I came by after work to get something to keep me awake during my drive. The wait time was fine, but I was told they dropped my food inside and that it would be another 4 minutes. It took much longer than 4 minutes for them to bring my order to me, and when they did, it was completely wrong. Stopped here on a road trip - the way you do - and at inside rather than going through the drive thru to have a break from the car. The young woman who took my order was very clear, thorough, checked to see if my sister said if her order was for here or to go and made sure I knew the pretzel roll was one dollar extra. Great service. The Wendy's was a typical Wendy's. It was pretty clean. The soda machine had all the additional flavors in stock and our food came up quick! These guys miss the fundamentals of fast food .... let me start off by saying I love Wendy's. .. best salads in the business and I have never ever had a problem at a fast food place..... however the last 3 times I was their they messed up on my order... first time I ordered avacodo chicken ad jalapeño. ... I end up with a baconator. ... fine no problem.... but it happens again .... now today I ordered jalapeño fries. ... which I now have yet to recieve.... they did take my name down but that isn't the point is it .... "get it right the first time.... I will continue to go here but from now on I'm going to open every sandwich..... check every bag .... to bad the owner isn't willing to pay for component staff.... he is actually spending more in food loss..... he is probably incompetent himself.... who knows. read more

in terms of picking up doordash to go orders this place takes their sweeeeet time. waited so long. also it's because they only do the drive thru and they closed the dining room. it would make sense to atleast let doordashers go inside to grab the hot food while it's ready instead of needing to wait for everybody to order in line in the drive thru. read more

Thought I'd try Wendy's breakfast sandwich and it was a big mistake! They used the wrong bun so I had to go back, there they gave me an old crusty croissant the egg and sausage was smaller than Burger King also so back to Burger King for me. read more

I have been here many, MANY times with my 93 year old mother over the past year and a half. This was one of two places I could get her to eat SOMETHING. Never, ever had a problem with any order or any of the food (I usually get the Apple Pecan Salad). We run into Rachel a lot and she is always so patient and kind with my mother. She is very friendly, without being over-friendly, if you know what I mean. Service is quick, as you would expect from a fast-food place. Took off one star...but it's not just Seabrook's problem. In the summer the AC is so high, your food freezes before you can eat it! read more

I've been lucky enough to travel extensively across North America. Along the way, when in a hurry, I've stopped at many Wendys. Somehow the one in Seabrook always seems to miss the mark -- often in a major way. I know no one expects fine dining at a fast food joint, but I do expect...well, cleanness, friendly and efficient service and my food done right. This particular Wendy's is always a mess, often extremely dirty. Service is often with a snarl and rarely fast or even semi-quick. As for the food...I've eaten here about five times and have yet to have a warm sandwich, fries or anything else that should be warm if not hot. Today I ordered a simple burger and fries. It was around noon, so I figured the chances of having hot food were good. I was wrong! Cold burger and cold fries - again. I would have gone inside and asked for a remake, but I have learned this brings out the major snark in the staff and I didn't have the energy to deal with that. I've learned my lesson...eat elsewhere, even when in a hurry. read more

This is a serious review Bois, I asked for a Dave's double PLAIN and it had cheese on it, so I went back up to get it corrected and they give me a Dave's single plain, they also don't take the original back.
