10/24/26. We were in the mood for something special and especially quick. The food and service at this Jersey Mike's is always efficient, and professionally polite. This place has higher cleaning standards than some hospitals. The slicing machine always looks like it just came out of the box. No scraps of cold cuts along the bottom and on the counter. The staff, if they're not making a sandwich, they're cleaning something up. There's a few tables and barstool height tables. The sandwiches are made fresh to order. The cold cuts are a uniformly thin slice. Not thick on one side and transparent on the other end of the slice. They have assorted bags of chips and cookies on the side. Three people working on a Saturday night here in Fishkill?! I guess that's why they identify their subs by number... Because it might actually take you "26" minutes to get a chicken bacon ranch, or "42" minutes to get a Chitpole chicken. This was pretty sad service. With the exception of one location in Sparta NJ, the quality and consistency is all over the place now. When they first came to the Hudson Valley region of New York, they were great. Went downhill fast to the point where we only go when there is absolutely no other option. Sad. read more

Was going to try this place for the first time the other night, online said they closed at 9pm. Went there, sign on the door said they were closing at 8pm, weird but okay? 20 minutes before close is when I got there (since online said they closed at 9). Was told they were closed and couldn't serve me? 20 minutes until you're actually closed and you said you were closed??? How does that make any sense? I could understand maybe saying you couldn't do a hot sandwich or something but if you're closed, why not just lock the doors if you're not willing to serve customers? Ordered 20 minutes ahead and food wasn't ready when we arrived; waited another 10 minutes while some guy coughed into his hands and someone made our sandwich - hopefully not him. All of the dudes seemed like they hated being there; the only bright spot was the young lady working. Sandwich was fine; better than Subway, worse than a regular neighborhood deli - and way more expensive. Got severe diarrhea all night after eating here. Never again. I came here to grab my birthday sandwich that they give you for free if you sign up with them. This is the second year I've gone and every time they are so kind and amazing. The food always taste great, and I never have any issues. They are always outgoing and try to give you your food fast and a good amount which I appreciate. Best staff I have ever experienced in a sandwich shop. Every single staff member were in a great mood and made me feel at ease. I felt like I were among friends. The sub was decent and a fair price. The bad: this place is hidden and the sign too small. Also contacting customer service about an ingredient/nutrition issue was very difficult and they tried to push me off on the same link I used to find them? Never heard from customer service again. The subs were small for the prices, meat was so so and kind of dry, but what do you expect for $10 for a sub. It it better than Subway? That's up to you, but I tried this after seeing the commercials ad nasuem, it was so so. Small and light on the meat and condiments, then again, so is Subway. JM is good in a pinch I guess. Take it from me, if you want a sub, just run next door to Wally World, get some sliced deli meats, cheese, some rye bread and mustard or may packets and you will be a lot happier and fuller with the meal. I was wary about trying Jersey Mikes as I thought of it as a subway-type establishment. My husband and I ordered a traditional cheesesteak and a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Yayyy! I was Impatiently waiting to have a good sandwich from here. I Ordered from here a few times already and it's always great. Best bet nowadays is to order online with the Jersey Mike's app so you don't have to wait 6ft around people and can skip the sometimes long lines around lunch time. Today I decided to order a tuna wrap with onions, jalapeno, tomatoes and two slices of bacon and it was very delicious and fresh definitely hit the spot. Very rude employee who looked annoyed and like he didn't want to wait on us! Ordered a sub club and said I wanted spices and LIGHT oil & vinegar and he absolutely soaked it in O/V. He also wasn't going to put the bacon on it which comes on a sub club. We could also barely hear him because the music was blasting way too loud. I've repeatedly submitted advance orders only to arrive at the pick-up time to nothing... and to add insult to injury, I watch people walk in, submit orders, and take their food away... before they even start my order. I keep giving this location a chance hoping my experience gets better. Most of the employees do not want to be there clearly. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Had the same exact experience several times now and have no intention of returning. ordered subs using app, someone went to pickup the three subs I ordered. I told them to just give my name and say it was a mobile order, which they did. The person was given two subs, person questioned worker. worker responded by saying, no the order was for only two subs, but the giant sub was two subs in one. I went back with the order which was wrong, as it was someone else's order. worker argued with me and said it was the persons fault. I knew better based on the workers attitude of seemingly knowing everything. Long story short, I collected my order (now cold, which were hot subs) and the worker took back the wrong order (seemingly putting it back on the counter for the other person to retrieve) which if so is disgusting as I brought those home. no way should anyone else be given subs returned from someone's home!!! I have been to the Fishkill location at least 10 times. Service always excellent no matter who takes care of you. Food is perfect. I think just enough. I have tried many different subs. Dropped by and had a great deli sub. All the ingredients were fresh, they piled my #8 sub with lots of meat. Unlike the competition where the meats come from a tub, Jersey Mike have a slicer. I wasn't expecting much and I was pleasantly surprised at how great these subs were! This isn't a Subway or a Blimpie's type of chain, but a much better, real deli/restaurant type with everything made fresh using good, tasty, ingredients. Make your own sub with real Italian cold cuts. We recently got a Jersey Mike in our location so we had to try it after hearing all the raves. What a disappointment, the Italian sub was nothing more than a ham sandwitch. They use funny names for the the real Italian cold cuts. The bread is a glorified hot dog bun. Go to a deli to get your sub. I do know that we will never try these mush ham subs again. read more

I'm a Jersey Mike's Customer through and through, but these guys impressed me today. I've been to many franchises in the tri-state area and the quality of the product is always consistent, but the attention to detail and customer service today was the attention getter. With the current situation of our country and especially our area with the Corona situation, your team members kept their composure. They kept the attention to detail of their customers orders sharp while the heightened amount of orders kept coming. All that while still being polite to everyone that walked in the door. Also the cleanliness of the store was kept up during the visit while changing gloves and washing hands non-stop. Granted this is what the cornerstone of customer service should be, but it's not always delivered. But the only thing they couldn't do today was do a delivery and had to tell a phone order they were to busy with in store customers. Kudos to your shift manager and owner on your people.
