I can't say enough awesome things about this Starbucks that I frequent every...single...day. The staff is always friendly, smiling, competent, and responsive. Love 'em all! I always have a quick breakfast and a mocha on the go and it's always perfectly made and tasty. Pricey, sure, but worth every penny and my tummy is happy and my heart is full (coffee is my one delight every morning if I have to be honest ~ ). They spilled my drink all over the bag, i door dashed it and i usually don't have any problems with starbucks but today i did. Terrible service the drink was all over the bottom of the bag, either the lid was too loose or there was a crack i don't know but i am upset. read more

The only Starbucks close to home besides lake Geneva. Drive thru always has a huge line but that's too be expected in any Starbucks now n days. My only problem is that there's some not so friendly employees, I understand that they are extremely busy but it doesn't hurt to hi or smile for that matter. The location itself is in a weird spot. It's kind of inconvenient especially on the weekends when there's a ton of people trying to go to Walmart. Sometimes it takes almost 5 minutes just waiting by the lights waiting to turn. I've been to many Starbucks locations but this place lacks in the friendly department. I have no choice because it's the only Starbucks close to home! I rarely ever use the drive-thru at a Starbucks, but this time I needed to save some time so I ordered: Blond roast with cream and splenda Pike roast with cream only. I received: Blonde roast black Pike roast with cream and splenda. Didn't try them till I got home, so yea was too late to drive back. There seems to be no management in this store. I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order pick up because the front doors were locked. I had to make them remake the drinks because they were cold. I asked the girl at the window why the front door was locked and she said it was because They were shorthanded and it's easier to work the drive-through. How stupid is that? I explain to her all the year to do was put a sign on the front door that said mobile app order pick ups only. Clearly no management in this store. I stop here almost every day on my way to work and the care and service at this location never disappoints. My complicated drink order of tall bold, 2 Splenda, sugar free hazelnut, splash of cream all in a grande size cup is ALWAYS made perfect. The staff here is super friendly and knows my order by heart now as I roll through the drive through. Always clean and never a long wait despite the busy traffic in the morning. It's Fourth of July and we were in the middle of the woods in BUFU nowhere so we journeyed a stressful voyage of 20min to this Starbucks location once we got there we were drained and unsure what we wanted. We basically held up the whole line. Luckily by the grace of god this angel named Lora was working tonight. She had such an amazing spirit and aura, was super helpful and patient. This Starbucks was understaffed, there were at least 10 people waiting at one time. The system was down so none of the mobile orders were taken and the baristas made no effort to let the waiting customers know this. They were also out the all cold brew. Stopped in on Sunday morning and was met by a cheerful crew. They woke me up before I even had my first cup of coffee with their welcoming and enthusiastic attitudes. The shop was busy, but they were well organized and worked quickly like a well oiled machine . They looked and acted as they were having a good time and it showed in their service. This is a nice and quiet Starbucks. The staff is friendly. How to get in their parking is confusing but that's not their fault? Typical, silly parking lot requirements by the local yokels I'm sure. I'm just not sure why though Starbucks buys the worst chairs. It's a bit like sitting on a racing bike seat. I'm sure they're cheap and they feel that way. Worse experience at a Starbucks. The coffee had a long hair in it and the Barista tried to make it look like it was us. Then the very young manager offered another coffee for free. What? Customer service at this location was very poor. Either this barista really believed what she was saying or she treats all the customers that way. Stopped here on may to Marquette University. This Starbucks lacks in the homey feeling. I entered. No "hello." No "welcome to Starbucks, how may I help you." Nothing. Where's the friendliness? Clean, yes. But the bathrooms, a D+; the mirror was semi smudged. The toilet seat up but with stains that someone has defecated badly. Clean that please. Paper on the floor. Clean that please.
