My husband and I went there on his lunch break stood at the counter for 10 plus minutes they all looked at us never said we will be with you or anything just completely ignored us there were 4/5 people working place wasn't busy the drive thru backed up and we actually even heard the kid working drive thru say while laughing did that car just drive away. Well of course they did service is terrible This was the longest we have ever stood there and waited we go quit a bit. We ended up walking out. I give the service Zero Stars!! The 1.9 stars is completely warranted. I have never had slower service at a "fast food" restaurant in my entire life. While the workers are nice, I walked in at 10:08 and it is currently 10:49 and apparently they are still "working on my food". Then what the FUCK have you been doing for the past 45 minutes. I ordered an 8-piece bucket, legs and thighs, original recipe. The usual order is 4 of each. We ate all but 3 pieces for lunch. I thought we had 1 leg and two thighs left, but when I went to heat it up for dinner, I found they had substituted 2 breasts for the thighs. I never order their breasts because they're always dry. They seem to always overcook their chicken. The coating is always dark brown and tends toward being crisp. If I wanted crispy, I would have ordered it that way. Just not the way it's supposed to be. Do not come to this KFC/Taco Bell if you are in a hurry. With only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru, it took about 15-20 minutes to get my food. And this happens every single time I am at this location. Ordered 4 famous bowls for my family and they put all 4 in one paper bag. The bag was already ripping when the drive thru worker gave it to me, and told me to hold the bag on the bottom. There was no other way to hold the bag, anyway, because it was packed so full of food. Didn't bother reading the reviews. I really trust Yelp in aggregate...if the reviews say it stinks, then it probably does. Having said that, we were staying down the road and don't have a KFC near our apartment and some Fried Chicken and Mashed was overdue! We went to pick up our order in the dinning room and had a very good experience with the people that worked there. Very happy and the food was what I expect from KFC. I did joke that this place should just sell fried Chicken and Mashed Potatoes and get rid of the fries... lolz. Anyway, keep up the good work!!! read more

Worst, rude service, order can take 20-40 minutes, bathrooms really dirty, staff often yells at customers, manager has been rude. If you're thinking of delivery from Taco Bell or KFC, don't bother. They won't make the food until the delivery guy gets there, so most drivers skip those orders. Many customers complain about having to wait 1-2 hours for food delivery from here. Dishes and floor are never fully cleaned, and rotting odor can be discerned coming from the back. Drive thru is slippery with oil, rocks are never picked up, and this place has been reported multiple times to the health department. read more

Arrived when they were unloading a truck. Clearly they had entire staff facilitating the delivery. Inside closed. Took 45 min to get food. Ordered family 8-piece. I usually don't post reviews for restaurants but trying to get food here today was something else... we were waiting in line for about 25 minutes with no movement in the line. We ended up leaving and went around the line. We stopped at the car that was in front of the speaker for ordering, and ask asked what was going on. He said he was waiting there for 30 min and asked the employee how long it was going to be. The employee said verbatim "we only have 3 employees right now, and if you do not like the service you are getting here there is a Mc Donald's up the street, and if you go there they will have food." There was apparently a problem with their product and they had no idea how long it was going to take...and the store was closing in 20 minutes. The person that was at the speaker said "son of a gun" in frustration and then the employee said "we are declining your service and to have a great day". I waited 9 years for the Double Down to come back. Once I found out, I even waited the usual 30 minutes to get my "fast food". After getting it, I found out that they put pickles on my sandwich. The sandwich I ordered doesn't come with pickles. I didn't ask for pickles. Somehow, I got pickles. If I wanted extra pickles on my sandwich, I would have ordered pickles. I'm just baffled by the entire experience. Usually, when a fast food place messes up your order, it's because you ordered something special. This was a regular order. Placed an order online for a Classic Chicken combo and 8-piece chicken tenders. My daughter picked up the order and they didn't give her the drink, The box for the tenders had 4 tenders and french fries in it. The fries for the combo and what was in the box were cold, soggy, and saturated with salt. I attempted to call the restaurant and got no answer. So I called the 1 800 CALL KFC. This was even more frustrating. After almost a full hour (52:19 was when someone picked up) on hold, they offered to refund exactly half of my order. I was assured that they would pass this information on to the "Leadership Team" at the restaurant. I worked in restaurants for well over 20 years. So I am sure that the managers here are aware of the issues having read so many comments. For me this the 3rd strike for this location. I would suggest steering clear of this restaurant. The service at this location is very laid back. It took several minutes before anyone greeted us, the individual came from somewhere out back. There appeared to be 5 employees on service this night. Once our order was taken it took very little time to get our food, however some corrections needed to be made. 2 pieces of our three meals were missing. Once the situation was brought to the attention of the clerk, they were more than happy to rectify the problem. Went to Kentucky fried chicken last night in Seabrook. Ordered online and was given a time of 10 minutes that the order would be ready. Upon arrival drive-through lane was backed up to route one no system whatsoever for people they have ordered online. We sat for 45 minutes to get through the drive-through lane to get our food that was supposed ready at 7:40 and we didn't get it till 830 the food was cold when I asked for For information on contacting customer service I was told by the employee but it was not available. Rude obnoxious service and poor planning. The excuse that I was given was that they have a new special and have been busy all day. I understand that were the circumstances going on currently that their delivery of food has changed but this is unacceptable and very poor poor service I'm planning. read more
