Long drive home and I don't usually get McDonalds but I had recently downloaded the app and created an account for this visit. People seemed very nice. Placed an order for a burger with extra pickles and fries. Burger didn't have extra pickles and fries were old tasting - which is surprising because they were busy so I can't imagine they were sitting out long- but they were not piping hot Disappointed in this chain again. Pretty small place and some unfriendly staff. I asked for a large smoothie and was brought a medium and when we compared it they argued it was a large. Never had that issue before at a mcdonald's. I'd rate it higher if it wasn't so unsanitary either. Other than that, pretty good food. read more

No one is at the counter to take your order. No one in the kitchen turns around to see if there's anybody waiting. The kiosk is a joke to use. When you do get a warm body behind the counter to take your order, they do fill it fast. But, unless you're eating, a handheld item, they forget the knife and fork, salt and pepper and anything else you might need to eat the meal! By then the food is cold. Asked for a light coffee. Service is terrible. Good luck trying to get someone to answer your question. Tried to order a happy meal for my son, they were out of milk and if you choose water( the only other option) they want to charge you for it. I've gone to so so many mcds in my life and this is hands down the best one. Food quality off the chain - nuggets, fries, chicken sandwiches burgers - so fresh flavorful crispy hot .. Okay, I know it's fast food, but there's a certain level of ineptitude that's inexcusable. The restaurant wasn't busy, but we had to wait on line so long as the staff scrambled aimlessly around that breakfast officially ended and we couldn't get what we'd planned on ordering. We had to watch as the staff turned the crank, forever divorcing us from our hash browns. My girlfriend decided on a strawberry shake, but after paying, they couldn't get the shake machine to work. It was only spitting out vanilla. While a fair substitute, it wasn't what we ordered. Haven't walked into a McDonald's in years, and won't be doing it again anytime soon. read more

Slow service. The staff seemed very confused. The drive thru line was very long. It toon me way too long to get a coffee and a water. As all McDonald's, coffee always has too much sugar and cream. The worst response from a manager ever. I'm calling you out Milton!!! 6 pm on Oct. 19, 2017 Okay reality check- It's a McDonalds. I'm not expecting amazing food or amazing anything. I'm expecting the same McDonalds food at a same level you would find at any McDonalds. Right. What I don't expect is a big hunking piece of unground whole chicken cartilage where a bone would have joined another bone in a chicken nugget my kid was eating. What do I do? I'm grossed out but but calm. I simply took it to the manager "Milton" not to scream or make a huge fuss but to point it out and I said for him to report to quality control at McDonald corporate. They should know. No one wants to find that in their food. His response with a scowl on his face was "It's not my fault."Yeah I know. I know it's not your fault. It's gross. No one wants to eat that. You need to let quality control know about this. Again it was a super sarcastic "sorry! it's not my fault!" with a tone of I'm busy you are bothering me go away. Mind you the other workers who saw the big piece of joint cartilage all made a yucky face. He then said "that's part of the food. It's how it's made". Yeah he really said that! I said common give me a break! It's not how it's supposed to be. No one wants to eat that. That's a terrible response. It's gross! I can see the other workers looking at him like what did you just say? One looked like they were stifling a laugh. The proper response would have been. I'm so sorry this happened. The next time I'm driving long distances I'll bring along a cooler with my own sandwiches and drinks. We stopped at this McDonald's and regretted it. After getting our order, which took quite some time, we found that a worker had poured no less than half a cup of tartar sauce over my fish sandwich, quite obscuring the fish, the bun and filling the cardboard container. I'd asked for extra sauce, but that was ridiculous and of course I had to scrape most of it off to eat a very messy, slimy sandwich. Very funny. Our fries were cold and tasteless, unless you count salty cold grease as flavor. Food was lukewarm at best, obviously having been stored in a warming drawer for far too long. Even the sodas were bad, either too syrupy or too weak. About the only thing this place got right was hiring the man who kept the front of the house clean. read more

Only stopped in place to use bathroom, but was hungry so I bought a sausage Mc muffin with egg. Now it's MacDonalds so I didn't expect greatness, I also didn't expect a hair in my food! I took it back and they gave me another one,,,,, with no egg! Plus when I went in initially I was asked If I wanted to donate to their charity, I said yes please use the change from me breaking a five. Slow service at your drive thru in Fishkill, NY. I usually order 1 or 2 coffees, nothing more. Sometimes there's a slight delay, but last time I was at your McDonald's it was ridiculous. There were 2 cars ahead of me when I placed my order. They took 5-10 minutes to get their order. By the time I got to the window, they asked me to pull to the curb and wait. Another 5 minutes went by, and another car behind me pulled up to get served. I promptly left. Keep my 2 dollars, it's the last you will get. The coffee should have been started to brew when I placed the order. I should brew my coffee at home if I'm going to wait 15 minutes or more. Or go to any gas station. Another note, I had one of your flunkies at the window make a joke about me spilling my fries after he handed them to me. Obviously it's my fault for the fumble, but tell your staff to shut up and do their job. Maybe it's your management that treats your employees bad.
