Every time we go here the window staff is either yelling at someone or being yelled at. They constantly mess up our orders and even through the receipts are right the food is not. When you try to call the store no one answers and the voicemail is full. It's obvious that this McDonald's is miss managed and needs changes to be made. read more

I wish it was possible to rate 0 stars. Let me start by saying the nice young woman who took orders through the drive-thru was a sweetheart. She was extremely nice and helpful even though her manager is an incompetent human. My experience was a mess. I ordered an order of apple pies and a #3 (double quarter pounder meal). When I got to the window they told me it would be 10 minutes until my pies were done. So I thought "cool I can wait 10 mins" ..... I started eating my EXTREMELY SALTY BURGER and after waiting 24 minutes to get my food , I went back to the drive-thru to ask what the hold up was , only to have the manager LIE in my face. She said she came out 2 times. So after telling her I want my money back , she walked away from me while I was talking. Long story short , the manager is TRASH!!! I was in a rush to get to school so I ran to McDonalds in the drive thru. I was very happy with how quickly I was in and out. Victor who spoke to me over the intercom was super friendly and sweet. I think we all have had that experience where someone didn't sound so pleasant while speaking to us over an intercom. Back in the late 70's, I was impressed when McDonald's introduced the "for here or to go", started providing trays, and trained everyone to bus their own tables overnight. Eliminated the bus position and saved themselves a fortune over time. Now I go into Freehold McDonalds, and there is ONE trash bin, back by the rest rooms. Am I supposed to hike back there every time I eat in, to drop off my tray? Stuff that, I'll leave it where I sit from now on. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I went to the drive thru, made that mistake for the last time. I got the wrong order. Completely after being ask to "tell them my order" three times. So I had to go back a 15 minute drive. And it took 3 attempts to get them on the phone. Not even an I'm sorry or it's our fault. I was told I took the wrong bags! And I had to bring back the food and even the drink to prove it was wrong. So I did. I got there and the manager was rude and wouldn't even say I'm sorry. Then the kicker an employee making my nuggets wasn't even wearing gloves as he hand picked my nuggets into the box. I told the manager and he said I was wrong. I asked him to refund me for the nuggets as I didn't want them. The whole crew was rude. As he mumbled something under his breathe. He asked the gentleman in Spanish where are your gloves? And too boot the guy didn't even have a hat on. This place is gross beyond belief and it's a disgrace to the franchise and name. The board of heath needs to pay a visit. I don't advise for anyone to go there unless you don't mind random people touching your food and your order to be completely wrong. Oh and for the "travel" I was offered a small fry or drink. This was an emergecy meal stop otherwise McDonalds is one of the last places I would go unless I was looking to get an ulcer and a blood pressure attack!! I can't explain how many times I had to give the guy at the drive thru my order!!! As I'm giving t to him, he's repeating it back to me before I'm done giving the order!! I literally had to tell him to shut up and let me finish!! Every time he repeated it he got it wrong. I was at the point I was looking around for cameras to see if I was being punked!! This fine establishment is notorious for problems with giving ketchup, which anyone that knows me is a big peeve of mine. This time I told the guy I want a LOT of ketchup to which he complied!!! Used to be a solid choice for late night food runs after a drunken binge or just a night out, but stndards have gone down in the last few years. Last time there, received a Big Mac with a literal "bite" taken out of it. Received a replacement which had stale buns. This is one example amongst many little things that have added up during my infrequent trips there. Theres an asian guy that works the drive thru and a middle eastern looking manager that are both very nice. Minus the small mistakes, its a solid place for a quick bite. read more

I was completely perplexed by the attitude the manager Claire showed upon me walking in this establishment. Being from Connecticut I've never used the kiosk. I kindly approached the register in which an employee was willing to assist me. Claire from across the restaurant yelled " Make them use the kiosk". I quickly explained it was too much of a task for me to do so being I was holding a 6 month old and had an additional 4 teenagers with me. She quickly yelled again at this kind young employee to make me use the kiosk. This young lady came from behind the register and assisted my crew and I with the kiosk. As a manger demonstrating great customer service is key. You hold a higher position for a reason. Despite all the order was completed and food was purchased. Upon completion multiple customers of a different ethnicity approached the register and were assisted without being forced to use the kiosk. I'm blown away and absolutely speechless. This review is based solely on their ice cream cones. My daughter and I love them.... it's our guilty pleasure. These are the best ice cream cones around. The only thing that could make them more perfect is sprinkles.. the ice cream is so creamy, the cones have a perfect crunch to them never stale and they are the perfect size...for $1.49 you can't go wrong. read more

i absolutely cannot stand this locatoion. the workers are unprofessional and rude. they give you a hard time about sauces (which is not a big deal to begin with i will pay the extra 10 cent or whatever it may come out to be) when i went to get my food the lad actually said to me "we ask if you like any sauces when you order" as if taking two steps to reach to get sauce would really make a difference. so rude. i hate it i've been here a couple times and it is close to my job..they will not get any more money from me i'll go to wendys. =) read more

Hit or Miss. Depending upon what you order, you may or may not get it. It all depends on how busy they are and who's working. I recently went through drive thru and ordered a few sandwiches. Both the same (1 with sauce and 1 without) along with a few fries and drinks. There were 3 cars in front of me and 3 behind me. When I approached the first window to pay. The cashier went over my order with me. It was someone else's order but I can't complain because at least I didn't pay for someone else! After figuring it out I paid and went on to the second window. At this window the girl asked me what I ordered! I was taken back by this. It's 2015. There are monitors everywhere and you still can't figure it out? Anyway. I calmly repeated my entire order to her and she gave me my drinks and told me to park in parking spot #1. I said thank you and parked. Patiently waiting for my food. Less than 5 minutes go by and a different girl brings out my food. She gives me half my order and tells me to have a nice day. Good thing I checked my bag! I called her back and explained that I was missing half my order including my 2 sandwiches mentioned above. The girl apologized and ran back inside. Minutes later, she reappears with the rest of my order. I look in the bag to make sure and tell her to have a nice day. At this point I'm not too upset. I'm hungry. The family is hungry. Let's just get the hell out of here and go home. I drove home, driving through some traffic and when I finally opened the sandwiches I realized that I had no sauce on both. I was very upset to say the least. After all that, they still messed it up. I have been to Wendy's (across the street) a few times and they never messed up anything. It is safe to say that I will NOT be going back to this McDonald's any time soon. read more
