The food was cold and sloppy, the last two times I was there they forgot food in my order and I had to go back, the two men who seem to be at the windows are almost non-verbal and one of them is not clean! This Is Not About The Food Nor The Staff. I Just Wanted To Share What Happened To Me Last Week. I Ordered 2 Things Online. I Went To Open Both Doors. Both Were Locked And The Inside Was Dark. After I Called Them (Which I Hate Calling Btw) They Told Me That The Dining Room Was Closed And That I Had To Use The Drive Thru. That Is Fine And Dandy To Most People. But There's One Big Problem....... I CANT DRIVE! I Walked There And Back Home. So I Did What I Had To Do. I Walked Through The Drive Through Line. Making A Complete Embarrassing Ass Outta Myself. It Took At Least 30 Minutes Because I Was Being Courteous By Letting All The Cars Go Through First. And Also Not To Be Suspicious And Make Even More Of A Fool Outta Myself. Anyways I Eventually Got My Stuff. It Was Good. Workers Were Nice. No Complaints There. They Have A Hiring Sign So I Understand Why. At Least Make A Different Order And Pick Up Window To Avoid Confusion. Or Notify Customers Online. Stopped by a few days ago with a friend. The food was very good and order was hot and fresh. I got just the single burger and fries. Store was busy on a Friday night, I understand that people need to be trained in this field on how to run a cash register but not on a Friday night. Place was understaffed and one woman running the cash register. Customers were coming and going not placing their orders and can't stand waiting around. Side note: there are flies everywhere. Food, when received, is about on-par for Wendy's. The problem with this location is that they do not operate for their advertised hours. I'm not trying to order seconds before closing, but this place just stops taking orders at the drive through hours before their advertised closing time. No explanation, no sign - just no service at all. One night I waited ten minutes at the ordering speaker and nobody ever took my order. All lights were on, it was hours before closing. There was staff in the building, but nobody took the order. I normally wouldn't have waited but my wife wanted Wendy's. She got McDonald's instead because I got tired of waiting. Months later, I tried again. Around 6:30pm. There was a car waiting to order at the speaker. I pulled behind them, waited a few minutes. Then just went around and left. I drove into a parking lot to make a u-turn, sat at a red light and doubled back to go home. That same car was still waiting at the speaker. I doubt they were ever served. They may still be sitting there. Parking lot seems clean, but you're not going to get many bags or wrappers scattered around if you don't serve any food. read more

Customer service is null here. Asked which burger was which: "We never label our burgers." Our nuggets weren't ready so we were asked to pull off to the side. They messed up both burgers so I walked up to the empty drive through window - no apology and he took my order once again. He then asked me if there was another burger in the bag that was the right one. Umm no. What? I was also scolded because they don't serve walk ups. "Next time come inside because we don't serve walk ups in this lane." My response: I was in a car. I'm sorry that the entire order was wrong and it was easier for me to just walk over.... Ok, obviously it's Wendy's.... BUT, &, there is more than one! It's fast food that as a consumer I should be able to eat. First of all, there was a short line @ the drive up that just wasn't moving. When it finally became my turn to order - obviously you aren't able to see the person on the other end. But it felt like my giving an order was an absolute chore for the gentleman who took it. I thought... Wow, I just should cancel it and drive off. But I was there trying to get take out for a neighbor. I pulled up & not knowing if it was the same person, gave h my credit card to process the transaction... He literally grabbed it out of my hand & then it was like he was going to toss it back into my car! I was starting to fume but pulled ahead to pick up the food and just go. The other worker tossed the food at me in the car & shut the window.... Ok, is it me? Or is it just a really bad day here? I drove just short of 2 blocks to deliver the food. By then the obviously old fries were shrivelled into cold - what? The chicken sandwich I did not eat. But my friend said was about the same & turned to mush.... she couldn't eat it. In the trash it went. I felt terrible ... You wouldn't mind but this food we couldn't eat was literally tossed at me and at he same time expensive.... Kiss that $11.00 goodbye. What a waste ... I was the only car in line and waited several minutes for my food. I was fine with that. it was around 8pm last night so they were probably making it fresh. then there was another car behind me so I pulled up to check my order and my 4yo's juice box was missing. I drove back around and sat at the speaker for several minutes. finally I just said "I'm just waiting on a juice box" they said "pull up" so I did. I was waiting behind that same car for about 20 minutes. my car was at the first window where I saw 3 people mosie up to it and walk away. I saw 5 or 6 employees inside moving as slow as sloths. I finally pulled into a spot and went inside. took my 4yo out of the car which I really didn't want to do because she was literally just diagnosed with the flu at the convenient MD next door and she was hungry and thirsty. I went to Wendy's for convenience since I had to take her to the dr right after work and promised her french fries for being so good. at the counter the lady (same one who gave me my order at the window 30+ minutes before) stared at me. I said to was just waiting for her juice box and really didn't want to drag her inside for it. she said "well I'm glad you did". these people are rude and have zero sense of urgency and probably make $20/hr to chain smoke outside and come to work stoned. management needs to take a look at their staff. I worked fast food for several years so it takes me a lot to lose my patience with these people but holy hell are they lazy af. read more

Happened by here the other day and got two Dave's double cheese burgers... I thought it was outrageous that two double cheeseburgers would cost almost $13! Yeah, this place sucks, the food is typical Wendy's, its the staff that sucks. They have like 2 or 3 good people there, the rest, well, let's just say they range from the incompetent to downright rude, and everywhere in between. When you go to the drive-thru, they have a a sign that is around the speaker that offers a free item if its not suggested, well, I went thru the drive-thru, and the guy does the opening line, so I order my food, and then order a free chicken nugget (the current free item), and the guy rudely says its only free if he doesn't mention it by the end of the order, then proceeds to be argue with me as I try to say the sign doesn't say that. I decide to leave at that point AND STILL continues to rudely argue with me about it, then says, "fine, goodbye." If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The place has gone downhill staff-wise since the ownership changed in 2012, not that it was spectacular before, but I wish the owners would sack about 80% of the staff and just start over, maybe then they wouldn't be so rude. Unfortunately though, the next Wendy's is about 10 miles away in Seabrook, so if I want Wendy's, I'll have to take a drive. If you want Wendy's, go to Seabrook or another one. Otherwise, there is a McDonald's, D'Angelos, Panera and 2 Dunks within 1/4 mile if you don't want to drive. read more

I go to that Wendy's every Sat. for a salad. I was totally surprised today by the unbelievable skills of Erica (Oliver) who is not the manager. She is the BEST fast food person I ever met. I asked if she was the new manager and she is not. She totally took pride in her job. Every time no one was in line, she went to every table (Like a professional manager) and asked if everything was ok and dialogued with a little girl. She is a great worker. I don't care what you do for a living--just take pride in your job and be the best you can. This worker deserves a big increase, though s/he told me that he's not aspiring to be the manager. I also love the Southwest avocado so much, that's why I go after my Sat. workout. read more

I seriously don't know how they do it. You can ask for ketchup packets at the voice box and again at the window and you still won't get any. Same concept with all sauces. I just don't get it. How can you try and argue that fast food workers deserve more money when they can't even get an order right. Excellent! We came here with our twin daughters (16 months) because it was an "emergency" stop. My daughter was freaking out in the car and we need to pull over. Actually one if the worst Wendy's I have ever been to ever. The staff ranges from braindead to old guys with ashy elbows who yell at you for stopping at the first window. I have never once had my order right. Every time I've gone and asked for no cheese, I open the bag and everything i ordered has cheese on it. I ordered a Baconator with extra toppings once and got two double cheese burgers with nothing on them. Never got a receipt and when I brought the two burgers in to exchange for what I actually ordered, they told me they couldnt do it if I didn't have a receipt. Horrible service. Stopped in on the way back from Hampton beach.... The guy taking the money was eating food, chewing so much he could barely speak. The lady giving the food was very rude, no greeting, just opened the window handed he bag, slammed it shut and disappeared. I have to knock on the window to ask for some straws. We actually passed a McDonalds to get to this Wendy's... I haven't had service this bad in years!!! I recommend this place to all my friends just so they can see how bad it is. I used to go here all the time. However, I went here at night one time with my boyfriend and the fries were soggy and didn't even look like Wendy's fries, same thing with the nuggets. We didn't even finish the food, thankfully we had our frostys lol. I haven't gone here since the summer time. The one in Seabrook on Lafayette Rd next to Staples is a thousand times better and is the only location I have been going to since that mishap in the summer. Horrible customer service..guy at the window was downright rude, and the way he treated me was not the way you should ever treat a customer. He gave me trouble for trying to use a coupon I recently received from Wendy's in Salem, NH. (a much better location) He was judgement as well; he asked if I was old enough to drive..seriously dude? Gave these folks another shot, mainly because my girlfriend wanted chicken nuggets and a baked potato. This was on Dec. 20, 2015. Stopped by at around 1:30 p.m., and the dining room was CLOSED!!!! What? It's the weekend before Christmas. This Wendy's is located between two shopping centers. And it's a beautiful Sunday afternoon. And it's CLOSED!! Stopped in at 9:50pm for a quick, one item snack while on the road. Unkempt, unpleasant counter guy greeted me by saying the dining room is closing in 5 minutes. I ordered a baked potato and told him I would be quick . He put it in a to go bag instead. I told him I wanted it for here, he told me "the dining room is closing in one minute". I bumped into the manager on my way out, told her what happened; she was nice enough to invite me back in but I didn't want to look at the rude slob who waited on me.
