reason or another. They looked clean enough. Just wish the hand dryer was warmer, particularly since they don't offer a hand towel alternative in the restroom. read more

This at one time was the better of the local Mcdonalds but has declined to be as bad if not worse then the others. If you want McDonalds, Haverhill doesn't have a competent one. After an order of $55 the order was missing all the fries. The big mac was lacking special sauce and the quarter pounder was a over cook crusty shoe leather. Dinner for my family was very disappointing. Yet typical for Haverhill. Burger king offers better services and quality. Drive past Haverhill if you desire Mcdonalds, here they only serve disappointment. read more

Simply the worst McD's I've ever been to, and I used to drive professionally cross country. When it loses out to a Alabama truck stop... Have received sandwiches with NO meat "uh with no meat wouldn't this be a NO pounder?", sandwiches missing a patty "doesn't the double cheeseburger usually come with two patties?", wrong count on nuggets "uh, I'm no mathematician but 4 plus 4 doesn't make 10 pcs...", wrong drinks (size and flavor), and completely the wrong order in drive thru. The management once told me I was wrong, and weren't too happy when I pulled out the receipt that said otherwise. I've simply given up on it entirely, and they don't seem to appreciate my sense of humor when I call them on their mistakes. read more

This McDonald's has been here forever. Recent facade update. Keeping in mind that it's fast food and that you should always check your order when it's handed to you, I've had no problems with this location. There was one instance of having to wait for an item which ultimately was not available. The manager gave me a free sandwich coupon and offered me an alternative sandwich, which I gladly took. (I think it was a grilled chicken instead of a fried chicken sandwich). I'm not going to get my undies in a bunch over something like that, honestly. I usually take my food home or eat in the parking lot, so no review on the interior of or the restroom facilities at this location. The parking lot is quite clean and well lit. read more

I mean, how long has this place been here? I couldn't tell you because I remember going when i was like 4 or 5. Its McDonalds...the food is...well its food, its fast and its freaky. Its right on rt 125 and is also a biznitch to get in and out of now with all the 125 traffic. Why not write a review of mcdonalds? This one has been here forever and hasn't changed since the early 80s when I was a kid. It's open 247 yo, so all you boozahs who went to haverhill for the night can come back to quaint little nh to eat then slumber. It's a regular old mcdonalds and they always do it right. I have been to this McDonald's a few times and they always get my order right and it's ready quickly. I keep forgetting to write a review.

I use to LOVE going here late at night because the older woman (she seemed like a grandmother to me) was always accurate with my orders and gave me what I wanted. Working graveyard shifts back then, I didn't have time to return and get orders corrected if they were wrong. Which was why I adored her! This new bald, old man just SUCKS at taking orders. Like do you need a hearing aid or do you need to turn up the volume?! Every Mc Donald's I go to where I ask for a medium orange juice (juice, not High-C) with a meal, they give it to me and put in the correct charge. This place, nope. "It comes with a small orange juice only". WTF!? First rule of Customer Service, GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT! Having worked in the service industry before and being forced to watch training videos on Customer Service, this is how I am with customers as long as their request(s) are within reason. Tonight, this same guy gave me a medium soda cup when I ordered a medium orange juice.... At this point, I'm done with ever going to this Mc Donald's at night until this person is replaced! He looked like a manager so I will NEVER RETURN EVER AGAIN! And this is coming from a person that use to go EVERY NIGHT BEFORE AND/OR AFTER WORK! The manager (i belive his name was Victor) is the worst manager I have seen at this location in years. He was a tall Spanish man wearing a maroon shirt with a bowtie. He belittles his employees in front of the customers and then makes the customer a feel invisible. My cashier Windy we very nice and friendly, she seemed to be having trouble with the register so he came over and instead of walking her through the problem he made her move so he could do it himself. He then messed it up even more. All I needed was nuggets and 2 iced coffees. He asked her 3 times how the coffee was supposed to be made, her answer was the same every time. Med ice caramel black. Then he asked me... My reply was that she had it right. He couldn't figure out how to remove the cream which was the same problem she was having. What an arrogant man. read more

I don't expect much from a McDonalds but I've had very poor service here before and it didn't seem like they are very well ran sometimes.

Not a single shift of staff here can correctly fill an order. Not one. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Another update: this McDonald's is being completely renovated and says it'll reopen November 2016.

This place sucks! They've completely screwed me the last 3 times there. First time I ordered 2 crispy chicken deluxes. I got home and they put spicy chicken sandwiches in the crispy deluxe boxes. It had that nasty orange sauce all over them, so they couldn't be scraped and saved. I work 2 jobs. I don't eat until I'm done for the day- which can be late- like 11:00-midnight. They're not 24 hours anymore,- they close at midnight. Because I've worked in kitchens, as a professional courtesy I won't go in a place within a half an hour before posted closing time. Last week I raced there after working all day and night. I pulled in at 11:20. There was a pick-up in the drive thru with a pallet behind it (signaling he was gonna be the last one served). So who knows when they actually close? Tonight I went inside, ordered, and specifically mentioned the last time I didn't get any sauces with my McNuggets, and please be sure to include them. Well.....I get home, and no sauces! This place is a complete sh!tshow! These clowns want $15 an hour?! Never again! I drop over $30 every time there. since the renovations happened this location has gone down hill. poor service, most of the workers barely speak english and constantly screw up the orders at the drive through. most of the time you wait in a long line only to be told once you get to the window that you have to pull in to a parking space to wait for your food, last time i checked this is supposed to be fast food. and god forbid you don't check order once you get it they always forget something. avoid the location and the other 2 in haverhill they are just as bad. read more

I'm not sure if this is a review of one particular McD's or just my general disappointment with their entire chain of fast food places. Of all the different fast food establishments on Route 125, this is the one that I'm least likely to visit. I go maybe once a year just because I don't see how they can continue to thrive while making the least tasty burgers, but they do. The fries are good, but the burgers? No thanks. read more

Today I spent 15 minutes at the drive thru trying to just get a coffee. The car in front of me and the two in back of me decided to leave. I should have also. I parked and went inside. The workers were running around like chickens with their heads off. There were two people in front of me waiting for their orders which both got messed up. I waited for what seemed like another 15 minutes then placed my order. A large regular iced coffee which I get daily. I noticed the worker grabbing a large soda cup and filling it. OK. I figured maybe they ran out of the large coffee cups which has happened before. I got my drink and walked away to get a straw and removed the lid. It didn't look like coffee so I went back to the worker and asked if it was coffee. He said it was iced tea. I said that I wanted iced coffee. He said that I said iced tea. I said no, I know what I ordered and it was coffee. He went and made a coffee which was medium and said that it was on him. Well I wanted large and he must have forgotten that I was already charged for it. I shook my head and left with the medium coffee. I won't be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon. read more
