I am frustrated by the consistent failure to add the sauce packets ordered. If we order sauce it's because it's part of the meal. I literally have to throw away uneaten food because there is in fact an ingredient missing. It happens so often I've started going back to the C street location 3 miles away just to not have to return to this location. this was by far the absolute worst customer service I recieved I will be following up with a call to corporate as well!! I got there about eight o clock ordered a steak n queso box I asked for no steak because last time I recie it was rubbery I asked for beef instead another employee jumped in the mic yelling session they can't make the accommodations then another employee posing as manager young girl not in proper uniform hair purple n all over the place rudely demanded I pay extra for beef. with my knowledge of the food industry, I already knew from previously working there that beef is a product that cost less than Steak and the company wouldn't be losing money by that they literally made this accommodation two days before in the dayshift without a problem. I explained this to her and she continued with her attitude stating she didn't care. She wasn't here to stop that in the daytime that she was a manager and then I asked her where her name tag was and she told me she doesn't have to give me her name or anything. Another employee continued to write the name Bailey which I don't even know if somebody works there by that name but it completely ruined my experience I paid extra I got my order then I tried to express myself to her, and she continued by saying what is there anything else you need and then slammed on the window in front of me the other person who is manning the drive-through politely open the window gave me my receipt and my sauces I stated that I would be contacting corporate. The girl in the background continue to state at it doesn't matter because they don't do shit anyway. Hope that they have recordings of this night because I will be following up with the actual complaint to corporate. Literally posting this just to prove a point. They didn't give me my cinnamon twists last time so I called in. They said no problem say you spoke with Celeste. I came back and they gave me two free twists with a taco and literally these cinnamon twists have no cinnamon what so ever. Here is a Real Review , You Guys Are Awesome. I'm not sure what is up with all of these one star reviews I have been here multiple, multiple, multiple times. The kitchen always does an extremely well job with making the food the employees are the nicest employees you are going to meet. I notice a lot of reviews complain about items not being available won't maybe those people shouldn't come through a drive-through 10 minutes before the business closes . I've also read other reviews about people being upset because movies got spoiled, There's some pretty dumb reasons to leave one star reviews and unfortunately you guys are getting a lot of those damn reviews from those not so enlightened people who have no patience or kindness, Don't listen to them take it from a yelp elite reviewer, You guys are doing excellent work! The employees are so awesome, seriously!! I was in the city for a night and decided to come by. My first time (YES I WENT TWICE I ONE DAY!) i went in, was into the restaurant. i knew they werent open for dine-in (covid) and I had no problem with that. the restaurant was REALLY clean inside. seemed pretty immaculate to me. i like paying attention to corners and spaces that you wouldnt normally be looking lol. everything looked really clean and I liked that fact because its a restaurant. I didnt go into the bathrooms, not sure if theyre even open during this time of shut-down anyway. the food was hot and came out fast! The second time I came in, was through drive-thru. Again, GREAT customer service. Loved them, they made me laugh. I had to minus one star, because my food was wrong. Don't come here expecting fast service. They're ALWAYS SO SLOW. Especially through the drive-thru. On average I usually spend 15 minute in their drive-thru. If this wasn't the only one closer than 25 minutes to us, I wouldn't go here. Quite a few times, they got our order wrong too. Every time I come here the people are friendly, kind and respectful. Customer service without a doubt is NOT why this Taco Bell has low stars. The only reason why the reviews are low is because the workers often forget to complete orders or mix them up (possibly due to improper training or incomplete training). This is the most incompetent Taco Bell that I've ever been to. Every worker looks like they hate their entire lives. They don't look at you or even acknowledge your existence when you're in front of you and when you go through the drive through they don't listen to what you say and ignore requests. Today is March 6th 2020 Friday at 6:40pm.This review is aimed directly towards the employee working the front counter by the name of Wayne. He gave superb service! Not only was he very pleasant and helpful. Wayne also made sure to go to all the customers that were dining and asked if everything was tasting ok and if they needed anything, along with cleaning the dining area while there were no customers in line. Even my 9 year old was surprised by how pleasant and nice Wayne was to everyone, even other employees. My daughter had said, "All employees should work and act nice like him", I couldn't agree more. Usually good but my experience tonight pretty much sucked. First of all they don't have green sauce any longer but I can deal with that. Next I placed my order inside with a soda, ice machine was empty so I waited for.someone behind the counter to fill some ice from the drive thru, you would think I ased them to drive to Tahoe to get ice. When I finally got some ice I selected Dr Pepper and guess what, filled my cup half full of water so I dumped out cup and asked for more ice and let them know the Dr Pepper was empty. The lady told me it might take a while to change it so I "might" better off selecting another flavor. I reluctantly bit my tongue and filled my cup with root beer, when I got to my truck and took a sip another surprise (shouldn't have been at this point) FLAT with no carbonation. I was about ready to throw my soda at the front window at this point but instead decided to jump on Yelp and slam them. This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst Taco Bell I've been to and so sad cause it's closest to my house! They don't give you enough/the right kind of sauce, their machines are always down long before closing, staff has been rude at times, and they've closed earlier than their supposed to. Went here to get some food and first off, asked for Cinnabon's and she completely forgot the first thing I ordered second, got to the window and only got my food NOT my Cinnabon's so I come back through the drive thru and (not told this until the second time I came through) they can't serve them to me because their fryers are off. Just spent almost exactly 20 minutes in the drive thru line. This isn't the first time I've been here and it's taken this long. This place is hit and miss but consistent with always being slow. Convenient location right on my way home but I can't spend 20 minutes in a "fast" food drive thru. It's ridiculous. I really hope someone in a manager or ownership position is reading these reviews because they are all the same and I've seen no progress since it's opened.
