Slightly above average. -- Egg Roll (on a lunch combo): Thought I'd try it again to see if they changed the recipe. Alas, still all-white with mostly cabbage and little crumbles of gray pork. The outer shell wasn't as dazzling as the first time. Below average. -- BBQ Ribs: Served very hot, very thoroughly glazed to cover even the cross sections, with very light char, and fairly fresh. Decent enough flavor and solid execution overall, good enough for above average but no threat for elite. -- Pork Fried Rice: Tried on different visits as both as a full order and on a combo, this had VERY fresh pork nuggetry and all the right additions (egg, onion, bean sprouts, scallion). Freshness and moistness of the grains were both superb. Flavor didn't hit as much as I seek, but the other high marks mitigated that. A little above average.   -- Egg Foo Yong: Large thick mounds and a dark, thin sauce. Decent flavor. Slightly above average. -- General Tso's Chicken (on a lunch combo): Very generous portion, surprisingly long lasting crunch, and more surprising heat to go along with the sweet. Great meat-to-batter ratio; not-so-great moistness, but good enough. Overall, well above average and the most flavor-packed dish I've had there. Near-elite. Family's has a strong fandom and also a strong contingent that boycott the place, mostly because of that egg roll, but sheesh: there are other appetizers to have. I still think they're a bit overrated by their fans and overmaligned by their haters, but unquestionably above average, easily earning a 4 to separate them from the pack. I do like the vibe there a lot. They are a spotless, friendly, well-oiled machine, and that counts for something.

Don't plan on eating here or the parking lot unless you're into gas fumes. With that said, the place has a very good roast beef sandwich. 3 sizes to choose from and lots of options for customization. It is not cheap but it's also better than other places offering similar sandwiches that I've been to. My large order of curly fries were hot, not overly seasoned and plentiful!! I placed my order online and waited outside for it to be ready. The person was very polite and busy loading up the few orders for the delivery guy -- think stacks of boxes!! Skip DDash and get it delivered directly by them to save $. They are definitely developing a base as they are starting to advertise in the area. My only suggestion would be that the employees should not park in the 1 handicap spot in the lot. I understand they want to be in and out quickly but it is important that folks who need it can actually use it, especially if you are picking up hot food. I had another person with me who offered to go in and get it so I didn't have a problem tonight. But it might be in the future. I'll update as I try other menu items.

After having had the privilege of having been the first to review this Jersey Mikes, and leaving a…read morefive star review, it's definitely with mixed emotions that I leave this. The subs are just as delicious as the day it opened; that hasn't changed. What's been a consistent problem is their ability to get everything you order and get it correct. Getting two Pepsi's, when your ordered three, getting four sandwiches when you ordered five. Getting a Diet Pepsi when you ordered a regular, getting attitude or indifference from the kid working behind the counter when you point out his mistake are unfortunately the rule and not the exception, especially on larger orders. I had brought my complaints up with the owner a while back. He's a good guy and has always been very receptive, but when it keeps happening in spite of that, at what point do you say enough is enough and come on here. I'll still continue to go here, but probably only for smaller orders; I'd rather avoid having to take my order out and spot check a larger order. I wish this Jersey Mikes and the owner the best, but you've got to do something about this problem.

I decided to buy a large sub because a blizzard was on its way and this would feed me a couple of meals. I was not happy with the end product presentation and quality as the sub appeared to be slapped together even though the store wasn't busy. The gentleman who greeted me when I walked in was very pleasant, my order was ready on time and in a bag for me to pick up. When I arrived home I removed the sub from my bag and was surprised at how it looked. 1. The paper wasn't wrapped tightly. It looked as if it had been opened and unwrapped previously....numerous times. I have watched many reels where the subs are wrapped nice and tight and the outer bag is also tight. I wonder why my order looked like a ten year old put it together. 3. I requested the sub be cut in fours and that wasn't done. 4. Yes, the sub was delicious however, had very few peppers and onions. They were sparse. I watch reels and know the meat is pre-portioned however, seems staff adds the condiments and clearly the staff missed the fact this was a large sub. 5. I used rewards to purchase this sub and wonder if this is why the sub was of low quality. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase
