Revisited this place while coming back from our trip to Sacramento. It's nicely located off the highway so it is easy to get to this location. As soon as we entered, we saw a display and we ordered our food and drinks. We got fries and a summer refresh drink. As usual the fries were good and kids loved it. The drink was refreshing but a little bit sweet for my taste but good enough for a hot day. The restaurant inside was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. And the parking lot has ample spots to park a car. Overall, if I am in the area, I wouldn't mind to come back again to have fries and a drink. read more

Quick stop for a bite to eat. I find in general that most McDonalds locations are pretty good. This location is clean, and the person taking my order was friendly and helpful. The French fries were served hot and this one is always a pet peeve of mine so bonus points given here. We asked after placing the order to exchange a soda for a coffee instead, prior to receiving our order. It did not jappen happen I guess she forgot, and the line got busy so we did not get it exchanged. No big deal, really. I would come back here. Food was good, and hit the spot. Thank you! read more

DUDE. My friend and I got some food after a late night dance class cause we were feeling some McDonald's. Holy crap idk what was up with the employees but they all deserve raises or something. All so nice and funny even tho it was late and OUR FOOD.. I'm literally drooling fries were so delicious EXTRA SALTY & we had bag fries. it was so good and we got an m&m McFlurry that had the perfect ratio of m&ms and ice cream. Burger was solid too and they loaded us up with napkins 100/10 will be coming back again soon read more

I frequent this location on rare occasion to pick food up for my son or family members. It would be nice to have the maps and google site reflect the actual closing time as I drove to this location because it said it was still open. The one closer to my residence closes at 12am and is reflected online however I came to this location tonight before closing which online says 1am however they had already closed down and informed me that they close at 12am not 1am. The woman was apologetic however in 2026 there's no reason for a corporation like McDonald's to have the incorrect close time on google maps. Edit: even looking on Yelp it says they close at 1! So is the employee lying or is the website incorrect ... read more

Quick service. Nice employees! No issues with ordering, not super busy either. Very clean

Someone mad a mistake and added pickles to my McDouble. Came to the counter and a gentleman named Hector heard me out and apologized. He took the burger and before I had even made it back to my seat, he was right behind me with a fresh pickle-less burger. Hard to find good service now a days. But he proved me wrong, for now at least haha. read more

Best customer service ever!! I was actually surprised by how fast, and attentive they were. For a fast food restaurant they did great. Keep doing what you're doing. Thanks. It's been awhile since I've experienced that from fast food. read more

I really don't know how to spell the name of one of the managers or even all of them. But there's one inpaticular Oushka she's a great manager who takes care of the staff and they respect her. My husband and I have a great respect for her to. read more

The person at the drive thru told my boyfriend, "ohhh... you are so pretty." Love the people working here. Food is great too.

No more Mc dee for me's double cheeseburger no cheese no sauce two nasty burgers with a bun

Seriously, $20/hour for unskilled idiots who don't know what "no pickles" means? Because I'm an environmentally friendly guy I'll bring the pickles back for recycling, I've even mailed the pickles to corporate. Crickets. Then today I ordered two Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagels, got home only to find NO SAUSAGE INSIDE! Drove back and walked in. No employees up front. When they finally acknowledged me instead of an apology they confiscated my receipt (to destroy the evidence I'm thinking) and started to argue with me! Um, no I know what I ordered it was your idiots who got it wrong. Then while waiting for my replacement items they had the audacity to ask that I step aside! I pointed out that I was there first, they didn't care. Kinda like when they ask you to pull forward at the drive up so they can forget about you. Meanwhile employees in the back are making disparaging comments about me in Spanish. Well ha ha this gringo speaks Spanish and your parents would be ashamed at your bad manners. This is absolutely the WORST McDonald's I've ever visited in 12 states and 4 countries. At least in Germany you can get a beer with your order. read more

The staff is either new and training or has a hard time with the systems. I have been second in line for 12 minutes waiting on the clerk to complete and order. After it was ordered the machine had no paper to print a receipt. read more

Waited for a really long time in the drive thru today only to be told by the people at the window that they gave us our food when we said were still waiting for our order like get it together and don't insinuate we're liars when you don't even know what you're doing oh and keep your mask on for god sake there's a pandemic and you're sippin on that smoothie after telling us they gave us the order. When we arrived home after waiting over 30 min for the food and the manager assuring it was going to be taken care of she even took the recipt at the window and then found out we're missing our fries. This is seriously not ok I hope y'all get it together bc I'm calling corporate anyways 10/1/21 7:30 pm 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches 4 mcdoubles 1 large fry that's MISSING. We paid for something we never received. read more

McDonalds - Said they gave us our food and tried to get us out of the drive thru when we haven't gotten our order at all. Looks unsanitary to me. - Fast Food Near Me - Galt, California

I picked up my McDonald's today And part of my order was missing that I paid for. I realized it after I've got home and drove back to get it corrected the manager on duty Saturday, August 10 was rude unprofessional and provided no customer service whatsoever. She kept asking where the food was obviously I was back in the restaurant for the food that I paid for apparently I was supposed to bring in the rest of the food that was correct to show that I was missing one thing that is ridiculous before you leave the drive-through or walk in with a bag check and make sure everything's in there before you leave the restaurant their service is terrible! read more

The last two times I used the app for curbside service, I have had to go in and get my food, due to slow service. When they first started pushing using the app, their service was decent, but lately it has gone downhill. I guess the $20.00 minimum wage is affecting them. read more

Literal conversation I just had with the drive-thru lady. McDonald's: Here's your medium fry. Me: I ordered a large fry. Lady: You said a medium fry. (Not even the lady that took my order.) Me: No I said large. Lady: Here's your medium fry. I think I know what I ordered, especially when it's the same order every time for my kids. Always always check your bag and your receipt at this location. read more

I generally stop at this location for something to drink. It usually takes at least 15 mins, after I've placed my order. It doesn't matter if there are several cars in line or 3 or 3. It's always slow. Ordering inside is just as bad. In fact, there are times that I edit on line to be helped, no one else ahead of me. It would appear the employees are disorganized, maybe there is a significant amount of new staff, the restaurant is understaffed or there is poor management. Two thirds of the employees are friendly, provide good customer service while others don't say anything except the price of the order. read more

I really don't do fast food anymore but I was in a a hurry and decided a sausage and egg sandwich and hash brown sounded good so I shelled out 11.68 for a #2 breakfast with a small orange juice. A few minutes later I arrive at work, no hash brown, a lot egg shells( at least I hope it was) in my sandwich and the crappiest orange juice I've ever tasted. What a waste of time and money. Look I don't like to be negative but this location has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me &my son have been here several times in the morning. My son like to have what he refers to "A boys breakfast" prior to me dropping him off at daycare. But even when we order on the kiosk they take for ever. Today I made the mistake of ordering on the kiosk without the card reader. I literally stood at the registers & watched several ladies walk past me. Not only did they not acknowledge me they went out of there way to avoid eye contact. The one who put her phone down long enough to acknowledge quickly walked away saying she was on break.. because she couldn't understand that I had ordered & just needed to pay. In short save time go somewhere else or don't come inside. read more

Let me be clear the Manager of this dive is not to be trusted. She called a perso in for a job interview. She was then told "we have a lot of people now however I am going to give you a chance" . Sounds to me like she got a job!! Next day she got an email "sorry we hired another candidate" how underhanded is this. A person like this has no business as a manager and she reflects how bad the whole place is . Rot lady read more

The staff is very unprofessional. I asked for a refund and they were upset about doing it. They made me wait 15 min after the process of the refund to give me back my card read more

If I could, I would give this McDonald .5 a star. I am very upset. I had a "free" McCafé coupon on my McDonald's app and held it up for the cashier to scan in the drivethru. I showed it to her and she didn't scan it. She said, "I went ahead and put it in for you." I asked again, "You don't have to scan it?" And she said, "No, I put it in for you." So I paid and continued to drive to the next window. At the next window, I checked my receipt while they were were preparing my order. They had charged me for the coffee! I mentioned that to the manager and she said, "Sorry, you've already paid, we can't do anything about that." It was such horrible customer service. Combined with other experiences, I never want to return to this location! Also, if you ever want a hot fudge Sunday, don't go there because they never have hot fudge! Unless you make a fuss about it. read more

2 nd update When they asked you to move from the drive thru to the parking lot DO NOT DO IT.... They are trying to get you away from the CCTV camera that is being watched by corporate. Don't Do it ! No matter what they tell you... The WORST customer service ever and don't bother using app to order because you'll wait twice as long to get cold fries and watered down soda that has sat inside for sho knows how long.
