They had me sit and wait for my sandwich. And then when I finally got the sandwich, they couldn't even get it right, they left off onions out of the steak. And egg cheese bagel sandwich. Very slow service waited 20+ minutes for a coffee just to get told their machines were down offered me a frappe happened 4+ times within months just for a coffee . Staff is just standing there talking to each other instead of helping customers . Always a long line of cars waiting for their food while staff is in there talking. I usually have great experiences at this McDonald's and come here pretty often. Most of the time, everything goes smoothly, and in the mornings there's a very kind employee who always compliments me and truly makes my day. Tonight was the complete opposite. The only thing open was the drive through and they didn't have a single other car, and the interaction I had was truly unacceptable. An employee raised her voice at me with an insanely rude attitude, shut the window while I was speaking, and behaved in a way that made me very belittled. I misheard a short instruction and, for that mistake, was treated like I'd done something egregious. No matter where you work that is not how a customer should be treated. I'll do my part. I misheard, sorry I'll hear the mumbling over a speaker better next time? But there's no excuse for staff escalating to talking back and dismissive attitude over a three-word misunderstanding. This was unprofessional, unnecessary, and left me embarrassed and in tears. read more

Worst experience i have had in the years I have been coming here. Some fries spilled so our order sat on the counter to be forgotten until the manager asked who's it was. We had to ask multiple times for items that were missing from our order, and those were wrong when we got them.​ read more

lol i just ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese here from the mcdonalds at 428 n central ave in west duluth mn at 9:30 pm on 5/28/23 and got home and guess what? no meat or cheese on the bun (yes just a bun with condiments in box) ha?. so are they just having fun being assholes this evening or are they really that stupid? it is m-i-n-n-e-s-o-t-a so i guess it could be either one. read more

Is my food sat after being ready I had to ask for my tray cheese was not melted and burger was cold. NEVER AGAIN

My family and I had visited out of town. We were hungry so decided to stop and grab a quick bite for the ride back home. When we ordered through the drive thru the employee did ask if we needed to use the mobile app. We ordered with the employee a 20 piece nugget, 3 hot N' spicy's and 1 cheese burger with a medium fry and a basket of fries. When we got our order the WHOLE order was incorrect besides the cheeseburger. Instead we got 3 deluxe Mc chickens and that 4 dollar bundle with only the 5 piece nugget. We told the employee what was wrong and she seemed to not understand what I was explaining to her therefore we did not make a scene until we noticed that the nugget order was wrong. I did go inside to let the manager on duty know what the problem was, I admit I gave her the wrong receipt but as soon as I came in she told me "I was charged incorrectly therefore I have to pay for the 20 piece" even though my whole order was wrong! At this point my family and I were just hungry, so I ended up paying for the nuggets but at this point I just want a full refund for my order. Charge me the 20 nuggets and the cheeseburger but the rest I didn't even eat & overall my whole experience killed my appetite. I'm a manager at a grocery store and never have I ever experienced an unorganized team as I did, and to not take care of the customer SHOWS how they're only there for the money. Low staffed food was good yet bad at the same time tables were partly clean for the most part I would leave a 2.5 star if I could personally food wasn't bad for me but my mc chickens had to much mayo and my friends fry's were overdone and under salted and his Crispy chicken was hard and warm almost cold and his double cheeseburgers beef patties seemed to greasy and underdone overall would eat again but hopefully they get more staff who know how to keep there keep at the job. read more

This McDonald's almost always gets my order wrong when I don't even make special requests. Tonight after working a 16 hour shift I wanted a cheap/fast meal so I ordered on the app without a problem. I get to the store and they tell me I couldn't get any of the things I ordered because they were out of McDouble meat and couldn't make a smoothie. I ask the manager if he can sub another burger for the same price and he says "the quarter pounder meat is significantly more expensive" so? It's not my fault you ran out of meat. His reply "it's not my fault either" I then ask for a coupon for the inconvenience and his reply was "for what?". I was floored as I explained to him that I drove out of my way to the store to be told I couldn't get literally anything I ordered. Terrible service. Even from the managers. read more

Ordered a quarter pounder, bit into it and it was straight up COMPLETELY raw. Brought it up and they kindly made a new one for me. This one was so over cooked and burnt! Had to throw it away and just settle with my fries. At least those were good. read more

Well... if your in any kind of a hurry....DON'T GO HERE!!!!! No real people behind the counter. Seriously None! You order at a computerized kiosk and then you wait and wait and wait and wait....and then you wait some more. We stopped here after July 4th fireworks they had three people working. We waited 30 minutes for four ice creams. Then requested a refund. Place was clean and the harried people were okay. read more

This place was a disaster! First off there was one counter person with a line of people waiting. Someone else finally came to help when there were 2 people left in line. What could the other staff have been doing?? Well it was obvious that french fry preparation is taken very seriously here since there was no less than 3 people dropping, dumping, salting and placing them in the containers. There were SO many fries prepared there was no more room under the heat lamps (no joke). Alright... so order was placed, but it quickly became clear the same dedication was not shown to actual food prep since it took almost 8 minutes to get a value meal and a happy meal. So we got our food and proceeded to sit down, just myself and a 2 year old. Loaded him in the seat, started to unload the food and guess what??? No fries! I guess they prepare them to look at since they didn't give either one that came with my order.... being alone with a 2 year old this means I needed to unload him, put everything back on the tray, take everything with me to go all the way back to the counter. Showing the lady my receipt she was completely confused as to what fries I needed. So she finally gives me some fries, we go all the way back to our seat, get settled in and you'll never guess.... fries were cold as cold could be... also a complaint at least 2 other people had while I was waiting 8 minutes for my food. Awful service. Cashier didn't call my number but handed my food to first person at counter. He started eating it. When I accidentally dropped my cup on the ground, threw it away, and asked for another, the cashier made me retrieve the cup from the trash to prove I had not stolen it. Younger woman working next to cashier was incredibly rude and disrespectful. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN!! read more

Stopped in today with the kids to get a quick bite. I will say, the food was fine, but this restaurant was DIRTY!! Almost all the tables we not clean, ketchup pump was out and service was slow. When someone finally did sweep, the pile of garbage was big! Watched a manager interview a nice kid. She acted bothered and gave him about six minutes of her time. read more
