I need to use the restroom plus an excuse to get a frappe. The ladies room was disgusting, I might as well used the pot-a-potty my coworker stopped at 2 miles prior at the rest area. The worst 24 hour McDonald's around! All inside/outside lights are shut off every time I drive by before 11pm , workers are slow at taking a simple one meal order constantly repeating what is said wrong/giving the wrong drinks which are always flat ! This is the Second weekend ive been here and told no fries left and no card sales. Sunday September 12th at 1:25am was told to wait , mind you not one person in line . 5 minutes later laughing on the microphone from employees while trying to order one thing . All lights were off including the big sign in parking lot . Then told at window cash only . Workers never seem to be bothered to say hi or anything during the transaction, only location this happens at to everyone I know. read more

Melissa, who works the drive thru register most Saturday mornings, is the only one there who knows how to handle a mobile order when the pickup person is different from the one who ordered. When she wasn't there last Saturday, no one at this location knew how to access the order and wouldn't give it to me. A manager type came outside after they had me wait a long time for an order they lost and told me they can't retrieve an order if you have the order confirmation number, even though Melissa does it every week. This location is notoriously slow. Be prepared to park in one of the reserved spots after going through drive thru to wait even longer for your order. read more

Definitely don't recommend this McDonald's. Let's start with the vanilla cone was melting when served and they were smiling. Seriously nothing to smile about when cone is melting. Cones shouldn't be made until the customer is physically sitting outside the drive thru pick-up. Fries were fresh but extremely salty. To top it all off I was giving the incorrect drink. Asked for coke and this shitty drink is definitely not coke. I normally stop at this McDonald's due to being so close to 495 but I've had it with them screwing up my order and especially the vanilla cone. Vanilla cone melting was the first thing served, which speaks volumes in regards to their customer service. Awful customer service. So done with them. read more

This McDonald's was filthy and had the worse service ever. I visited this location on 08/13/16 at approximately 8 PM. Definitely not up to the standards of most McDonald's locations. This may be due to the employees all being teenagers except for the two older women that appeared to be managers but were too busy chatting up a friend about her recent booze cruise to pay attention to the mess in which they were working. We ordered our food and received it quick enough. The condiment station had a sign that said "Sorry out of ketchup ask at the counter". So I went to the counter to ask for ketchup and was told they were totally out! WTF? How does a fast food restaurant run out of ketchup? I was about to ask for a refund, since my fries must swim in the red stuff when I eat them, but one of the other employees told the cashier helping me that they could give it to me as a side from the prep station. She asked the cook for a side of ketchup then proceeded to abandon the counter totally. I stood there for more than 10 minutes with workers totally ignoring me and other guests. I finally got the attention of a nice young man that had been walking around in circles in the dining room and he got me the ketchup in about 25 seconds and also replaced my now cold fries. It was difficult to find a place to sit because all the tables were either dirty or had a sheen of smeared grease on them. It was apparent that this location had a recent remodel as it looked nicely decorated and modern but there was trash everywhere, on the tables and the floor (see photo). This McDonald's is a victim of extremely poor management. I suggest the manager(s) go to remedial burger college to learn proper ordering of standard stock items, how to clean using soap instead of grease and how to ensure paying customers are attended to in a timely fashion. They also should be discouraged from having their trashy, boisterous friends coming in to chat. I am so glad I stopped here only while driving through Massachusetts. I would not want this to be my neighborhood location. read more

Swung by this location multiple time for some egg and cheese biscuits and lattes. The line always moves quickly and the food was really good. But the price for the exact same thing changed every time I ordered there. It's really annoying ordering the same thing and it being a different price. Also they forgot to put the French flavoring 2 of the 3 times I got a latte there. Would be willing to give this location a try again in the future. read more

Train wreck of a location. The fries are typically undercooked during peak hours so that they can keep the cars moving. The fries also are loaded with such a high amount of salt it makes them unbearable at times. Food items need to be checked before you pull away from the drive thru window because there is a very good chance that something will not be correct or it will be missing all together. Tonight I ordered a Large Mocha Frappe and the cup was 3/4 full. When I asked the guy what happened to the drink he went back and added more whipped cream. That was not the issue but so be it. The employees are one of two ways at this location. Either overly happy as in party mode or extremely pissed off and showing it towards the customer. read more

If I could do zero star I would. I am so aggravated right now. I went to drive thru and ask for a crispy chicken sandwich only mac sauce, cheese and bacon. I ask the kid at the window if he put the order correctly. He said yes. At pick up window i ask again to the girl. She barely speaks English, which is not a problem for me because I repeat the question in Spanish and she also said yes. If you're passing by on a busy holiday weekend, you may want to find a different fast food stop. The whole place seemed geared toward taking orders, but not necessarily filling them. For instance, the parking lot is large, but the restaurant small. Also, when we visited there were two employees working registers at the counter. They were not filling orders, only taking them. The result was a crowd of people standing around waiting for their food (and waiting longer than if orders were filled one at a time). The capping touch was the dirty bathrooms. It might be fine when it's not so busy, but you may want to avoid it when it is. read more

Not a fan of this place. I walked into the restaurant because the drive-thur line was really long and ended up waiting even longer inside than I would have had I gone through the drive-thru. What's worse is that I ordered a sweet tea and a medium fries....I was keeping track of time and noted, does it really take 20 minutes just for those two items? Obviously no but I stood there in the lobby waiting and they seemed to have forgotten about me quickly focusing only on the drive-thru. Tried this McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised. My girlfriend and myself were outEaster Am needing a breakfast and nothing was open. We tried several local joints listed here on Yelp and all were closed. We were about to give up and just get coffee at Cumbies,but decided to try this McDonald's location. The joint was reasonably clean. The service was reasonable and friendly enough for McDonald's. Of course the price was good. And I am always impressed with McDonald's coffee. We split the big breakfast. I skipped the pancakes to stay low on carbs, but my girlfriend found them yummy. Not the most healthy food, BUT - Overall 4 Stars for Corp franchise fast food joint. My last burger was burnt, even the outer bun but was burnt on the top of the bun. The patties were burnt and had some nasty flavor to it. Rock bottom McDonalds. Drive thru speakers were broken, both of them. Line took 30 minutes. When we got up to the window, they were out of certain foods and the ice cream machines were broken. They did not put signs out to let us know before we got in line, otherwise we wouldn't have waited half an hour in a line for nothing, obviously. Stopped here on the way back from up north to grab a bite and use the facilities. My husband and I were horrified by the conditions of the bathrooms. Our 6yr old had to use the bathroom badly so we took him there first before ordering. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom and let's just say seats were definitely not wiped down. The toilets were absolutely filthy and looked as though they had not been cleaned in days. It looked and smelled disgusting. My husband had to line the seat with several layers of toilet paper for it so be safe enough for our son to sit. So needless to say we did not order from this McDonald's after that. Who knows what goes on in the kitchen. The McDonald's we have here at home is always clean so this was a huge disappointment. read more

the service at this location is by far the worst i have ever seen, they continually mess up my orders. every friday night is mcdonalds night. i spend on average 40-50 for my family to eat. tonight they forgot my sons nuggets. i realized this when i got home and had to go back, when i complained about how this keeps happening the manager gave the nuggets to an associate and sent him over, nobody in this location cares about customer service. when i asked why the associate if anyone cares about this issue he said no..... said state of affairs avoid this place at all costs read more

I hate to pile on, but everyone here is right. There is always some sort of problem at this location. My favorite of many lateley was pulling up to the drive thru and hearin"welcome to McDonalds, we have no soda and it's cash only". Drove right out. The time before i sat at the speaker while 3 people Got served ahead of me at the other speaker first. Time before that.... Surprise, no soda. At one point a few years back i woild get a large ice coffee EVERY day for weeks, only to get to the window to be greeted with a hot coffee. It became a sort of sick joke.
