We were at the drive thru at 9:35 pm, there were no cars behind us or infront of us, so we were looking at the menu (we didn't know what to order) it took us 3 minutes and the lady at the speakers kept pushing and saying: "WHEN EVER YOU'RE READY"... No cars at the drive thru but us.... she asked 5 times in three minutes.... So rude... read more

The male manager was so unprofessional when it came to me having a problem with my order. I almost thought he didn't want to give me the burrito he messed up because he ate it. He was disrespectful, and i've never been treated so rudely by a taco bell manager.... reminder it's fast food not no 5 star restaurant. He looks thirty, i don't know if he's unhappy because he's still living with his parents or what. Honestly though, i've never understood why be in a social environment if you can't handle being wrong. Honestly, no wonder why the employees are so depressed, it's because he eats their food and blames them!! read more

i just went to this taco bell, i usually come here all the time and the services is usually amazing! But last night i ordered and my food was wrong which is totally okay so i called and told them my order was messed up, i came back today to get my remake and they still messed up on the remake so i recalled and the manager on the phone came back and said "no there was beans on the burrito but ill remake it for u one more time" it was just a whole phone call full of attitude and when i go back to get my remake for the 3rd time i asked him if he wanted the other burrito back and he said "no" rolled his eyes handed me the bag n closed the door." The entire experience was horrible and they treated it as if i wanted a free 2 dollar burrito i just wanted my order done correctly. read more

I have been a long time customer of Taco Bell for over 50 years and the generation of young staff working that do not care how food is prepared and the AI non human service changes that have been made are far for the worse of Taco Bell. This was the last draw! I ordered the 70's Beef and Been Tostada and received what you see in the pic attached. It is stuff like this that makes me not want to ever go back. I was so saddened to have been served this that I had to just throw it away. I gave it one star rating only because Yelp asked in order to post my comment otherwise it would have been no stars. Someone fix this please and bring back the old Taco Bell food and human service. read more

DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING before driving off! I visit this Taco Bell occasionally, and in the past few weeks I have had three orders made wrong or missing food toppings that are either standard or were requested and paid extra for... today, I ordered a cheese quesadilla (just the one item), and they made it without sauce and didn't even cut it. The manager(s) at this location are very patient and kind, and always make good. Sadly, it's an ongoing hassle and even though the prices are going up and they are paying better, it seems they still struggle to find people who are able to make the food correctly. Sadly, this means you really need to double check your entire order before driving off. It might make even more sense to dine in, where they will still make it wrong but you can get it fixed right away. read more

Went through the C ST drive thru today at 4 to TRY to pick up my mobile order.I was the only one in the whole drive thru and when I came up to the window the worker told me you need to go into the store and wait for your food for mobile orders. He mentioned mobile orders are slowing their drive thru down. This is the only taco bell that has started doing this and it's a huge inconvenience for people with little ones and pets that are just trying to get back on the road.I mean that's what fast food is supposed to be right?!Otherwise let's just take the drive thru out! read more

Dear Taco Bell, I will never eat at one of your establishments ever again and I will encourage everyone else to do the same. Unfortunately the quality of your food and service continues to go down hill!!! Today I had one of your crew members get belligerent at the drive through window. She completely lost control and was yelling and cursing at everyone. I had my child in my vehicle and didn't want him to be exposed to that!!! I had already paid for my food and drove away without it for our own safety. This is highly unacceptable no matter what profession you are in. I would also consider this a hostile work environment and unsafe for your employees and customers. You need to look into this matter and determine if this lady needs some help. Hopefully you take the mental health of your employees seriously!!! read more

This time I was given 1 fire sauce for 3 items... my fault for not checking the bag. Today this was my taco lol I'm just more bummed I have to eat with no fire sauce read more

Galt Taco Bell on C street. Whoever that general manager should be fired. Went there for a quick dinner after my sons baseball game. While I was originally ordering, the poor drive through guy couldn't even hear me, let alone the screen is broke so I couldn't even say if the order was correct, he kept asking "what was that again?" Over and over and I finally said "whoever is in the background cackling like a hyena, ask them to stop so you can hear my order and the rest of the 6 cars behind me when they order" he said "sorry that's my general manager" whatever I proceeded to pick up window, same one who took my order gave me my order and the manager was still cackling and screaming . Low and behold my order was half wrong when I checked it before leaving. Parked and went inside and the same guy who took my order came to the counter and I said "im so sorry that your general manager was so loud, im sure you couldn't hear me but my order is wrong, my daughter didn't get her food and we're missing items" he looks scared so I just said, go get the general manager and she can fix this, it's her mistake. She comes up to me and yelled at me and said "when you were ordering and heard me on the intercom, I was way across the resturant" ok lady, do you know what a echo is and that back cooking area isn't big at all, so you weren't ALL THE WAY OVER THERE. Then she snatched the bag I had out of my hands. Looks at me, AND THROWS IT ALL AWAY!! HALF THE ORDER WAS RIGHT, you didn't have to waste ALL that food. She said "who cares" umm about the five homeless people outside of your resturant and all the single parents or ANY parent who can't afford to buy their kids food!!!!! Proceeds to ring up the correct order and said it's only a 21 cent difference. I said ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, it's about YOU #1 throwing away food and #2 YOU screaming at these teenagers about them not doing their job. THEY COULDNT HEAR BECAUSE OF YOUR CACKLING ASS DURING THE ORDER AND YOU BLAME THEM! Oh the best part, never got my old receipt or the "new" one she rung up ‍ damn I thought this location was a little better then the one on Twin Cities but hell, no more Taco Bell ‍ Edited to add: I left the 21 cents on the counter! I couldn't BELIEVE the way she acted and treated these minimum wage teenagers when she's freakin 40 some years old. She was screaming at them saying "who is supposed to have the other headset on to confirm the orders!!" They all looked like they wanted to cry! read more

Angela, the "store manager" should be fired. I put it in quotes cuz she's a joke. I placed an order FOR MYSELF on DoorDash and went through the drive through to pick it up. I have two toddlers, one severely disabled who was currently having a meltdown (hence why I went through the drive through), and thought it would be very helpful to grab and go. Angela then appears at the window instantly FULL of attitude. "We don't do DoorDash through the window" I said "Okay, I'm right here. You can't hand me MY order" and she goes "you have to come in to get it" " I said okay, I will. But just for your information, since it's clear you're the manager, I have always been handed it through the window no problem so maybe let the team know that's not okay" and she GLARES at me and says "what's your name?", I said "the name on the order, Elizabeth" she goes "it's YOUR order?" "Yeah that's why I asked if you could hand me my order because my severely disabled daughter is clearly having a problem but it's fine" THIS WOMAN HAS THE AUDACTIY TO SAY "you have to come in, I don't care what's happening" Long story short I go in, having to take my two toddlers out of their seats with my one whose severely disabled and having a meltdown in the dining room while people are eating quietly. I see my drinks (the party pack-4 drinks) sitting directly next to a bag. I grab my drinks and my bag and ask the managers name "it's Angela and I'm the store manager" again, she's a joke. Got all the way home and the "store manager" put the wrong food with my drinks so now she's got a potential lawsuit on her hands for discrimination of my daughter but she's got another upset customer because she gave out the wrong food. So I called to let her know that her aggression to get me to come in for my order because she didn't want to hand it to me and she responded "I didn't give you the wrong food" and hung up, as if I went back there and bagged the food myself and placed in their Togo area with the rest of my order. As a fellow restaurant general manager, I hope the franchise owners fix this issue (Angela) before she causes more issues then they want. She needs help and retraining at the very least. This is has also been discussed with corporate and it's going to be further discussed when the regional director calls me back. For me it's not even the fact I needed to come in, if that's the rules than I totally get it. I wasn't aware because they've just always given me my order and never said anything. I was trying to let her know maybe she needs to talk to her team so they're all on the same page. Again I'm a GM myself so I was just thinking that way. It's the fact that it was my order, proven to her and I had an ID to show, my daughter was LOUDLY making it know why I chose the drive thru and then zero acknowledgment of how she messed up. As long as Angela is there in this location, I will not eat here and I will tell every single person I know how the manager behaves and treats people. read more

Food is edible but the attitude they are serving you is the worst. If you hate your job then quit. While the place is clean they let homeless people refill cups that are days and weeks old without batting an eye . There was a point I could come here and get my complete order but that doesn't happen much anymore. Went through drive through and girl threw the drinks in my hand and almost dropped them. They forgot the cinnamon twists which were no big deal but I went in to get them as my sims autistic and loves them. Girl asked what I needed and I told her. She got them but instead of putting the bag in my hand that was OBVIOUSLY extended she threw them on the counter with attitude. Does the owner of this place not check up on it or what? read more

So early this week I went to the Taco Bell located in galf. I rarely ever go to Taco Bell in the first place for this reason. The person who I was being helped by was just so terrible. I believe her name was Barbara. She was an older lady. She had a monotone voice and she was very unresponsive and then interrupts me while I was wondering if she was even fully there. I would suggest being helped by someone else who's probably fully there in the first place. Wouldn't recommend this person at all read more

I was getting my hair done in town and I was early. Since I was hungry, I drove through this Taco Bell, for the first time. I ordered a beef burrito supreme and a strawberry freeze. My order was correct, the young man, at the drive through window, was polite, my order was given to me quickly. Also, this was one of the best burritos I've ever had at Taco Bell. It was completely folded up, not just sloppily thrown together. It had plenty of sour cream and it was yummy. I'm happy that I stopped here to eat. read more

Hello Taco Bell employees, specifically at C st in Galt. Would you please start adding cinnamon and sugar on the CINNAMON twists again? I politely assure those plain twist are thoroughly disgusting. I thought the first time I got plain twist, it surely was an accident. You folks are busy, no big deal. But second, third and fourth time I've since ordered the twist and they're still coming will the most minimal amount of cinnamon and sugar, as humanely possibly. Iunderstand at this point it's my fault for continuing to order the cinnamon twists at this location. I also understand costs are expensive. But please warn someone before you give them a bag of stale, plain twist. Please and Thank you! read more

It's taco bell. The foods cheap, but if that were all this would be a 3 star review. I've been a regular here for about 3 years. Coming in about 2 times a week. +1 - the service here is almost always great. The food is hot and made fresh. +1 - the managers will actually talk to you and make small talk, as well as the cashiers so you get the small town feeling. +1 - this one is fairly generous with the amount of food they give you. I've been to a few where they give you a thin layer of beef then stack it with tomatoes and lettuce to make it look bigger. -1 - the guys bathroom is decent. They need to clean it a bit more often, but it's not filthy or even covered in urine. Can't comment on the girls. Can't ding them on this, because it's not their fault - you occasionally end up there at the same time as large groups of teenagers that almost always leave their trash laying around, but the staff is really good about cleaning up when they groups leave. read more
