Went in for a burger, left feeling like a human again. Staff was awesome, fries were perfect, and for once no one accused me of a crime just for existing -- yes, I'm looking at you, Marshall's, where apparently breathing near cologne is a felony. Five Guys lets you eat, enjoy, and even grab free peanuts while you wait. Marshall's? They'll glare at you like you personally caused climate change for picking up a bottle of cologne . Five Guys doesn't treat customers like suspects, doesn't make you feel paranoid for touching literally anything, and actually smiles at people. Revolutionary. 10/10, would happily eat my body weight in fries here rather than face the trauma of shopping at Marshall's again. Truly, a safe space for humans. read more

The food wasn't up to par the fries where to greasy and by the time time I got home and picked up the bag the bottom of the bag just ripped open. It was pretty fast service and I'm glad that I could order online and it was pretty much ready to when I got there. A typical five guy experience when I was there. We recently went to this location. We stopped eating out for about a year and used to go regularly every week. We had ordered food from two different places and brought it home. We had ordered eight burgers with bacon and none of them had bacon on them. No biggie, I called the restaurant and asked for a refund for the bacon, for all of the burgers. The manager told me no because we had all ready eaten our burgers. I asked why and she said I would have to bring all the burgers back and get them remade. That is wasteful and I told her, we had no problem eating them but I had a problem paying for something we didn't eat. She said, she couldn't do that. She was not apologetic and didn't care. Stopped in for lunch after furniture shopping next door at Cardi's. Burger and fries were good. Choose your own custom toppings. Fries needed salt. Had a fantastic experience here! Stopped in while on a road trip for a bite to eat and was immediately welcomed by the employees. I got a cheeseburger and a shake and they were both incredibly good. The cheeseburger seemed super well made and fresh, and the shake tasted amazing. It was the perfect consistency. My friend said his hot dog was the perfect temperature and was super good. He also mentioned that the fountain soda was really strong and not watered down like some fountain sodas are. The manager, Jordan, came by to ask how my food was and thanked me for being there. The whole restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely choose this Five Guys; it gave the best fast food experience I've ever had. I love Five Guys. Awesome variety of free toppings to a burger made with real meat, not frozen, no pink slime. Hand cut fries, like you get at the fair. They even have malt vinegar, yum. This is my fourth Five Guys location, and it holds its own with the rest. If you've never been, go! Do some research first though. Don't be one of those people who complains when you order a cheeseburger and get two patties, that's what a cheeseburger is at Five Guys. The only bad thing I can say is now that they've opened this location a mile from my house, I will soon weigh 400 lbs. read more

I had never been to a Five Guys until a few months back when I was in Pennsylvania for business and tried the place. I was impressed by the freshness of the food, the cleanness of the space and the friendliness of the staff. So...today a friend suggested we try the Five Guys in Seabrook. What a HUGH disappointment! The complete opposite of the one in PA. We ordered two burgers - bacon for me and plain with cheese for my friend. My burger was ordered with lettuce, grilled onion, mustard and pickles. We also ordered a large fry to share. My burger came with lettuce, tomato, mayo and very well-done bacon. No onions, no mustard, no pickles. It was the driest, most tasteless burger I've ever had! My friend ordered her burger with cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce and tomato. It came without onions or pickles and was similarly dry and tasteless. All the joy of eating salty cardboard. The fries were lukewarm at best, limp and/or dried out and over-salted. Someone there has a thing for adding way too much salt to everything. Meanwhile, the staff obviously dislikes working there. You can always tell...when staff are surly, unfriendly and rude you know they are unhappy. The staff person taking our order merely stood starring at us, without welcome or asking if we were ready to order. A bit odd and, to my mind, unfriendly. As I said, disappointing. Why is my experience different than the others? Forget the hype about this place. I was first here in the Summer of 2014, just shortly after this store first opened. It was a dump and filthy interior with food on the floor where they prepared the burgers. I wasn't impressed with the burgers either. On Wednesday this week, I played golf with a friend locally. He wanted to check Five Guys out even though I didn't recommend it. I thought maybe it'd be worth another try a year later and maybe the management got their act together to get this place in shape. To my surprise, things had not changed. The floor behind the counter, where they prepare your meal, has buns and cheese slices all over it. I saw droppings of ketchup on one area of the floor. I don't understand why they can't keep that area clean and sanitized. One girl was preparing a meal and coughing into her hand. Not my meal, but hope the person who received it didn't get sick. On the customer side, there were peanut shells, napkins, and trash all over the floor in different areas. The time of day we arrived was mid afternoon, around 3pm. There was no rush of people before us and we were the only two there with the exception of one other couple. My friend also agreed that Five Guys hype is overrated. Shortly after his eating, he quickly had to get into the bathroom. Maybe it was his meal that the girl sneezed into. We won't be back EVER and don't recommend to anyone this place unless you want to get sick. read more

All things are relative, I am giving this a 4 compared to its counterparts (Fuddruckers, Johnny Rockets, Wendy's, McDonalds etc.) It is tough to rate restaurants at times, because this place is clearly not a "true" 4 star restaurant. If you compared this place to Grill 23 in Boston, it would receive a 1/2 star.......but when you compare this place to other burger joints, 4 stars is appropriate. This place is messy, this place is greasy, this place is loud.....this place offers free peanuts. The burgers are awesome, and you can really taste the freshness of the produce they dress them with. No wilted iceberg and mushy tomatoes here. In addition, they offer many free toppings. The fries are not "burnt" because they are a darker tint. That is actually what happens when you put a REAL potato in QUALITY oil and cook it through. French fries here are the real deal, not those fried sticks of golden hollowness. Looks like some people complain about the prices, well....its not as bad as you think. At Wendy's, a double runs you $5 dollars. At five guys, it runs you $6....and there is a huge difference in quality. The price of a small fry at five guys is about $2.5. The price of a LARGE at Wendy's is $2.25. The five guys small is twice the size of a Wendy's large, so the value is there. If you can honestly finish a cheeseburger and small fry by yourself at five guys, you need to take a look in the mirror. Oh, you want to complain about some of the dirty conditions in the kitchen? At least you can see the kitchen. Who knows what goes on in the kitchens of Burger King or Friendly's or any other restaurants with extremely poor hygiene records. The burgers are good. Greasy but good. Pricey. Not sure if it's worth the extra money but they are good.

Have been to other Five Guys locations before and this one did not disappoint! Friendly and quick service (even though it was very busy). Clean inside. Food was DELICIOUS. Prices are pretty fair... especially for the size of burgers and portions of fries. If you are looking for a quick, reasonably priced meal... but don't want "Fast food"... this is your place! This burgers are way better than McDonalds, Wendy's, or other fast food joints! They also have barrels of peanuts to munch on while you wait! read more

Big Juicy tasty Burgers, colossal Hot Dogs, fresh cut fries.....to die for....actually you could die....they use HEALTHY Peanut Oil. BUT WHAT A WAY TO GO. Clean and happy service. Every menu item is cook to order with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, sauteed onions and onion....all free to make it a unique experience. Its one of the best burger, dog and fry place in the US. BK' Double Whopper is over 2.55 So spend the extra 2.....its so so worth it. Sorry Red Neck Loggers.....no drive thru. I have been to other Five Guy's locations and had a good experience. This location was dirty for a new location. The soda fountain smelled like an old recycling center, like rancid and fermented soda. The burger tasted ok, but i still ended up with stomach cramps for the rest of the night and the next day. I will go back to Five Guy's, just not this location. read more

This place never disappoints, unless you a picky eater. Super unhealthy food, what more can you ask for... however it can get a bit pricey if you decide to bring the entire family $$$$. So stick with McD's or Wendy's if you don't want to spend $50 on hamburgers for the family. Besides the price, the staff are super friendly and nice, the place is usually clean. They offer roasted peanuts (in shell) so you might see some on the floor. read more

The staff is the friendliest. They are very well organized regardless of who's working (I come here often and am a people watcher). Stopped here for a quick bite ....the guy at the cash register was very nice, the cook with the ear plugs was nice and there was one other employee who was nice. How can a place that sells burgers and fries all day long have French fries that smell and taste like freezer burn? Gross. Maybe someone knowledgeable should rotate their food stock.
