One employee seemingly told me they were waiting on a plumber so I had no choice but to walk down to the corner gas station to use the restroom which was really inconvenient since I had injured my foot, it was swollen and bruised. Upon returning to the shop, I never seen a plumber for the 2+hrs I looked around in the shop. When I checked out, as I waited for my 5-items the nicer of the 2-employees checked out another woman who had 2-items and spent less than $30 dollars, the woman asked to use the restroom and the employee told her oh let me get the keys??? The employee proceeded to ask for the key as I stood right there from the very same employee that told me they were waiting on a plumber??? Then the nicer employee escorted the woman to the shops restroom??? It must be pretty privileged to be able to use the shops bathroom as I had to walk down the street to use the gas station. What really is the worst is that I had spent $248+ dollars and I couldn't be shown the same kindness that is seemingly selective. Being the bigger person is sometimes hard to do as others in my shoes would not have spent a penny in that shop simply because of the bias selective treatment but the 3-items were gifts for my mom as mother's day is this weekend and the other 2-items were for my future grandkids. Its important to sow goodness as what we sow in life is what we shall reap so the employee at this shop really needs to re-think twice before you pick and choose which customers may use the shop's restroom as I the customer can also choose to spend or not spend my money which earns your living. I always leave reviews when traveling as it helps others when traveling I have over a million views and I can honestly say, I've been treated so much better.

Service was excellent. It's a cozy neighborhood spot. Prices were extremely reasonable. In fact, all of us ate extremely well and brought home leftovers. Amazingly the cost was only a little more than a chain sandwich shop where we had ordered eight sandwiches the night before. And we didn't even get chips just sandwiches. If I'm in the area, I would definitely return.

I have almost nothing to add except to reiterate ALL the complaints of fellow 1-star reviews -those blights on the McDonald's brand are not one-off experiences, but a reflection of what I see to be a truly degraded culture in that store. Hard to imagine how difficult it is to ruin a McDonald's when you have been trained by one of America's best corporations to succeed. Without mincing words, it appears as if management has no pride in their store, no desire to improve, no humility to ask themselves, "how can I better serve the people who pay my bills?" Avoid this location like the plague; the Wendy's across the street is by far a better choice; heck, get a two-day old egg salad sandwich at the neighboring gas station and you'll have more of a smile on your face than after interfacing with this store. A kernel of hope: the food is well-prepared. But it's amazing how their customer service puts a bad taste in your mouth and can ruin America's best fast food. read more

Some days are good, but the majority are bad. Takes forever when you go through the drive thru or inside. They certainly don't have their stuff together, they need someone that can "man" the fries/hash brown area, they really use to be on the ball when Rita was there and the rest of the great management team, but they have all left. So many times you go there, and you see more of them standing and or tripping over each other instead of remembering to get someone their cup when they place an order inside, so they can get their soda while they are waiting to get their food. There has been some times where it takes almost 20 minutes to get something. I don't understand why they cant get it together. read more

Absolutely worst service ever! Every person aside from the older lady that occasionally takes your payment is RUDE as hell! It's like everyone hates their job and when you ask for something or point out a mistake they throw a tantrum! Then to top it off this is the SLOWEST damn McDonalds I've ever been to! I'd rather drive to Lake Geneva than come here, which is 2 min from my house. Horrible place! read more
