Pay for two shakes on DoorDash and they one didn't even fill it paid 19$ for two 3/4 shake, and can't even mix it fully either, and didn't add whip cream! When says it comes with it. Horrible service. Do you job right! read more

I went through the drive on Tuesday around 12:30 am because I just wanted a soda. As soon as I pull up to the speaker a guy says "Do you have a mobile order?" I said no and he replied with "Well I'm the only one working and we're closed" I said okay and just went through the drive-thru and when I looked inside the restaurant, the employee was standing at the front counter talking with what seemed like two of his friends or coworkers. read more

If I can give a star less or half a star , I would, I don't want to be mean and just straight up honesty! Every-time I order from here my orders are wrong and there are just some items I never get and always pay for the items I don't receive? I go maybe during midnight or later. Sometimes they don't get my order right and give me another thing that wasn't ordered? It's always the same guy or girl whoever's working window but it's mostly the guy who is on the bigger side. Again I'm not being rude or mean and just honest! I understand that they may be tired but you're working at a fast food restaurant and I know not everyone is perfect but at least try? I always give them the benefit of the doubt because the food is phenomenal but I wouldn't be going to this location anymore after this happening so many times! Again this is just my honest opinion and don't want any backlash or hate. read more

We just tried the new double Smashed Burger here and it was AWESOME! Absolutely delicious! About $16. Service was fast and helpful. Be careful transporting full sodas. The cups and lids are flimsy and easily spilled. I should know! ;-) read more

It was National Fast Food day and I noticed they were advertising their Ultimate Cheeseburger would be free with the purchase of a fountain drink so we decided to go for it. We were already in the same parking lot. It looked like everyone else was doing the same as it was around 10:00pm and the line for the drive through had about 10-11 cars. I ordered mine through the app and my husband did the same. I noticed potato wedges were back (those are one of my faves from there but they got rid of them for some reason). So we both got wedges, his app didn't work for the burger so he used one of his rewards and got a free Jumbo Jack and of course we both got drinks. By the time ours was ready only one car was in the drive through so we got our food fast. The young lady was very nice and gave us our food and we ate in the parking lot. The food was hot, burger was juicy but the wedges were not what I remembered. I would get them with a side of sour cream but they come sauces with ranch dressing now so I skipped the sour cream. The ranch was okay and it said it came with bacon crumbles but we didn't see or taste any bacon. I got full and so did my husband so I gave it 4 stars as we didn't have to go back to have food fixed. However, the app not working made me ponder giving 3 stars. read more

Every time I come here I usually come around 12am to 1am sometimes later as I get off of work late and it is the only thing open in Galt. There is usually always this one person there that's a a bit heavier set not trying to be rude but I am describing him, and every time he gets my order wrong. I don't know if he hates everybody that comes there or what and I'm not saying your supposed to act happy at your job but he seems like he just wants to get you out of the drive through wether it is the wrong order or not. Anyways I know it might seem like I'm over exaggerating but I give this place a chance almost every week to be decent, and he is always there and I even over hear him telling whoever is workikgn in the back with him not to do my order right or something as sometimes I can hear him speak in Spanish and he literally tells them "to just use whatever they have" as I don't think he wants to put anything down in the fryer to give out and just uses whatever is readily available and colder than the North Pole. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE EVEVERYTIME I GET A SPECIFIC SANDWHICH OR SOMETHING IT IS EITHER COLD NOT SPICY AS I TYPICALLY ORDER A SPICY JACK Or it is made absolutely horribly. I can say with confidence I will never be back here unless he's there or something because I can't stand having my food served to me wrong EVERYTIME I COME HERE read more

Who ever manages this place should check in more often! This is our second time coming through. You should be open and READY 10 after. But no we were told we'd have wait 10 minutes for them. Get your crap together!!!!!!!!!! read more

Usually the food is pretty good. I ordered just 2 tacos, and they were really greasy, and had very little inside.

So disappointed in this visit. I usually order their tacos which I love but this time I decided to order their sourdough Burger and garlic fries since I hadn't had them in quite a while. Needless to say I was not happy at all. The burger was bone dry and the garlic fries tasted like hard dried out fries that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and then someone barely sprinkled any garlic on top. I was so disappointed that I went to call to complain but of course their phone number was no longer in service I wonder if that's because they got tired of taking complaint calls? read more

Slow, slow, slow... drive thru slow. Nice service but very slow. Sat for 35 min in drive through and it was slow.

Horrible service @ all times of day. Not the same since Zenaida's been gone. Staff is unprofessional & unsanitary. Food is always stale like, because they probably dont ever bother making fresh food & keep food "ready" under the heat lamps. Just overall, this place needs to get checked by upper management! read more

I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money at that place. Here's why: I ordered a number three, which was the sourdough grilled burger. I asked for them to add pickles, with curly fries, and a Dr Pepper. You can tell the sandwich was at least three days old because the tomatoes had soaked into the bread, which was supposed to be sourdough, but I don't think it was. It tasted very old. You can also tell by the taste of the beef it was terrible. Another thing I need to mention was the fact that I asked if the curly fries were freshly made meaning from the refrigerator to the oil and into the container before putting it into my bag. was LIED to; that was not the case, you can tell when something is freshly made. This was not - they took old fries and dumped them back into the hot oil to re-fry them. Even the Dr. Pepper was totally flat. Did I expect fine dining? No. But this was truly ridiculous. I will never ever ever ever eat there again, not only due to the poor food but the fact that the young lady at the window lied to my face without even blinking. Never ever again. Do not waste your time or money. Going to that location. read more

I went throught the drive thur at around 5pm on a sunday. I'm pregnant and wanted some curly fries. During ordering the guy taking my order kept asking me to wait a minute, which i did. Finally when I placed my order, I pulled up , there was one car in front of me so I thought it shouldn't take long, 5 minutes then 10 passed and im still waiting behind this car. So my husband goes inside to see whats taking so long and to get the fries I wanted, they told him he'd have to wait, that they were busy and understaffed. My husband looked around and only 1 person was inside waiting, they had 6 employees that were all laughing and messing around, not working. In result, my husband got back to the car, I was still waiting, but was upset and no longer wanted to give my money to them for such poor service, so i left with nothing. I will never go back there and I was raised in town. read more

Worst night staff ever. Went last night and the girl at the checkout was so rude when they messed up my order after I waited 30 mins in the drive thru. Two other employees who were leaving were also rude when they made me get back in the drive thru instead of informing coworkers inside of the mistake. Another 30 mins in line to get crap service once again. All of you made me ashamed last night to be Hispanic! Since all of you can't handle a minimum wage job you 3 are an embarrassment to Hispanics everywhere. Do better please because you make all of us look like idiots! read more

To start off with, it was not visibly busy and it was past 10PM. I ordered a home style ranch chicken club combo. Only to notice that when I got home, they have given me the cluck sandwich when they had charged me for the homestyle ranch which is more expensive. Not only that, the fries were cold, no straws or napkins were given. It's not like I could've gone back either since we were not given a receipt. I usually let incidents like this pass when it's extremely busy or if it's something minor but I couldn't today. read more

This jack in the box is a joke. And they steal money from you. I placed an order at 12:15am this morning, I got to jack in the box at 12:37 (that's a 17 min difference) and when I got there I was informed EVERYONE was on their break and my meal wasn't made. So they saw it come in, sat there and looked at it for 17 min and then went on a break. They told me they would cancel the order and I'd get my money back. I called when I woke up and some dumb lady who has an attitude and is lucky I'm not standing in front of her, says "well I need to verify you didn't get your food" LIKE IM LYING. I have the receipt and a receipt from Taco Bell because I couldn't get my food. This jack in the box has always sucked and it's just getting worse. Hire some people who actually want to work and not these lazy POSs you hire. And the woman that hung up on 15 times without even saying hello, a big eff you to you too. I'm still waiting for my refund or my food. read more

Customer Service Suck's! Waited 10 min to order & 15 min to get my food. Young girls are not friendly! Rude !

LITERALLY TRASHHHHHHHH Every time I come here, the food is always either old and smelly- or I have someone arguing with me over sauce. The audacity! Sauce!!!! If I buy a bunch of food and pay over 20$ for cheap fast food they could at least give me as many sauce packets as I'd like. I went to this location late at night on Halloween and I got a burger that smelled like rotten fish- tasted even worse too. And the fries were super stale, tasted like they've been sitting out all night. How hard could it possibly be to make fresh food for customers on a slow night? Jack in the box is the only fast food restaurant I go to but this certain location is so bad, I won't be returning there ever again! read more

S*** WAS HORRIBLE. This POS of a fast food restaurant is blaming DoorDash for our food being infested with cockroaches. We had to call our driver and let him know and to check his car as well. Then I called twice and I stated my compliant they hung up on me immediately. It took my boyfriend 5th call for them to say it's DoorDash fault. this customer service is horrible and manager should be checking their fucking crew. read more

Ordered 6 lunches today at just under $53. As we were waiting for our order I saw the car in front also had a large order. Then noticed she kept handing things back into the window. This went on for several minutes back and forth. The young woman at the drive they window was obviously under trained. She began handing me the wrong drinks. I asked to speak with the manager, as she was handing me food bags that had obviously been handed to the car before me. In this time of over sensitivity due to COVID and that I work with individuals with special needs this was a concern. This ruined our first outing in over a year. The manager was very testy and replied that they had remade our order... not possible in the elapsed time. We took our food and drove away. Once home we found no napkins, condiments or utensils. Needless to say we will not be returning to your establishment. read more

Prior to driving north to the 28th and B skate park, my buddy and I saw this JiTB near Raley's where we stopped to get drinks. On the return trip, we wanted to stop here. Service was surprisingly quick, even though they had a few cars in the drive-thru line. A recent visit to another location was miserable--they didn't even bother to serve people at the front counter. The food was available quickly and it was better than just okay, which is a step up. I often get just a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 2 for $0.99 tacos, and a drink. Many locations don't even have hot food but this one did. My buddy ordered a couple of items and they were available just as quickly. read more

There is a girl that works in front that is too busy socializing with the other workers, or texting on the phone, and she screws up the orders. She is rude, and her little coworkers like to stare at the customers and not work. There used to be a manager there, who was moved from the Lodi Jack in the Box, and the place ran great. I guessed they moved her because now it is back to a one star place. read more

This used to be my go to place but recently they have caused me nothing but problems. The food is only decent now. One order was going to be delivered through the app and I never received it so the Hispanic woman who I'm assuming is a manager was rude to me when I went in the restaurant asking for my food or a refund . I ordered 2 nights ago through the app and was told they were closed when I got there so I asked how I'd get my money back and they just said contact jack in the box which has been impossible so here I am days later and no money back. read more

I can't give a fast food joint 4 stars. I just can't do it :P On weekends I usually don't eat, if I have to I generally am alone eating, so what better place to go then Jack-In-the-Box?! This specific store has a good group of service people, rather friendly. The tacos, which is all I eat here are pretty good...but they seem to have gotten rid of regular mild taco sauce, all I see are the hot taco sauces. hmm strange.
