On this particular visit, I just wanted a Fish Sandwich. I went through the drive thru. It took them a little while to take my order. There were not that many people in front of me. They were just slow. The service varies from visit to visit. Sometimes they are really on point; other times they are not. The sandwich was good. I really did not have any complaints. read more

My experience was bad, there was an employee working there with his shirt off, we waited 6 minutes to be greeted and get our order taken and we were the first people at the register, it also took 10 minutes just to get 2 hot fudge sundaes, when we got our order and they didn't even say your welcome or anything of that kind. My fiancé got us the Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain. Supposed to have Gouda cheese but they just used regular American cheese. Also supposed to be a 1/4 lb. but they used 2 small patties instead. My fiancé called to inform them of this and the man listened to him and then hung up on him. He tried to call back but they would just answer the phone and hang right up. Just because it's McDonald's should not mean you can treat a customer this way. The food was as expected, but I did have to remind them about everything in my order. One employee handed me my drinks and closed the window, then saw me still waiting at the window and asked if I was waiting on anything else - my entire meal. I had ordered specially made drinks and the employee making them wasn't properly wearing his mask (nose wasn't covered) so it made me VERY uncomfortable. So we parked and went inside because there is no one inside, but now I have waited an additional 20 minutes for literally a couple items of the dollar menu. Terrible service by the staff here. I purchased a large beverage on a hot summer day and they refused to make some new tea despite the fact that the sign indicated the tea had expired in the morning. I have not received the correct order from this place in months. Yesterday I went through the drive thru for breakfast and I was asked to pull up because it was taking too long for an egg mcmuffin and sausage biscuit and hash browns. The inside service is terrible... no one on the register so you have to use the kiosk.. no receipt tape in the kiosk so you have to guess your order number and then stand there for 15 minutes for no one to get food.. then the manager comes to tell you the coffee machine is broken. They say they are 24 hours so I drove 15 minutes to get there at 12am and they told me they were closed.

I've been to this location three times and they have yet to get my order right. Everytime I go, its busy with children running everywhere, so its not the cleanest. Customer service and training on the register would help, but one of the shift managers I dealt with was pretty good. read more

This mcdonald's is a JOKE. The staff is extremely rude, and don't even try to tell the manager because he won't help. He's more rude than the employees. I try to smile at him and be polite but he just won't reciprocate. They will get your order wrong and then get pissed when you try and ask them to fix it. The drive through folks are nice enough, but 20% of the time the kitchen staff botches my order. And there is a female shift manager the yells really loud and discombobulates the staff. No customer service- they can not handle the dinner crowd. you have long lines for the drive-thru and inside they are no cashiers sometimes since they are all running around, but very slow- they also decline to take orders until they catch up- what? you are fast food! this is unacceptable! Great experience ordered my oatmeal sandwich and orange juice had to shut off my truck because it's diesel in the drive-through so they could hear me then it would not start got assistance to move company truck by pushing.then Miss Williams the manager brought me my breakfast on the house . Later went into speak with the employees to make sure my truck was safe in the parking lot and they were all very pleasant and very nice as was Miss Williams thank you guys !! read more

I literally have NEVER had a good experience with this place! I've gone for breakfast or lunch on several occasions because its so convenient to where I work and I try to give folks the benefit of doubt...maybe they're having a bad day, maybe the machines are broken, maybe there's some training going on etc. However, today will be my last visit! Customer Service: Rude attitudes, unfriendly just unpleasant in general and did I mention Rude? Kitchen: Not sure what they are doing back there...how do you screw up oatmeal? We took our 2 year old to play in the play place today just to have the evening out as a family. The tables and floor were filthy as well as the play area. We tried not to let it ruin the evening for her but she refused to play and said "messy" and "gross" for the first time.
