Every-time I order from here my orders are wrong and there are just some items I never get and always pay for the items I don't receive? I go maybe during midnight or later. Sometimes they don't get my order right and give me another thing that wasn't ordered? It's always the same guy or girl whoever's working window but it's mostly the guy who is on the bigger side. It was National Fast Food day and I noticed they were advertising their Ultimate Cheeseburger would be free with the purchase of a fountain drink so we decided to go for it. We were already in the same parking lot. It looked like everyone else was doing the same as it was around 10:00pm and the line for the drive through had about 10-11 cars. I ordered mine through the app and my husband did the same. I noticed potato wedges were back (those are one of my faves from there but they got rid of them for some reason). So we both got wedges, his app didn't work for the burger so he used one of his rewards and got a free Jumbo Jack and of course we both got drinks. By the time ours was ready only one car was in the drive through so we got our food fast. The young lady was very nice and gave us our food and we ate in the parking lot. The food was hot, burger was juicy but the wedges were not what I remembered. I would get them with a side of sour cream but they come sauces with ranch dressing now so I skipped the sour cream. The ranch was okay and it said it came with bacon crumbles but we didn't see or taste any bacon. I got full and so did my husband so I gave it 4 stars as we didn't have to go back to have food fixed. However, the app not working made me ponder giving 3 stars. read more

Every time I come here I usually come around 12am to 1am sometimes later as I get off of work late and it is the only thing open in Galt. There is usually always this one person there that's a a bit heavier set not trying to be rude but I am describing him, and every time he gets my order wrong. I don't know if he hates everybody that comes there or what and I'm not saying your supposed to act happy at your job but he seems like he just wants to get you out of the drive through wether it is the wrong order or not. Anyways I know it might seem like I'm over exaggerating but I give this place a chance almost every week to be decent, and he is always there and I even over hear him telling whoever is workikgn in the back with him not to do my order right or something as sometimes I can hear him speak in Spanish and he literally tells them "to just use whatever they have" as I don't think he wants to put anything down in the fryer to give out and just uses whatever is readily available and colder than the North Pole. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE EVEVERYTIME I GET A SPECIFIC SANDWHICH OR SOMETHING IT IS EITHER COLD NOT SPICY AS I TYPICALLY ORDER A SPICY JACK Or it is made absolutely horribly. Usually the food is pretty good. I ordered just 2 tacos, and they were really greasy, and had very little inside.

So disappointed in this visit. I usually order their tacos which I love but this time I decided to order their sourdough Burger and garlic fries since I hadn't had them in quite a while. Needless to say I was not happy at all. The burger was bone dry and the garlic fries tasted like hard dried out fries that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and then someone barely sprinkled any garlic on top. I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money at that place. Here's why: I ordered a number three, which was the sourdough grilled burger. I asked for them to add pickles, with curly fries, and a Dr Pepper. You can tell the sandwich was at least three days old because the tomatoes had soaked into the bread, which was supposed to be sourdough, but I don't think it was. It tasted very old. You can also tell by the taste of the beef it was terrible. Another thing I need to mention was the fact that I asked if the curly fries were freshly made meaning from the refrigerator to the oil and into the container before putting it into my bag. was LIED to; that was not the case, you can tell when something is freshly made. This was not - they took old fries and dumped them back into the hot oil to re-fry them. Even the Dr. Pepper was totally flat. Did I expect fine dining? No. But this was truly ridiculous. I will never ever ever ever eat there again, not only due to the poor food but the fact that the young lady at the window lied to my face without even blinking. Never ever again. I went throught the drive thur at around 5pm on a sunday. I'm pregnant and wanted some curly fries. During ordering the guy taking my order kept asking me to wait a minute, which i did. Finally when I placed my order, I pulled up , there was one car in front of me so I thought it shouldn't take long, 5 minutes then 10 passed and im still waiting behind this car. So my husband goes inside to see whats taking so long and to get the fries I wanted, they told him he'd have to wait, that they were busy and understaffed. My husband looked around and only 1 person was inside waiting, they had 6 employees that were all laughing and messing around, not working. In result, my husband got back to the car, I was still waiting, but was upset and no longer wanted to give my money to them for such poor service, so i left with nothing. To start off with, it was not visibly busy and it was past 10PM. I ordered a home style ranch chicken club combo. Only to notice that when I got home, they have given me the cluck sandwich when they had charged me for the homestyle ranch which is more expensive. Not only that, the fries were cold, no straws or napkins were given. It's not like I could've gone back either since we were not given a receipt. I placed an order at 12:15am this morning, I got to jack in the box at 12:37 (that's a 17 min difference) and when I got there I was informed EVERYONE was on their break and my meal wasn't made. So they saw it come in, sat there and looked at it for 17 min and then went on a break. They told me they would cancel the order and I'd get my money back. I called when I woke up and some dumb lady who has an attitude and is lucky I'm not standing in front of her, says "well I need to verify you didn't get your food" LIKE IM LYING. Ordered 6 lunches today at just under $53. As we were waiting for our order I saw the car in front also had a large order. Then noticed she kept handing things back into the window. This went on for several minutes back and forth. The young woman at the drive they window was obviously under trained. She began handing me the wrong drinks. I asked to speak with the manager, as she was handing me food bags that had obviously been handed to the car before me. In this time of over sensitivity due to COVID and that I work with individuals with special needs this was a concern. This ruined our first outing in over a year. Prior to driving north to the 28th and B skate park, my buddy and I saw this JiTB near Raley's where we stopped to get drinks. On the return trip, we wanted to stop here. Service was surprisingly quick, even though they had a few cars in the drive-thru line. A recent visit to another location was miserable--they didn't even bother to serve people at the front counter. The food was available quickly and it was better than just okay, which is a step up. I often get just a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 2 for $0.99 tacos, and a drink.
