Revisited this place while coming back from our trip to Sacramento. It's nicely located off the highway so it is easy to get to this location. As soon as we entered, we saw a display and we ordered our food and drinks. We got fries and a summer refresh drink. As usual the fries were good and kids loved it. The drink was refreshing but a little bit sweet for my taste but good enough for a hot day. The restaurant inside was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. And the parking lot has ample spots to park a car. Overall, if I am in the area, I wouldn't mind to come back again to have fries and a drink. read more

DUDE. My friend and I got some food after a late night dance class cause we were feeling some McDonald's. Holy crap idk what was up with the employees but they all deserve raises or something. All so nice and funny even tho it was late and OUR FOOD.. I'm literally drooling fries were so delicious EXTRA SALTY & we had bag fries. it was so good and we got an m&m McFlurry that had the perfect ratio of m&ms and ice cream. Quick stop for a bite to eat. I find in general that most McDonalds locations are pretty good. This location is clean, and the person taking my order was friendly and helpful. The French fries were served hot and this one is always a pet peeve of mine so bonus points given here. We asked after placing the order to exchange a soda for a coffee instead, prior to receiving our order. I frequent this location on rare occasion to pick food up for my son or family members. It would be nice to have the maps and google site reflect the actual closing time as I drove to this location because it said it was still open. The one closer to my residence closes at 12am and is reflected online however I came to this location tonight before closing which online says 1am however they had already closed down and informed me that they close at 12am not 1am. The woman was apologetic however in 2026 there's no reason for a corporation like McDonald's to have the incorrect close time on google maps. Edit: even looking on Yelp it says they close at 1! Multiple times I have came here and asked for ketchup for my fries and refuse giving me any ketchup packets. Other than never putting ketchup in my bag the food has always been great just like all McDonald's. read more

Seriously, $20/hour for unskilled idiots who don't know what "no pickles" means? Because I'm an environmentally friendly guy I'll bring the pickles back for recycling, I've even mailed the pickles to corporate. Crickets. Then today I ordered two Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagels, got home only to find NO SAUSAGE INSIDE! Drove back and walked in. No employees up front. When they finally acknowledged me instead of an apology they confiscated my receipt (to destroy the evidence I'm thinking) and started to argue with me! Um, no I know what I ordered it was your idiots who got it wrong. Then while waiting for my replacement items they had the audacity to ask that I step aside! I pointed out that I was there first, they didn't care. Kinda like when they ask you to pull forward at the drive up so they can forget about you. Waited for a really long time in the drive thru today only to be told by the people at the window that they gave us our food when we said were still waiting for our order like get it together and don't insinuate we're liars when you don't even know what you're doing oh and keep your mask on for god sake there's a pandemic and you're sippin on that smoothie after telling us they gave us the order. When we arrived home after waiting over 30 min for the food and the manager assuring it was going to be taken care of she even took the recipt at the window and then found out we're missing our fries. I picked up my McDonald's today And part of my order was missing that I paid for. I realized it after I've got home and drove back to get it corrected the manager on duty Saturday, August 10 was rude unprofessional and provided no customer service whatsoever. She kept asking where the food was obviously I was back in the restaurant for the food that I paid for apparently I was supposed to bring in the rest of the food that was correct to show that I was missing one thing that is ridiculous before you leave the drive-through or walk in with a bag check and make sure everything's in there before you leave the restaurant their service is terrible! read more

I generally stop at this location for something to drink. It usually takes at least 15 mins, after I've placed my order. It doesn't matter if there are several cars in line or 3 or 3. It's always slow. Ordering inside is just as bad. In fact, there are times that I edit on line to be helped, no one else ahead of me. It would appear the employees are disorganized, maybe there is a significant amount of new staff, the restaurant is understaffed or there is poor management. Look I don't like to be negative but this location has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Me &my son have been here several times in the morning. My son like to have what he refers to "A boys breakfast" prior to me dropping him off at daycare. But even when we order on the kiosk they take for ever. Today I made the mistake of ordering on the kiosk without the card reader. I literally stood at the registers & watched several ladies walk past me. Not only did they not acknowledge me they went out of there way to avoid eye contact. If I could, I would give this McDonald .5 a star. I am very upset. I had a "free" McCafé coupon on my McDonald's app and held it up for the cashier to scan in the drivethru. I showed it to her and she didn't scan it. She said, "I went ahead and put it in for you." I asked again, "You don't have to scan it?" And she said, "No, I put it in for you."
