I come to this location every Monday when I commute from my hometown to the city for school. Every morning I move through the line within 5 minutes, my food is warm and fresh, and is always made right which is huge for me considering I have an allergy that many other locations seem to look over. The drive thru workers are always respectful and friendly, which you don't usually get at 5:30-6am. The place itself is also very clean and welcoming. Every time I am at this location, someone is yelling at the young workers. I have gone in multiple times and always there is someone being humiliated or yelled at in front of customers. The only reason I am not giving this Dunkin 1 star is that a worker gave me a couple free donuts instead of throwing them away at the end of the night. The management is not respectful towards younger employees and during a rush, there is not enough coordination with management and employees. I waited almost a half hour for a simple refresher and no one gave me any update or explained they were busy and I had to wait longer that I would like. After waiting about 15 minutes for a simple coffee, and having several people served ahead of us after they had ordered after us when we asked where our coffee was, the young lady behind the counter, said it wasn't her position. I don't know about you, but if I work at a donut shop, my job is to give out donuts and coffee, especially when you see customers getting a little irritated . I had an interview scheduled for today and even got it verified by email and text message but when I came in no one was able to do my interview the worst part is I'm not the only one who has been canceled on without any notice I think there needs to be better communication for people who actually apply to work here if you just cancel without telling people it's wasting our time. read more

Drive through experience was terrible. We were told we could get a variety of munchkins. Ordered 50 assorted donut holes and was handed a box of 50 blueberry munchkins. So gross. Manager retuned our money out of her own purse for some reason. Ordered a plain donut and Apple fritter and received a burnt fritter and plain donut. Stop at the pig for a donut. I frequented this place quite a bit when it opened but moved to the next town 10 miles away and hadn't been here in about three years. No one was at the order/checkout station and after waiting a minute or two I went to the end of the counter and knocked on it and a staffer saw me and said she'd be right there. She not only wasn't outgoing she actually had a frown on. Anyway, I had two muffins and like most times in the past - they were day old and crumbly. Surprising that apparently at this location the muffins are trucked in. Beside that, the place was dirty. The trash bin was overflowing - there were no napkins in the dispenser and the window ledge by the counter where I sat was filthy and had a bunch of dead bees sitting there - seeing as this was the middle of December - the odds are they'd been sitting there a few months. Last 3 orders wrong. Don't like chocolate.I order Bavarian cream. If they don't have & usually don't, I order vanilla kreme. They had 4 left. I said I'd take the last 4 of the vanilla kreme. Not all DD's are cut from the same cloth. We have had some pretty sucky coffee from certain one's. It should be consistent no? This one will not disappoint, nor has it. Not good. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. We visited for a quick coffee and breakfast on Monday 3/9/2020. At least 3 customers from the drive thru (including myself) had to go inside to wait for our food. They told me to pull up for my bagel to wait and then it never came out. The staff were clueless and I even saw one girl in the back snacking and drinking coffee while we all waited for our own orders. I love going to Dunkin, but recently my visits haven't been as good as they usually are. Like I don't mind waiting or anything. I went a couple days ago ordered my latte as usual and the avocado toast. The girl at the window hands me my toast and says "have a great day" and immediately closes the window. Then she walks away comes back around for a sec and just kinda looked at me like why is she still here.. then she turns away again and come back and is like "are you waiting for your latte?" Best coffee! I am a regular since it opened over 4 years ago. Service is always great! Keep in mind this location is a training center. Friendly staff! I am in this store 6 to 7 times a week and have never seen any customer miss treated or made fun of my anyone. If they mess up on an order, they make it right which they rarely mess up. This Dunkin has gotten my order wrong every time. The staff are always playing around giggling with each other that they don't even listen to you if you let them know your coffee is wrong. I waited an entire year before returning because of how bad my experience was the last time. This time they just never made my order as I stood waiting. The only person in the building besides employees. I finally asked about my order and they began making it. I leave and get a mile down the road, only to realize it is not what I ordered at all! Turn around and go back and they begin making the correct order but never am I even offered a coffee while I wait! Nothing! Not only was my order on the screen for her to read, but when I inquired about my order, she asked me what I ordered and I said it! How is this so difficult?! And then the roll is hard as a rock! I can't even begin to explain how many times my order has been screwed up. In my most recent visit I ordered 2 donuts and 1 medium coffee with cream and sugar. Simple. Apparently it was too much for them to handle. There was nobody waiting in the drive-thru and there was no one inside ordered from what I could tell because all the employees were standing around just talking. Anyway. A few minutes later they have me my always stale, hard donuts and my surprise hot chocolate ??? What! I wanted coffee, and by the time I took my first sip I was already on the hwy heading home. This is not the first time it has happened... I try not to go there anymore but my kids wanted donuts that day, it just seems that every time I go something always gets screwed up on my order. This dunkin' is ridiculous. Stopped by this morning on the way to work for a friend and got her a iced macchiato-- she wanted a few extra pumps of syrup in there as their coffee usually doesn't taste good with the normal pumps. I get to the window and an African American lady said something about the coffee having having "11 pumps of syrup in it" keep in mind this was a large coffee so she wanted a two more than her normal. The lady then finishes stirring the coffee a bit then hands over the cup and says "here's your cup of syrup ". During this time too she also mentioned something about "I wanna see what your friends teeth look like". The lady appeared to be a manager of this horrible establishment. I do believe that comments as such should be kept to ones self especially when you are a manager. Zero stars on this establishment! Stopped here on the way to work. Was treated very rudely by the Indian guy, almost burnt as he disrespectfully shoved our drinks out the window, and was then told next time we want to order to go inside because he doesn't have time for the drive thru. He almost dropped our order and my card out the drive thru window. While we were waiting to pay, he cussed out a customer inside telling him "I already told you I don't have time to make you sandwiches. Stop coming here asking." When he finally came back to the window, we were told "Next time you come inside. This is too much for the drive thru." Because of the way our food was handled when we got to work and opened a dozen donuts we bought for a work crew were squished into each other and smashed into the box. People like this should not be allowed to work with the public. As a customer service you do not cuss out and insult your customers, they pay your wages. They should be treated with respect. And since when is a dozen donuts and 3 drinks too big of an order to place in the drive thru? Isn't that the point of drive thru? I'd rather pay $5 at starbucks than return to this location!
